If going with a vehicle belonging to the Ecclesiarchy, rust is a big no no, what would the Emperor say?! wink

True that on the no rust. Besides, I'm too much of a girl to allow my stuff to look purposefully beat up. I might do some bullet holes and some wear marks as if it had been in a side-swiping, simply because of the damage done to the actual model, but I'm going to make it look as repaired as possible.

You can always do chipped paint around the edges and the hatches.

Well, I'm a Mek, so making things look beat up and ramshackle is a skill I'm constantly developing (especially riveting, which to me is like Dakka: never too much). Though if you want it to look repaired, some green stuff weld beads would likely be in order: just roll a really thin snake of green stuff, press it into a seam (either one already modeled or one you make with two passes of a hobby knife), then take a toothpick and stuff it in there making sure to leave a line of divots pressed into the green stuff to make it look like an actual weld bead.

Can't guarantee that its something I'll use on the Rhino, but I will definitely keep that in mind as something to do. ^^ I'll make sure to post pictures of the sides to show you guys what I mean.

My Celestine. There is still quite a bit to do to her, but so far so good. I especially like the wings.

So between hitting the caps lock and the hyphen, you hit the same number of keys as hitting "e" and "a". neutral
