Sin cringed as the bottle of champagne was thrown and landed with a crash droplets of the stuff splashing her boots. Right, be careful not to knock anything else into the cart.
"Sorry about that.." She was going to have to apologize more however because her speed did not decrease, infact thanks to the spilled champagne the once sticking wheel seemed to be rolling along just fine now. Momentum, it appeared to be working just fine in the human world.
She cringed as Lan broke the mouses neck before she managed to skid to a halt and step on another one. She looked at the horsewoman and then sighed and gave it another firm step to make sure it had stopped moving before offering it to her. How did she expect them to keep fresh?

Sin managed to make the turn a little slower, but not by much in fact she managed to whack some tortillas off a shelf and into the cart. She gave Lan an apologetic look and then sped back down the next isle heading towards the produce in hopes of finding pumpkins or something. First however was the greeting card isle filled with glitter covered cards for every occasion, books that had made it the humans bestseller list, and magazines with scandalous photographs and outrageous headlines.
"Ugh not glitter!" Sin was steering the cart a bit precariously as she tried to avoid the row of bright glittery HAPPY BIRTHDAY cards.
A mouse tried to make a mad dash across the isle, but her cart ran him over and she picked up the remains hastily. The cart almost got away and she firmly gripped the handle again. Oops, keep both hands on the cart...if she crashed this thing she was pretty sure the horsewoman inside would flay her.
"Sorry about that...it's sort of difficult to maneuver around here..."

It seemed like things were ready to move along, and though Yin was waiting on other students when the professor called for them to get carts and gather materials he was all for it. He quickly located a cart and set forth, though he apparently got a cart that dragged a bit.

He could not let this cart bring him down. He charged forward, running at full speed, and sighted a mouse. Prey. Swooping in, hand flashing out, he grabbed the small thing and kept right on going. Hunter instincts were good for something for human studies it seemed.

Grabbing one mouse seemed to have set them into a flurry of motion. He noted the second mouse scurrying away, ran forward speedily, and managed to snag this one too. Though it was really quite tempting to just eat the mice...

All of the mice snagging. All of it. Yin was charging about, just picking up field mice and bopping them on the head.

Really, all any professor needed to do was tell Yin that they needed mice, or rodents of any sort. This was the type of thing he was good with.

Sin finally managed to slow down and just in time because she rounded the corner to an isle of decorative items. Scented candles, brooms, mouse traps...how fitting. Just beyond she could see some squash in the produce section and smiled, see now this part wasn't so bad. She rolled the cart much more leisurely not wanting to be compared to a wild stallion or somesuch again. She didn't bother asking Lan if she wanted help picking things out since the horsewoman seemed to have everything under control, all Sin had to manage was not to tip the cart.
A box of dryer sheets tumbled off the shelf and into the cart, no doubt pushed by a scampering mouse. Sin glanced at Lan curious if she would keep or discard the item and thankful it wasn't something breakable.

Muka was a little slow on the uptake as West sped away but he didn't want to be left behind! The strix hopped into a cart and got going. He went a good distance before spotting a mouse. @_____@ MICE. HIS WEAKNESS. Quote: Roll 1: 5 spaces + 1 mouse = 7

Muka watched the others loading their carts with human items while he was hunting mice. He hadn't been listening well to the object of this exercise but he didn't want to be left behind so he started to stock up again.
