Danny looked up to Alexander as he stood, and she took another sip of her drink and adjusted it so her one hand was holding the cup and the other took Alexander's hand. She grinned in reaction to his smile, lovely as always. He was such a gentleman. "I should be alright," she told him, standing. She balanced herself, placing some weight on her ankle. She winced and gripped Alexander's hand a little, but stood firmly, gritting her teeth, and finally feeling comfortable with standing. With Alexander with her, she would be okay. "Alright, I'm good. Shall we?" she said, looking back up at Alexander, who was a good few inches taller than her.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander led her to the back and into a hallway that was filled with doors. He led her to the end however, ignoring the others. The room behind was much like the shop itself, though the walls were filled with even more plants, and appeared to be glass. "I grow all my herbs here." Alexander said. "But I've been working on something else that I hope you'll find interesting, as I do." He said. He led her entirely to the back of the room. There stood a medium sized planter, overflowing with bright blue vines with leaves of an even deeper blue in the shape of ivy leaves. The vines were covered in petite and round buds that were still tightly closed. he plant itself was in a particularly shady area. "This is something I've been working on for quite some time." He said, looking down at it softly. ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

As Alexander lead her into the back part of his shop, she gazed around herself. Her eyes widened as she entered the very back room, and she silently wondered at the plant that Alexander showed her. It was fantastic, and the colors it produced were something to admire. "It's beautiful," she said, placing her hand on Alexander's arm, looking up at him. "What kind of plant is it?" she asked.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander ran his free hand through his hair. "Well, I'm not entirely sure yet, honsetly." He said. "I've been combining the rarest or most interesting plants I can find and procure, as well as those with the brightest colors. The first week, the vines grew to only cover the dirt in the pot. The next week, they suddenly shot to this length. Last week their leaves doubled in size, and then yesterday they sprouted these buds. I think they've picked up traits of the Lunar Blooming Flowers, Moon Flowers, and Night Lilies, but I can't be sure because they've yet to bloom." He said. "However, I've been tracking their growth and this led me to realize that this coming Friday will be the full moon. All their previous changes have come on a Friday." He said, looking at her. He sighed morosely then. "And yet I find myself having less and less time to come and check on this plant throughout the day. It's summer, so more tourists attracted by the lake means more people want to come into the shop." he said.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny looked up at Alexander as he spoke, and she smiled when he spoke of not being able to watch his plant. Maybe she could help? "And I'm guessing you want me to help?" she said, grinning as she placed her hands behind her head. If she could work here, it would be a great opportunity. These plants seemed extremely interesting, and Danny couldn't help but admit that knowledge was her thing. "I mean, I could help, if you want me to," she said.

Danny couldn't help but smile at Alexander when he lite up after her response. Learning something like this would be something incredible. And now that she thought about it, it would be nice to get away from her laptop for awhile and just relax here. After all, Alexander and his shop were extremely calming to her. The shop was already growing on her. Hehehehe ~ That was a good one. "I understand," she said frowning as Alexander told her of how not many people were like him. "I would love to help you, and my ankle... it's much better. Thank you," she said, placing her hand on his shoulder and drinking another sip from her mug.

Danny looked to Alexander's arm and took it, smiling. After hearing him speak of her father, Danny nodded. "Any minute now," she said, following him. "Amanda knew you had a shop when you told her, so they probably have been trying to find their way here," she said, once again looking around and admiring the various plants.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander led her back to the front and to her chair, looking up as a small terracotta pot fell and broke by the wall, spraying dirt and seeds over the floor. Rasiel had made his way up onto the window sill and was peeking out, his ears laid back and his tail down. It was obvious he'd climbed the various hanging planters, as his paws had soil clinging to them. Alexander sighed. "I believe Rasiel would enjoy someone's company other than mine as well." He said. "It might keep him out of things."╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny flinched as Rasiel broke a pot, and almost dropped her mug, but caught it, steadying herself. Rasiel was such a little cutie, and now that Danny thought about it, she'd love to be here more often. "Anytime you want me over, I'd love to come," she said, replying. "I actually have my temps right now, and so it would be great practice driving here and back," she said grinning, and winking at Alexander as she spoke.

Danny watched Alexander's pink but turned when she heard the bell above the door ring. In stepped her dad, and Danny's face lite up as she rushed/limped over to him. She set her mug down on the counter before finally making it to him, saying, "Dad!" She embraced him and he smiled. "Danny! Gosh, I finally found you. You had me worried sick." "It's okay, I've been here," she said turning to Alexander and smiling warmly. She directed her hand towards him and said, "Alexander took care of me. He's a friend."

Alexander had had problems with 'Danny's father in the past. However, when Danny gestured to him, Alexander smiled and stepped forward, offering his hand to shake. "Nice to meet you sir, I'm Alexander Xaverkas." He said formally.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝
