Hufflepuff|3rd year|Muggle-Born|Single Why must I be judged upon the purity of my blood? When he was handed a notebook by Kat, he looked at it, then flipping it open. "Great, because I obviously want to do this," he said jokingly. He started to play amd as she sang and Mel played, it all seemed to come together. It was a more fun melody that was not like the other song. This one was more fun. He even threw some harmonies in himself to give the song even more life. Kat was really growing up. Will I ever be the same?

Third Year: Hufflepuff Seeker Ariana listened as Caitlin sung. The girl was fantastic, so when she finished, the Hufflepuff applauded loudly. She looked back at Eve when she continued their conversation. "He can definitely join, and I'm sure by the end of the year, he'll have a lot more confidence!" she exclaimed happily. As the Slytherin began to sing, Ariana sat down on one of the chairs, and she listened and watched. Just as the previous time, she applauded when the song ended. Her eyes drifted onto Katrina's as the girl performed a new song she wrote. "Kat! That was wonderful!" she exclaimed, complementing her girlfriend's voice and music writing skills. Ariana ran up to her and jumped into her arms, giving her a tight hug. When she finished the hug, she decided it was time to perform her own. "So, I've tried to dabble in song writing, and well, I finally finished one!" she exclaimed proudly in her sweet voice. She turned her attention to Steele and Melinda after pulling out a sheet music from her bag. "Here, can you guys play this?" she asked, giving her two copies to each of them. The girl hadn't needed one due to the fact that she memorized the lyrics. Grabbing the microphone and waiting for the beat to start, Ariana sung the song Put Your Hearts Up."Let me see you put your hearts up, yeah

"There is nothing more badass than being yourself." Caitlin leaned against Sam a little. When he took her hand, she brushed the tips of his fingers with her thumb. Katrina thanked the two for helping her with her music. Steele and Mel. She vaguely remembered Melinda from last year, the two hadn't spoken much. She had never met Steele, Kat, or the other girl that came in with Kat. Caitlin ran her free hand through her hair. She had just realized that she could finally finished that song she had been working on. She smiled lightly at the thought. When the girl stood up to sing, Cait listened and clapped when she finished. The song was finished, Caitlin clapped, the song was amazing! Her hand found Sam's again and she entwined their fingers.

Newlyn clapped for each of the performances. They were all really good. She hoped hers would be. The first year went next, sitting down on the piano bench. "Hi, everybody. I'm Newlyn Vass and I'm going to play and sing Fix You by the muggle band Coldplay." She took a deep breath, released it, and started to play. Her voice soon joined the melody, wavering at first but gradually growing more confident.

When Ariana jumped into Kat's arms, she lit up bright, despite the fact that she couldn't support them and fell onto the desk she was leaning against. Then Ari said she wrote a song and Kat felt a large smile stretch across her face. She was proud of her girlfriend and she already knew that the song would be a hit. As Ariana started singing, Kat blushed and felt her face getting redder as the song continued. When Ariana finished her song, Kat rose and crossed the room to embrace Ariana again. "You are fantastic babe," she said and kissed Ari. Out of Character ...

Chase ran inside the music room, knowing that he was slightly (or very) late. One of the first years was performing music, so he didn't exactly declare his presence. He simply slipped in, hoping to create the illusion that he had been here the whole time. Of course, Chase didn't believe that it would work. From the corner of his eyes, he saw another girl sitting by herself next to the wall. He went over and sat down next to her. "Talented, aren't they?" Chase said. "You play the violin?"
