As the man appeared the rain around him fell heavily almost like the gravity there was even stronger. The man would look over at Atticus who was still walking, "It is time once again, young man." the man said as he would reach behind his back and unsheathe his sword. Looking behind Atticus the man would emit an powerfully dark and sinister aura through out the air, as he saw Akumu, who was radiating an dark power "I take it, this is the one you told me about." he said as his murderous intent was present, "I shall get rid of her at once." the man spoke as he swung his sword and released an massive wave of dark energy at the two of them. Looking on, the wave would bypass Atticus and head straight at Akumu.

I warned you that you would not like my secrets and tried to keep them hidden, but you kept on pushing." Atticus said as he then looked ahead of them, as the strange man appeared, "Yes, I have come to challenge you again" Atticus replied to the man's statement. As the man released the energy wave at Akumu, Atticus' body would react, without his knowing. Atticus would change his arm into an blade and release a similar wave, cancelling out the man's. "Why did my body react like that?" he thought as he knew the reason, but didn't want to say it, "Divine, I've grown stronger since the last time we fought. As I recall, back then that attack would have killed me."

✥ Demon ✥ Darkness Manipulation ✥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Divine looked on as Atticus protected Akumu from his attack, "What is this Atticus, have you gone and found yourself a meister?" he asked as he clearly could care less, "It seems you two are in the middle of something, but remember my teachings, never let someone influence, instead you will manipulate them and use them to grow stronger" Divine stated as he lunged towards Atticus and clashed his blade with Atticus', "So, do you think you have what it takes to finally end my life?" he asked as he pushed Atticus backwards, sending him flying into a tree.

Atticus said as his attention was quickly drawn back to Divine who was questioning him, "Yes, she is my meister, but I think after today, we will be going our separate ways. I used what you taught me and found the demon that you have been looking for, I believe his name is Noctis." Atticus said as he was then sent flying into a tree. "I know that I have what it takes to defeat you, master." Atticus stands tall and glances over to Akumu, "She served her purpose, there is no need to endanger her life anymore. Master, please allow this one to live." he demanded as he and Divine would engage in a deadly battle. Atticus jumped into the air and released another energy wave directly at Divine, this wave was fully charged and used about half of the energy Atticus had.

✥ Demon ✥ Darkness Manipulation ✥ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As Atticus released an immensely powerful wave at him, Divine analyzed the power behind it and sighed, "You have grown stronger, but not enough to close the gap between you and I, I'm afraid." Divine said as sheathed his sword and he held up his left hand, stopping the wave with only his hand, "You still have a long way to go, my student." Divine then deflected the wave into the sky, resulting in it exploding. "We are done, for now." Divine said as he walked up to Atticus and placed his left hand on his right shoulder, "Keep improving and maybe you'll surpass me. Now then." he said as he looked over at Akumu, and vanished in a vortex of darkness. Seconds later he would appear behind Akumu, "Do you truly wish for me to spare this mortal's life? Would it not be beneficial to you, if I killed her here and now, so that she won't have the chance to kill you?" Divine asked as he could sense Noctis' presence coming from her.

Atticus said as he stared into the eyes of the demon, "I refuse to lose against you again." Atticus then looked over at Akumu as Divine was questioning him on her, "As I've stated before, master. She served her purpose, there is no need to kill her." he said as Divine then appeared behind Akumu, and yet again, Atticus' body would react as he jump directly in front of Divine, protecting Akumu from him, "I-I'm sorry, master, but I can't stop myself. It seems as though my body is moving on it's own." Atticus explained as he knew that Divine wouldn't hesitate to kill both of them. "Akumu, I would like for you to leave at once" Atticus said trying to make sure the girl would not be endangered.

She grinned as she let out a cold laugh that was not herz before teleporting out of sight and reappearing on top of a car. "Well hello to you too divine. Its been a while hasn't it?? You say you are going to kill this girl, but there is only one problem with that. She beelongs to me. So unless you want problems, I suggest you back off," Akumu said in Noctis' voice. "We have a contract, this girl and I, which makes her mine. So y ou cant touch her."

Divine said as he teleported in front of Atticus, "I see, so this girl is under your command. She must be quite special, if you personally made a contract with her. Even so, I could care less about your contract, just keep away from my apprentice, and I will allow that girl to live. You and I both know, that if we should fight, this world might become threatened, so I shall take my leave." Divine looked back at Atticus, "Your friend is quite fortunate, for if she had not signed a contract with Noctis, I would have killed her." he said as he opened up a portal, "Atticus, we will do this, again, very soon. Next time, don't hold back because if you do, I just might kill your precious meister" Divine said as he stepped into the portal, "Noctis, we will meet soon."

"Master, there is no need to worry. I am fully capable of handling him." Atticus replied. Then he heard the details behind how Akumu gained her new powers and reverted back to her old self, "A contract with a demon? Are you really that foolish, Akumu?" he asked as Divine instructed him not to hold back the next they fought, "Don't worry, master, I will not be preoccupied the next tome we fight." he stated as Divine left. "Now then, Akumu or Noctis or whoever the hell you are, I will take my leave."

Akumu vanishes and reappears in frnt of him, blocking his path with an evil smirk on er face. "You think Im scared of that master of yours?If you odo then you are so lost. He is what I call a fake demon. Why? Becaue he was a human. I on the other hand neve was. I was born a demon, have lived as one and will die as one. You cannot compare us. I am a pureblood. Divine isn't. It maters when it comes to power, trust me. And I might not br able to get near you but it would be interrsting to see you fight this girl. I have matters to attend to. Until then, she's all yours," wth that said, he let Akumu go. Making her lose her balance.

Why cower behind a girl. I know why, it is because even though he use to be human, he is now one of the most powerful and frightening demons out there and you are afraid of him." Atticus would then sense as Noctis let go of Akumu and she fell towards him. As she fell towards him, Atticus would attempt walk by her, letting her fall and hit the ground, but yet again, his body reacted on it's own and before he knew, he had caught her in his arms, "Damn it, I knew this would happen."
