Hey hey hey....hey. This was stepping over into his territory and the demon wasn't pleased about it. It was his job to ruffle feathers and make Riyo uncomfortable not this loser. The whites seemed to consume his eyes as his anger grew and in a second he had closed the distance between himself, Riyo, and their fun new friend. A hand reached out to grab hold of the vampire's wrist while the other drew back into a tight fist.

"Hey a*****e," Was the only warning the vampire was given as Titus let his fist fly at the blood sucker's face. "Chew on this!"

Sweet satisfaction. Somehow Titus doubted the vampire grew his teeth back quite so easily. It was more than gratifying to feel something give way in the vampire's mouth as Titus made contact with his fist, the force sending the leech over the back of the bench.

What was even more amusing was to watch Riyo march over to add her two cents into the deal with a kick to the face. Kick him while he was down, Titus was impressed. Taking his money was like the cherry on top. It sent a shiver of excitement through him and he realized he liked this ghoul.....wait...what?

Before he was able to rethink that thought Riyo had taken his hand and was pulling him along. He looked down at the form of contact mentally asking 'now who is touching who?' That wasn't what came out of his mouth though. At the moment he was required to answer a question, one he was certain he had an answer to only a second ago. So why was he so confused?

"I couldn't let him have all the fun. It's my job to make you feel uncomfortable." Titus finally uttered. "Besides it pisses me off seeing someone trying to show me up for the biggest a*****e." Yeah....that would work.

Titus came to a complete stop when Riyo squeezed his hand. Once she released him he stared at the appendage like it was a foreign object. It was a probably a good thing Riyo had turned her head down to look where she was walking, Titus's face was probably priceless to behold.

"Been on what?" Titus finally came around, taking a few long strides until he was beside the feline once again. He followed her pointing hand toward the roller coaster. "Yeah, I've been on them plenty of times." He walked a bit further before he ventured to ask. "I don't suppose the Princess wants to give it a try? Nah, its probably not your thing. Something fun seems outside your ability to grasp. Besides they twist and turn and go upside down really fast. I doubt anyone with such a delicate disposition could handle it." Was that a challenge being issued?

"I don't mean tucked away in your room so you can hide from the world. I mean living it. And who the ******** enjoys reading anyway? Reading is not fun unless you're an egghead." And it was easy to see where Titus' priorities lay.

He was slightly jolted from the smack to the head, making a face as he followed the feline to stand in line. He would wait to tell her when it was too late to go back it was a standing up ride and she was in a dress. The demon would make sure to get the photo from this one. Cue inward cackle.

"Oh, you think you can keep it cool the whole ride? I'll take that bet," Titus grinned. Weren't they already in a bet? Oh yeah. "Be ready to put your money where your mouth is."

The entire wait and Titus had to keep from chuckling to himself. They would get a little further into the line and he would look to the ride and just want to laugh. After what seemed like an eternity they were finally next. He could see the look on Riyo's face. She was about to go into flight mode.

"Well?" He asked ready to drive a solid nail into her coffin. "Getting cold feet already? Why am I not surprised."

He nudged her with his elbow looking toward the seats that awaited them. "Here I thought you had what it took but I guess I was wrong. You're nothing but a scaredy cat." He was grinning wide waiting to see her response. Would she still run for the hills?

"Hmm," Titus tapped his chin thoughtfully. It needed to be something interesting to get her to go through with it. He also needed to think fast.

"If you win I'll walk the rest of the night in those fancy shoes you've got how's that?" The crowd seemed to be on the verge of an uproar so Titus coaxed Riyo forward toward the ride.

Without hesitation the demon climbed into his seat and strapped himself in. This ride...really didn't look safe. The brace that came over top was kind of loose and the buckle that was supposed to hold him in was made of plastic....oh good this was a death trap. This plan was not thought out very well. At least Titus could fly.

Titus grinned widely when Riyo looked toward him, relaxing against his 'seat' as the roller coaster started to move. There was nothing except for the clank clank clank click, clank clank clank click as they rose high above the trees able to see most of the park around them. The pumpkin sun had already started to sink so the lights of the park were lite up. It was actually a fairly nice sight but Titus' attention was drawn back to the ride and the fact the the track actually curved back so it was unseen as they reached the top. When the track finally came back into view it seemed to lead into this tiny black splotch on the group Titus could only assume was a tunnel.

"They say its more fun when you put your hands in the air." Titus suggested. "Maybe you should give it a-" And the pause was over, the ride lurched forward and sent them barreling down the track at high speeds. Either the ride itself was older than Jack or it was built to shake the living s**t out of them. Either way Titus was certain the car was going to come loose and throw them every which way.

His hands had never risen, instead they stayed in a white knuckle grip on his seat though a genuine smile seemed to be spreading across his face as the ride whipped around and took them toward the tunnel. If one didn't know any better it would appear as if the demon was truly enjoying himself.

The roller coaster coming to a stop Titus realized the feline beside him had been silent. Well s**t guess he was going to be wearing some fancy shoes the rest of this adventure. At least it was getting dark which meant...time was running out.

The latch to his harness was released and Titus pulled free and stepped out on the other side of the roller coaster and waited for Riyo. "Guess you won, Princess." He hadn't really seen her face on the ride but he was determined to stop at the photobooth just to see what she looked like.
