The wind changed again, taking the pidgey farther away from them. Pidgeot changed course and pursued her quarry, ignoring the Chatot's mimicking cry.

The Zubat suddenly appeared out of nowhere and startled the two. Upon finding the pokemon, Cara decided she might as well try to catch it. She reached out and just like before, when she was about to catch it, it veered away.

Cara knew Pidgeot was going to be aching for weeks after the race was over, and was going to need a really long nap and cool down. Cara was going to need one to, this race is exhausting!!
