Relieved at her master's kindness, Orin morphed into her cat form to hide her tears and held on to Satori all the way to the oven, after which she lept off and landed on the counter.
She watched as Satori pulled the cookies from the oven, all the while sniffing the air and waving her tails to and fro. "Nya~ that smells good!" She thought in her mind, knowing her master could hear her. "Can...can we have some?? Is it rude of me to ask that after I got Okuu hurt?"

Rin landed on Satori, Rin now in her cat form. Satori tried to get up, but Utsuho had a strong grip on her still. She tried to get up again, but it failed. She looked at Utsuho and said. "Utsuho, if you don't release me, the treats I made for you two will be ruined." She tried to make it sound convincing to Utsuho by mentioning the treats.

"Uhm?" Utsuho blinked,"Oh~ Treats?"
Having worked an appetite from the cleaning and fighting the hell raven released Satori to allow her to get up. "You made treats master?" Asked the curious nuclear youkai.

Satori smiled and nodded, carrying Rin with her to the kitchen as she answered Utsuho. "When I sensed that you two had entered the palace, I decided to make some cookies for you two." She placed Rin on the counter as she approached the oven.
She put the oven mitts back onn her hands and took the tray out of the oven, placing it on the stove top. As Rin made it so that Satori could read her thoughts, satori nodded, taking off her mitts and laying them next to Rin. "Of course it's okay, I made them specially for you two. And don't blame yourself for Utsuho's injury." She said, leaning down to face Rin. "It's not your fault, Rin." She poked Rin's nose lightly and scratched Rin's head. "Though, you may want the cookies to cool a little before you eat them, so you don't burn your mouths." She said to both Rin and Utsuho as she put the apron away on a hook on the pantry door.

"Oh I see!" The raven pushed to her feet and curiously followd after Satori who had taken Rin along to the kitchen.
Utsuho had already tried to take a cookie and nibble at it while Satori was at the pantry. The cookies where still hot, as her master had warned, and the small singe made her swallow quickly, resulting in a series of coughs. She quickly regain her comporuse, despite the small tear at the corner of her eye from the coughing.

"Nya~" "Thank you, master!"
Orin nipped at a cookie, picking it up by its edge and placed it on the counter. She pawed at it, batting it back and forth a little, spreading crumbs around - she knew not to dare trying to eat it while it was still hot, having a sensitive mouth.
"Oh yeah, Miss Satori, why is there a big box of stuff on the palace grounds? It nearly squished Okuu!" She sat down on the counter, staring at Satori with the cookie at her front paws.

Satori smiled as Utsuho realized how hot the cookies still were. She picked up a napkin and wiped the tear out of the corner of Utshuho's eye. "I tried to warn you, but I guess you couldn't help yourself." She said happily.
When Rin asked about a box, Satori looked at her. "Hmm..." She said as she pondered. "I can't remember anything about a box." She looked into both Rin's and Utsuho's minds and got an idea of what this box was. "Hmm... Clothes and furniture you say? And it smelled funny..." She put a hand on her chin as she thought about it. "Maybe I should have a look at it." She decided. "It's on the front yard, I see. I'll go look at it in a few minutes." She said. She didn't want to leave her pets right away, when they had just gotten home and thought they were in trouble.

"They are really good, Master Satori-" Utsuho smiled sheepishly as Satori wiped the tear off her eye,"Thanks a lot!"
The raven smiled happily, before thinking back on the box."Yeah it was heavy too, we didn't want to do anythig with it because we didn't know if it was yours, so we decided to leave it alone."

"Okay, we'll come with you!" Orin sat on the counter, her legs hanging off the edge after returning to her human form. She picked up the cookie, now cool enough to eat, and took a bite, smiling to Satori and Reiuji as she chewed.
"If it's not anything important," she said between bites, "Then Okuu can get rid of it by blowing it up. Easy!"

"Well I will have to fix my arm cannon, but I can alway sued the eye of Yagatarasu ((can' spell it xD)), after all the canon is just a luxury!" Utsuho said proudly, clapping her hands with a small smile,"And of course we will come along, Master, we finished our work for the day as you ask of us!"

Satori smiled. Shw was happy to have her pets willing to go with her to invetsigate this box, though, if they said no, she probably would've made them go anyway. "That's excellent." She said. "We'll check out this box once you two are ready." She took a cookie off the tray and took a bite of it. It was still warm and tasted good.

"It's settled, then~" Orin pushed herself off the counter, landing gently on her feet. "Let's go take care of that box!"
"Oh!" She turned, almost on a dime, and took a couple handfuls of cookies, keeping them in the crux of her arm. "I'll bring some of these for my friends~ They love your treats, Miss Satori." Indeed, her Zombie Fairies would be pleased with such a snack, and they deserved it after having to fend off the Oni rabble.

Utsuho took a few cookies eating now that they were not mout burningly hot. "Yah! We will have to take care of that box," She nodded.
"Oh, I need to thank those Fairies while at it. They are cute and useful!" The hell raven grinned.

Satori smiled. Her pets were quite nice, thinking of the fairies and how they helped them while fighting the oni. "I'm sure they'd appreciate that alot." She said as she lead the way out of the kitchen, hoping her pets were following her.

Orin happily followed her master out of the kitchen, munching away on an extra cookie she brought for herself as she walked.
"Mm- Mish S'turi," she swallowed her mouthful of cookie, "I mean, Miss Satori, what are we gonna do if those damned Oni come back with friends? I think one of 'em got away... And I don't think closing the gates would keep them out." Her ears drooped a little, pondering the various outcomes another conflict might bring. "I don't think Okuu and I could fend off many more of them this week, unless it was strictly a Spell Card duel..."
