They fixed whatever plot holes there WERE.....but that doesn't make the game perfect. Drop it because you're making me mad now.
No they did NOT.
Not all of them.
Read the list I linked you to, a tonne of them date back to the original cut of the game, issues that haven't been addressed (Want a big one? Anderson).
You're getting mad at me because I have an opinion and can back it up with evidence? Hmm, interesting.

No I just hate when people have an answer for everything....it gets repetative and that's a peeve of mine. And I already said drop it, so debate it with someone else, don't quote me again.

Having an answer for everything? I'm just backing up my opinion in a debate, that's basic debate tactics.
If you don't want to defend your viewpoint then don't post it in the first place, especially on something this controversial, you certainly shouldn't expect not to be questioned about it.
That's the thing I find most annoying about the 'The ending is fine' crowd in this issue, they expect to say that without the ability to defend it; you like it? Well that's fine and dandy but I am equally as entitled to point out that there are flaws in it.
I questioned you in the expectation of someone who could actually try and change my perception of it, instead of doing so you've stuck your fingers in your ears and acted like a child because I would dare to have counter points (Again ... basic debate tactics, don't go in to a debate unarmed).
Do I appreciate that Bioware made the effort? Yup. Do I think it paid off? For the most part yes. Do I think it's still flawed? Yup.
I personally won't buy anything else from Bioware, with DA2 and now this it seems like they lack the ability to bring things to their conclusions without poo-pooing what they've done before.
As someone who has always been driven by plots in games, I found how Bioware treated the end of possibly the biggest selling franchise of the present gen appalling, their attempt to ret-con it with this new DLC should have been exceptional but instead it just confirmed the fears of a lot of plot centric fans who can still find 77 plot holes and flaws without even trying very hard.
Compare and contrast, if you will and if you're still reading, this ending with the end of say ... hmm ... Assassins Creed Revelations seems a fitting and equally as large example.
Since Revelations concluded the stories of Altair and Ezio it had to be spectacular and emotive, with the ending vault scene it managed it in spades. A form of magic (The pieces of Eden) has always been present in AC so the very end wasn't a sudden new plot device (Ala the god child) that made everything better but in fact just a way of pulling the three protagonists (Altair, Ezio and Desmond) together across the centuries. When you compared this approach, including ACR's subsequent plot scene with the destruction of the planet to how Bioware effectively rewrote the whole physics of their universe I think you can probably understand the frustration of certain fans.
Imagine that you read a book, it was a great epic Sci-fi but right at the end a wizard did it, this is effectively the move that Bioware pulled.
You're probably not even reading any more but cue sera sera, despite your inability to back up your viewpoint and attempts to brand my defences of my perspective as 'having an answer for everything' this has been an enlightening experience and one I'll be sure to remember next time I get in to this debate with someone, I might even link them to it.

Even with the still existing plot holes that it has, I must say that I am basically satisfied with how the EC turned out. I immensely appreciate the effort they put into making it for the fans in such a short amount of time.

All the people that are complaining should realize that it's a game not the president. There's nothing to " debate" about, you either like it or you don't.

Sorry, I was always taught to be able to defend my stance on something, I've come to expect the same of others.

I've tried not to sound ungrateful, I do appreciate the work but I still can't give the game more then a 3/5 score (I wrote a review on Amazon after it came out, scored the game in it's entirety 3/5 because 2.5/5 wasn't possible).
ME3 just felt a little lacking to me, I enjoyed 2 so much that I would have been quite happy to play another like it but 3 ... I really don't know what it is but the plot was all over the place and the derailment of some of the characters was just a bit too much for me.
Especially Kolyat, I couldn't quite buy his rather drastic finding of religion.

I decided to just look up these endings on Youtube. I still go with the Destroy ending because of the chance of Shepard still being alive. In which case, I want to believe in the Indoctrination Theory. I wish BioWare would explain that one ending. Why is Shepard gasping for air in that ending, but not in the others?

Don't worry, I didn't view you as ungrateful at all during your debates! <3 And your opinion seems fair to me!
For myself, I know my favorite of the three was and always will be ME 2, for sure. So I can relate to how you feel about playing another game that would be very similar to it in the end.

Well that's a relief to hear (well ... read!), I always worry that people can't pick up on how I mean things.
*Nod nod* I think a lot of people wanted something that played a bit more like 2, I missed the actual conversations!

I always personally looked on it as Bioware saying that Destroy was the true ending (Even if I personally went with synthesis).
However, it's very hard to see something as an ending when we know for a fact that Shepard has been brought back before! In the Synthesis ending at least there is scope to bring him/her back.
