Temp-Canada-  Canada tacked his flag above his booth, then set out his portable skilliet and began pore the pancake batter on it with a smile. He saw Juan was talking to one of Al's states but tapped him on the shoulder. "When they're done I want you to have the first one."Matt didn't want to over clutter his booth. Not to mention he was a cross between British and French. So what was the point in doing something over he was sure the others had done. He looked down the empty line of booths for his brother. He only saw Ireland down at the end.

"Just do not hit him in the Florida," he insisted before pausing when he also caught the scent of tacos in the air. The Floridian felt his mouth water and wondered if he should go grab some of her food before someone else got to it first... but he should stay focused for the moment. "Ah... Sorry for springing Georgia on you last night," he said. "Everything happened very quickly and I didn't know where else we should go and..." Rutilio wasn't sure exactly where he was going with this as he looked up at his hermano uncertainly. Now probably wasn't the best time to talk about this, either, but he was a little worried about it considering Juan didn't like Americans very much in general with him and potentially Louisiana being the special exceptions. When did you spring him on me?" he still wasn't comfortable about the idea of those two hanging out, but he's not entitled to make his young friend's decisions "Whatever, as long as I don't see his face." yea, he didn't like the other guy too much, just like how he hated Alfed. ☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀Florida smiled when Juan (more or less) gave his permission for him to bring his boyfriend around the dorm. Though it wasn't a total success at least it wasn't a flat out no and Rutilio graciously took what he could get. "Aw, but don't you think he has a cute face?" he asked playfully. "You should see it when he's all flustered and angry! He makes really funny expressions and pouts like this!" He was familiar with Georgia's sulky, disapproving looks enough to mimic them perfectly. The Floridian paused when he noticed the pancakes in Cuba's hands. Where had those come from? It was only then he noticed the young man standing near them. For a split second he thought it was America, but something was definitely off. He couldn't quite place it... Was this guy an impersonator? He was doing an amazing job with the look, but his personality was completely wrong. "Who is this?" he asked as he looked to Cuba for an explanation. ☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀<>

Temp-Canada- Matt looked a little sad not being recognized by one of his brother's states. He had handed his first plate of finished pancakes to the Cuban along with some surip and started on a few more. He mad a point to make Juans a little bigger then the rest. Where he could barly fit three on now he had room for 4 at a time. Canada couldn't help but blush when Juan told the state they were 'involved' as he put it.

There were times when New York told him about a place called Ontario, but he really didn't think too much about it. From what he understood there was snow involved. "Is he the one who lives on the opposite side of America?" he asked. It took a moment for what Cuba said to really sink in. He and Canada were what? It looked like the Floridian wasn't the only one who had picked up a boyfriend recently! "Seriously? For how long? That is great, ami--... America's brother?" Rutilio felt a small headache coming on. He was just one of America's states and he wasn't even allowed to talk or play with Cuba back at home. What were the chances that Alfred would approve of this relationship? And you know who would get caught in the middle? The state who was Cuba's closest neighbor with the highest Cuban population, of course! "You are dating America's brother?" he asked again as his eyes widened while it fully sunk in. "But you and America... Though he sided with Juan nine times out of ten he was still American and wasn't too fond of lying to Alfred about his own brother. He frowned awkwardly as he glanced over at Canada before turning his attention back to his hermano. "I got it..." he agreed unhappily. "I do not think this is a good idea, though. If America finds out you are sneaking around behind his back it will not end well." Rutilio also wasn't fond of finding out what America might also do to him for helping them keep the secret. Florida blinked when he noticed Canada speaking to him and quirked a brow at how upset he got over being referred to as someone's brother. To him that was normal. He referred to many states by their relations to others, too, but this guy obviously had some sort of insecurity attached to it. "Ah... Si... Temp-Canada- "N-not forever... just for now."Matt added timidly before going back to his pancakes. Putting the cooked ones on a large plater and pouring some more. There was no way he could keep his relationship from his brother. After all he had found out about Russia, and he didn't think there could be any worse reaction then that one, well after the one when he found out Russia dumped him. Alfred sure was a hand full. Matt stumbled a bit not being prepared for the strong pat on the back. "Y-yah."

"I will keep it a secret if you make me some Arroz Con Leche~!" he said even though they both knew he wasn't going to blab anything regardless of whether he was given treats or not. Still, he felt like he might as well put it out there in case Juan had forgotten his favorite sweet treat. Though Rutilio wasn't much for sweets in general outside of fruit he always had loved some good, old fashioned Arroz Con Leche. He glanced over at the timid Canadian who looked so shy and small despite how tall he was. Something about the way he slightly curled into himself made him seem far more petite than he was. It was kind of cute, actually, and Rutilio supposed he could see the modest charm of this fellow Cuba had taken a fancy to.
