Kensei Uchiha ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ Chuunin|||Uchiha|||Katon|||Raiton|||Bird Summoner||| ╔════════════════════════════════╗ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ →Kensei pulled out the final scroll with the clone looking over his shoulder. "Kay ready for the double vision technique?" The clone just shook his head. "Too bad lets get this over with."
Making a hand seal, Kensei made eye contact with the clone once again. He was hoping the clone would only see two of him. "Okay how many do you see?" The clone held up one finger. "Dammit. Lets try again." [1/3]
"I bet you Nagisa would have mastered this one her first try." Kensei was looking his clone in the eyes again. The clone looked confused for a couple of seconds, but he shook his head and recovered. "Hm seems like I'm on to something. One more try shouldn't hurt. It's a genjutsu after all." [2/3]
The clone sighed of boredom when Kensei kept trying the genjutsu. He focused on his clones eyes harder and did a handseal. "Why is this so hard? Next time I'm asking for help." Kensei thought to himself as he activated the genjutsu. The clone looked confused for a few seconds. "Alright come at me!" Ken shouted for the clone. The clone started charge but he ran in the wrong direction and swung at nothing but air. "Sweet I got it." [3/3]
"I better go see what the others are up to." Kensei gathered the scrolls and walked off to find the girls or the genin. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ [Exit] ╚════════════════════════════════╝ Chakra Points: Chuunin: 42/52 Sharingan Lvl 3: Speed Shinobi: Combo User: Warrior's Rush: Elemental Fist:

((post whenever you are ready. If you are not familiar with the format put double parenthesis or brackets for non RP chat. Please let me know if there are any genin level jutsu (of your element of course) that you wish to learn.)) ((edit: as a side note, I am sorry but I happen to be in a peculiar writing mood, and am in charge of your NPC. Good luck.)) Timmy the Quirk wasn't just weird, he didn't just do have a strange tick, or have trouble controlling his voice, he was all one big oddity that few understood. He spent much of his time rocking in his hammock on the side of the sand training arena. Noone bothered to ask him why. One thing that they did know however, was his vast understanding of jutsu was paralleled only by his inability to complete even the simplest missions without breaking something. This day was not very different from most, as he lounged in his hammock reading an empty notebook he could feel the villagers stares. With a certain amount of nervousness, none at all to be exact, he waited until his next pupil would arrive. For two things were certain about Timmy the Quirk. He belonged in a padded cell, and he was a genius when it came to teaching jutsu.

((Alright, so this might sound a bit harsh, but this is a semi-literate RP. 1-2 sentence posts can happen, but are looked down upon. Try to keep them around 5-6 sentences (a paragraph) as much as you can. If you are not sure what to write you can describe things such as scenery, characters or some sort of action (like a fight). You can also write your character's thoughts, usually italicized with the brackets, although some don't bother. For your training posts I require them all to be in separate posts of at least one paragraph each.))
((Now that that rant is over, please look at the first post in this thread. Timmy is in the sand portion so he can't see any trees so he cannot see you. Go ahead and approach him and ask to be trained.))

ShikakuKumogakure | Spy | GeninSupport | Speed~
A young white haired boy walked slowly down the streets of Kumogakure, Staring as if in shock at something he held in his hand. That something was a glove, affixed with a steel plate, which had the symbol of Kumogakure carved into it. His customized version of his shinobi headband, proof of graduation from the shinobi academy. And he'd just gotten it less than an hour ago. On the surface the boy simply looked to be in some sort of shock, but underneath, in his mind he was reeling with countless emotions. Shock was there, certainly, but it was joined by elation, disbelief, joy, wonder, and that faint but ever present voice that said he had to be dreaming. He couldn't have this, he couldn't have graduated. He couldn't actually be, a ninja. There were just too many things against it for it to be true. He was civilian born, no bloodline or clan. Or that was common belief anyways. He could only faintly remember his actual parents, having lost them years ago. He'd been raised in the orphanage in their absence, which was strike two against. Orphans just didn't have the support even civilian children had to get through the academy. Textbooks, special classes, weapons, the orphanage couldn't afford to buy all that, so you either had to come up with the money yourself, or manage to get through without those things.
Shikaku had also been bullied much of his life, that being strike three. He was weak, strike four, and none of his peers wanted anything to do with him. He had always been the bottom of the class in every class, and that was why he was so shocked to actually be holding a village symbol. The only thing he had ever excelled in was his use of henge, and somehow, that must have pulled him through. But now, now he had to prove himself to everyone, that he really could be a ninja. Everyone and himself as well.
Finally tearing his eyes from the glove, he pulled it onto his hand and looked up with determination, fist clenched tightly. He would be a ninja. If he couldn't fight, he would hide. He was good at that. If he couldn't hide, he would run. And when he could, he would do what he could to accomplish whatever mission he was given. And he would get stronger. he had to get stronger. The boy smiled, his anxiety wearing off with the new boost of confidence. He hadn't told his friend he'd graduated yet!
Turning down a side street, Shikaku sped his pace to a quick trot, jogging towards the training grounds. Soon entering the area, he hopped up onto the stone wall and began to walk about, eyes scanning the different areas until he finally spotted the man he wanted, hanging in a hammock as usual, this time in the sand zone. Running over to the young man, still atop the wall, Shikaku stopped just short of him and plopped himself down nearby, sitting on the wall. "Hey Timmy!" he called out, waving to the odd man, intentionally flashing the back of his hand, and the symbol thereupon where he could see them, and grinning widely. Now that the shock was over, he had realized something. He had graduated! This was the most exciting thing that had ever happened to him!

Timmy the Quirk quickly became Timmy the dumbfounded as he stared at the boy who approached him. Shikaku, the ultimate failure in the ninja arts that Timmy had so mastered, had managed to pass the graduation exams. That just couldn't be, the boy was a ninjutsu idiot, a genjutsu dunce, and a taijutsu dropout. Noone got out of the academy with such a low performance record, and not one of the orphans taught by "older brother Timmy" had ever gotten through the academy without mastering extra jutsu which they used to wow the instructors, Until now. Shikaku was bright, but he belonged in the civilian world were intelligence didn't need chakra use, or at least basic taijutsu ability, to back it up.
Timmy rolled from his hammock and kicked the poles out of the ground, rolling the portable hammock into a bundle and tying it with a jump-rope as his little brother approached. "When I bet you that all you can eat I really wasn't expecting to have to follow up on it." He grumbled, picking his teeth with a pencil and digging his bare feet into the sand. The sand burned with solar energy as Timmy was reminded once again of his own failings. He probably didn't have much right to assume anything about who could be a ninja, Timmy was very rarely allowed outside the village lest he do burn it down by accident. "The one idiot who couldn't even learn the simplest of my tricks and now I owe you dinner. How did you do it?" The boy had refused Timmy's help to cheat the test, although the plan was foolproof. All he'd have needed would be about a half ton of string, two penguins and a candle. It would have been soooo awesome! Most memorable graduation ever, other than Timmy's own.

Shikaku's grin twisted into a scowl of annoyance as his only real, well, closest to real friend decided to make fun of the greatest accomplishment of his short life. Yeah, he hadn't actually expected to pass either, but the guy could at least pretend not to be surprised! Or if that was impossible, pretend to be pleasantly surprised instead of acting like he'd stolen the guy's sandwich.
Crossing his arms in front of him, Shikaku glowered at Timmy. Glowered, not pouted. He most certainly did not pout. And then, in a poof of smoke he was gone, replaced by a cheery looking Timmy, who looked up and to the side, as if seeing someone who wasn't there, and waving at them. "Oh hey Shi! Good job, congratulations!" he chirped, before being enveloped in smoke again, returning to Shikaku who continued to glower at Timmy. "Would that really have been so hard?" he muttered, before sighing and standing up on the wall again, since Timmy appeared to be getting ready to leave. "Your tricks would have gotten me expelled. "Lower some penguins in as bunshin!" Like the chuunin examiner was really going to miss that." He included the air quotes and everything when he spoke what Timmy had tried to get him to do. He wasn't sure if the slightly crazy man had actually believed it would work or not, but he was glad he'd talked him out of showing up to orchestrate it. As for how he actually had passed... He still wasn't sure of that. His henge instructor had to have had something to do with it though, cause most of the test had been impersonating random people from the academy.

((So I assume you aren't needing training? Are you just looking for RP interaction right now or want to get started with something?)) "That is a very simplified explanation, and it most certainly would have worked. Looks like you didn't need it though." Timmy didn't smile even then however. He liked Shikashi, and would rather he didn't go out and die a "shinobi's death" out in some forest. Well, that and there was a massive heaping of jealousy, as Timmy had been banned from outside work after he burned that mansion down in Iwa... He was barely even allowed to leave the village now, and never alone. Still, the Shikashi had done good, even if he didn't want Timmy's help to pass. "You know, I just got my hands on a dozen crates of fireworks if you want to pull a 'Flying dragon' at that snob Raikage's place."

{Only jutsu I'm particularly interested in right now are wall and water walking. Not sure about water, since it'd be B rank posts to learn plus penalties, but wall definitely. Mainly just looking for something to do for now though, yeah. Also, Shikashi?} ShikakuKumogakure | Spy | GeninSupport | Speed~
The boy rolled his eyes at Timmy's claim the the trick would have worked. Timmy was always coming up with insane schemes, and they almost NEVER actually worked, yet he still believed they would. At the mention of fireworks though, Shikaku turned to look at the young man fully, eyes widened with shock, and some degree of fear. Who on earth had been crazy enough to sell, no, who had he stolen that many fireworks form? "Where on earth did you get those?" the boy asked, still rather stunned. Letting Timmy have explosives of any kind did not seem like a good idea to him.

Ignoring the question Timmy's face grew a dark grin. "Does that mean you are in?" He would of course never steal anything. He preferred to call it misplacement assistance. More than a few festivals were canceled in recent months due to various reasons such as a memorial service for the poor victims of that gate massacre a while back. Finding pyrotechnics, banners and the like was hardly difficult. Shikaku would be perfect for this particular prank, because while he pretty much failed in everything else, he was a master of disguise. His Henge was more powerful than any Timmy had met, or heard of. All he needed to do was strap a few to his back, Timmy could make sure he didn't even get burned this time! Suddenly Timmy's face screwed up in an attempt at normalcy as he started whistling a popular Shimogakure tune. A crowd was passing by, and he didn't want to be caught in the planning stages of something spectacular. After a moment, when the crowd finally went on their way, he turned back to the graduate. "You know you have to celebrate somehow, and you failed to leave a lasting impression at the graduation." If not the flying dragon, Timmy knew how to get into some of those new factories. They had all kinds of nifty trinkets in the making, although they didn't all work quite right yet.

"No way." Shikaku finally answered, slashing out with his right arm in a chopping motion, as if to cut the idea off at the head. "Have you forgotten what happened last time? The impression I want to make is not of my face in the tower walls." About a year before, Timmy had decided it'd be a fun idea to try making him fly using an experimental firework. It had worked, but he'd been in the hospital for a month afterwards. That was not an experience he wanted to have again. Burns were not a fun thing to heal from. "How about if you want to celebrate, we can just get that food instead? Nobody gets hurt, or dies, explodes, or anything else, and all is pleasant, yes?"

Timmy shook his head. "I must say I'm dissapointed in you. I certainly ironed out the kinks this time like you know I would. There's almost no chance of any injury whatsoever." He left out the obvious injury at the hands of an angry Kage. That new one was too busy hiding to pose much of a danger anyways... right? He sat in the hammock and began twiddling his fingers and toes in thought. Food wasn't really that exciting, especially knowing who had to pay for it. Shikaku, like most orphans, wasn't shy about eating out of another man's wallet, and Timmy's wasn't exactly overflowing with cash. After a moment of thought he spoke up abruptly. "and MR Mulligan never liked me anyways. So what do you want to eat then?" He wouldn't get out of this bill and he knew it. "You want to have one last meal at the orphanage before you leave them for good?" With the free apartment all new Genin were permitted Shikaku was not likely to stay behind. The food at the orphanage, like most other features, was miserable. It was also free.

Shikaku just looked at Timmy with a deadpan expression as he claimed he'd worked out the kinks, obviously not agreeing with the "You knew I would" portion. If there was one thing Shikaku "knew" about Timmy, it was that he never quite got all the kinks out of his plans. If he had, the boy would consider him a strategical genius, but as it was, he was a madman with a penchant for getting people hurt. And most dangerous of all, the guy seriously believed he had gotten everything right, and it would work.
Once Timmy started talking about food, and furthermore, suggesting orphanage food, Shikaku put on his best exited expression. And the best, for one who had most likely passed the academy just for his acting skills, besides the henge talent (Quite honestly the acting was more important than the henge itself in that situation, since a henge was only convincing if you acted like the subject.), well, his best was pretty darn convincing. "Oh, I hope they have Tasteless Delight today!" he chirped happily, clapping his hands together and bouncing in place. "The Vomit Surprise last week wasn't very good at all you know." he continued, switching to a dismissive tone, before jumping halfway in between for one final sentence. "Oh, but maybe they'll have Bland Casserole again. That's one of the better dishes after all. Yeah, let's go!" As he finished, he turned on Timmy with wide excited eyes, and anyone who didn't know better would actually believe he wanted to go eat that garbage. Timmy would know better. He'd been an orphan too after all, and grown up in the same orphanage. Orphans did not want to eat the orphanage food if they had any way of avoiding it. Even Timmy, who was so reluctant to spend his money, would probably rather starve than eat that stuff again. And Shikaku, well, he was no different. Timmy had promised him a free lunch. He didn't tend to eat much, but he was a good sneak, and if he could sneak himself a week or two's worth of free food off of Timmy's "All You Can Eat", well, he wouldn't hesitate.

((Sheesh Timmy is getting pretty fleshed out here, and I have a great Idea to bring some fun into your future.))
Timmy didn't even bat an eye when Shikaku started talking of all the delicacies the orphanage had to offer. Instead he joined in. "Oh and remember when the threw that party for the coroner's wife? I think they actually used real eyeballs in that one!" As he spoke Timmy patted his pocket to check how fat his wallet wasn't. He probably didn't have enough food for one much less for two. Well, we'll cross that bridge when we get around to it. He started walking towards the village center rather than the orphanage in the opposite direction. Shikaku knew the boy too well to take his love for orphan food at face value. Sarcasm and acting became part of almost every orphan's repotoire. It usually started as a genuine wish to avoid pissing off the caregivers, but almost always evolved into a special brand of sarcasm which most of the kids understood and most the parents did not. Shikaku was the acting king, and actually managed to convince the new owner that he was looking to adopt someone from the orphanage. Boy was that a fun day! "Ooh and remember those moldy snot peas from a week ago?" [exit to Village center]

"I guess this is where I'm supposed to go?" Yelena said to herself as she arrived at the door to the village training center. She was in the middle of performing her first mission. It was simple, go to the training center and find the sensei that is currently training ninjas. Bring his scrolls to the library and deliver them safely without looking into the scrolls. Although the mission was easy and didn't exactly require ninja expertise, it still needed to be performed. Besides, she could use the money.
Stepping inside the location, Yelena looked around and spotted the man she was looking for. He was a burly man with an oversized mustache that looked rather peculiar. From his physique, it would seem that he trained in taijutsu. Slightly intimidated, Yelena walked over to him apprehensively. Seeing the young girl approach him from his peripheral, the man turned and raised his brow slightly.
"Excuse me sensei, but I'm here on behalf of the library. The scrolls that you borrowed are due. I will be more than happy to return them for you," Yelena spoke out, mustering all her strength to do so. The man leaned in slightly, his brow still raised as his gaze pierced through the young kunoichi. "Hmph..." he grunted as he reached into his pack and took out two scrolls. Tossing them at the girl, Yelena caught the scrolls and placed them in her pouch. Not bothering to look inside, Yelena bowed to the sensei and said her thanks.
