"Ok, here we are!" By this time the class before was just getting out. "Oops," said Xuza a bit embarrassed, "it looks like I brought you back too far. That's still better than it walking though, right?" She giggled her infamous giggle. "Well, I'm gonna get back before Vivian thinks I ditched her. Have fun talking to Charlotte! Say hi for me." The winged one ran off down the hall a few feet and took off into oblivion. Meanwhile, the girl who was sitting next to Takeshi before had recognized the young meister standing there and was coming over.
"Hey~ I thought you didn't want to be part of this class," she teased. "Oh! I should introduce myself. I'm Megumi Sato. Do you, like, go here?" She asked with a tilted head.

➟ Not expecting to be relocated here of all the rooms in the DMA, Takeshi tried to get Xuza to take him elsewhere but before long she was gone. And now, he was left all alone. I wanted to file a report but I don't even go here. Then again the schools are linked closely, I'm sure that the headmaster of this academy would get the news to Lord Death. Not expecting someone to sneak up from behind him, he turned around startled and surprised. "Oh hey! It's just you. Hehe, you scared me there." His whole body felt weird after Xuza's trick, his skin was crawling but he was doing his best to maintain a calm and collected manner. "It's not like I don't want to study here, I just have my reasons." Takeshi blinked twice as she introduced herself. If he had just stood there slack jawed then he would seem rude. It was only natural that he introduce himself. "Well it's nice to meet you Megumi. My name is Takeshi Nakashima. And no, I don't go here. I just come here because I enjoy learning so much," his tone was sarcastic as he initiated a joke.
"Whoa, man... You ok? I didn't mean to scare you just now." Her eyes went down and Megumi hit Takeshi with a beam of cuteness to neutralize any trepidations or feelings of illness the boy might have.
"Psh, yeah, sure." She laughed at his little joke. Then she remembered something, he'd left papers on his desk from earlier. "Hey," she said pointing her thumb out to the classroom, "are those yours? You were in such a rush you left them right there. Everyone thought someone was either taking a bathroom break that went horribly wrong or someone with invisibility ('cause that's totally feasible after the wyvern) was sitting there." She giggled again.

➟ Takeshi wasn't expecting to meet yet another cute face after coming back home. "It's okay, I just didn't think I'd be scared. Don't feel too bad about it." When she laughed at his joke he smiled a little, glad that he was able to make her laugh, even if he wasn't trying to reach that goal. "My papers? Huh... I'll go check it out! Be right back!" Takeshi speed walked towards the desk he sat in before and snatched up the papers, reading over them as he walked back to Megumi.
"Are they ok?" Megumi asked. "I couldn't help but see the title. You're filing a mission report, aren't you?" Her eyes began twinkling and she clasped her hands together.
"That's so cool~! I've never been on a mission before. Apparently neither has anyone else in the class. They totally won't shut up about it!"

➟ After going through what he had just gone through a mission sounded like the last thing that would be on his mind, but here he was filing a mission report. It didn't make sense but hey, anything to take his mind off of things. "Oh this? Well, yeah. I'm not going alone of course, or at least I hope not... Anyways, missions aren't all they are cracked up to be. Sometimes things can get pretty...crazy." Takeshi stood there a little confused. "No one? I would have thought at least one person would have gone. Well a word of advice for the future, bring someone you can trust." Without Xuza he would have nothing but the horrifying reminder that he were years away from home.
"Whoa...!" Magumi was only more amazed when Takeshi mentioned danger in missions. "You're like a superhero or something! I'll bet you carried the team and called the shots. You're just trying to be modest, huh?" She looked around the room as if the people he was referencing were still there.
"Oh, no, not in the first years... Well, I guess there are a few prodigies, but that's a rare thing... But you probably knew that. Baka." She said it to herself and tapped her head with her knuckles. "Look at me, trying to teach the guy who's already done missions."
"Anyway, if you wanted I could show you to Charlotte's room. Then you could file the report here instead of lugging it all the way back to Death City."

➟ Takeshi grew big round eyes that just stared aimlessly. It wasn't that he didn't know how to take a compliment, but everything that Megumi said was just ridiculous to him. There was absolutely no way of comparing the real Takeshi to a hero, at least for now anyway. "Superhero?" His skin tone had never changed into that of a beat red color so fast before. Using his right hand to cover his mouth he tried his best to restrict his laughing. All he could picture when trying to think of himself as a superhero now, was him in the future attempting to hit Atlas, but then being swatted away literally, like a fly. His hysteria died down and his face regained it's usual color. Afterwards he didn't know if it was sad that his ideal dream had taken such a hit lately, or just ignore it and train harder to get him closer to his end goal. "That's really sweet of you to say, but I'm nothing like that. I mean I just barely make the cut for missions... It's embarrassing but it's the truth. Even so, you can't just give up that easy, right?" Once Megumi volunteered to take him to Charlotte's room he jumped at the idea. That was the whole reason why he was here in this school in the first place. "Well this prodigy could use a few pointers, and a trip to Charlotte's office. Thanks for the offer, maybe after we are done there you can be my personal chauffeur," he teased.
Accidentally took a nap from a stressful day. I look at the notices and I'm just speechless. xD Awesome, now I have reading to catch up on, not that reading what went on doesn't found sound fun. I'm sure it will. 3nodding
Megumi obliged with a classic double blink and head tilt. "What do you mean? Seriously," her face had a look that said lying was just out of the question, "people've been talking about the blonde first-year prodigy. For a second there I thought it was a rumor," she said itching the back of her head, "because I've never actually see anyone like that. But you're you matched the description perfectly!"
Just what had happened in the days since the schism? Clearly the intricacies of time paradoxes needed further examination.
"But I guess if you don't feel that way..." She pulled away with an embarrassed look on her face. "Eheh, never mind! Forget I said it. But, um... after we deliver the report.... Well I was thinking, if it wasn't too much trouble, you could, I don't know, spar with me? I, uh, need to get better. I wanna be on the mission squad, you see, and, well, who better to train with than someone who knows the ropes?" She was so embarrassed about all of it. Kouhai syndrome had hit this one like a ton of lead.

➟ Takeshi was blushing now. At first it sounded silly, but if the description really fit then it was quite possible. You would never guess that someone like Takeshi would be allowed to go on missions his first year, yet here he was hearing rumors supposedly about him for the first time. "You don't need to be sorry. It's possible...I just wouldn't consider myself to be some sort of prodigy." Megumi had offered Takeshi for a sparring match which was a bit intimidating, but there was no way he was going to say no to that face, especially after boosting his ego. "A sparring match? Sure! It couldn't hurt." On the inside he was cursing himself for being such a push over. "Well then, lead the way Megumi. This place seems like it's big enough to get lost in." Once Megumi had begun moving forward, Takeshi would follow.
