Daniel sighed as he walked into the training room and stretched slightly. "Sheesh, did you have to stop me from beating that guy up on the way here, I mean it's not like he didn't deserve it for trying to rob me." Daniel was already in a bad mood cause of it, but figured with Yamashita trying to wield them, he could let his anger be fueled towards that.

Austin shook his head at his brother who was still fuming about the attempted robbery, attempted being the key word. By the time Austin had caught up with Daniel, the robber was beaten so bloody he couldn't have recognized the man even if he had knew him. "He did something wrong, but you went too far. If word of that gets back to the academy you could get kicked out. Your just lucky I stopped you before you went and did something you might have regretted. Still, I don't see Yamashita here yet so why don't we practice a little together to warm up while we wait?"

Daniel stood there, going through what looked like a dance with a white sword, each motion seeming like it flowed into the next like a never ending sequence. He continued to do this until suddenly both him and the sword flashed, leaving Austin continuing the motions with a black sword that looked identical to the white one.

Austin continued to move as Daniel had been, though his movements seemed more planned and calculated compared to Daniels more powerful and forceful strikes. Austin ended by stabbing the sword into the ground, releasing a pair of waves of energy out in a circle, one black surrounding a white that expanded outwards from the two of them. Finally Daniel changed back to his human form and sat down, wiping some sweat from his brow as Austin turned to Yamashita. "Welcome Yama, I guess the best way is to see if you can even wield us. Should your wavelength be even slightly compatible, you will be able to draw us from the ground. If not then just by touching us will cause backlash towards you. Hopefully you have a decent enough soul, or else this will just end up like all the others." With that comment, both Daniel and he changed into their sword forms and landed blade down into the ground, piercing down about halfway down their blades.

Daniel chuckled slightly, a little shocked that he managed to draw them from the ground. Well I must say I'm surprised that you managed to pull us from the ground, but I don't think that's enough. We still have to accept you and I want to see how well you can handle us. Daniel figured he would further test him to see if it was a fluke or not.

Austin nodded in his soul space and figured he would let Daniel lead this time. I think he is right, granted drawing us from the ground is an incredible feat indeed, that just means we have compatibility. We could still be incompatible when we get into a fight or try resonating our souls. If that's the case, then we would be in a major bind and could lose our lives. So let's see how we do as a combined unit, just the basics for now though, we can see how things go and continue from there.

Daniel sighed slightly and shook his head as he looked over at Austin. Why are you asking us? If your going to be our meister then you need to wield us how you feel we should be wielded. If we like how you use us then we'll take you as our meister, if not then that's the end of it.

True, but at the same time it could end up that one of us likes how you use us and the other doesn't. Either case would be a good scenario, but as we said, we would prefer to be with the same meister so that our powers can be utilized properly. Austin waited as he wondered what Yamashita would decide to do.

Daniel sat quietly as he waited for Yamashita to do as he wanted with him and Austin. He was glad that he at least managed to work the two of them well, but could tell he would have a long ways to go before he could use them as well as Austin and him could each other.

Austin nodded to himself, happy that Yamashita could copy their styles as well as he was. He knew that with enough work and training he could even resonate with the two of them and bring out their true power. I think your doing pretty well for the first time, it needs work, but it's better than I expected.

The two twins flashed and turned back into their human form, Daniel rolling his neck and cracking it a few times. "I think you'll do for now. After all, it's not everyday that we meet someone like you. So, looks like we're partners from now on Yamata." Daniel turned to Austin's comment about his nickname for Yamashita. "What it's his nickname now, Yamata. Yamashita Taiki, shortened to the first part of it, so now it's Yamata."

Austin dusted some dust from his jacket and nodded to Daniel's comments. "I agree, your quite a rare find so we accept you as our partner. We just wanted to gauge your abilities for now, but you pass." Austin turned to Daniel as he said Yamashita's nickname as he called it and shook his head. "What kind of nickname is that?" Austin sighed as he listened to Daniel's defense about the nickname and just shrugged his shoulders. "Well if your fine with that nickname then we can use it. Our nicknames are light and dark, Daniel there being dark."

Daniel smirked slightly as he nodded and stretched slightly. "Well, hopefully it lasts, it would be nice to not have to go on missions for kishin souls with just Austin all the time. So meister, what shall we do first?"

Austin glared at Daniel's comment and just shook his head. "Sorry about him, he means he is glad to have a partner finally and that we won't have to rely on each other and half our fighting strength that a meister will bring to us. We both know our powers are greater with a meister, so we are actually quite happy to finally have a meister of our own."
