Excuse me. If I ripped something apart, it was the shell covering GZ rotting away. Six million gold got taken from the guild. That's not 'recovering.'

By 'hacked,' I meant your account was compromised. Essentially what you said happened, someone else had access to it. Although, come to think of it, I heard rumors that your account was hacked a while ago. But, they were unverified, and aren't important to this discussion anyway.

There's this group of mystery writers I heard of. They've made a promise to never have an insane person be the murderer, because then the reader can never solve the book. Do you realize that's what you've done? You said there's who's systematically, destructively taken money for no reason. What kind of a motive is that?

You thought you refunded the gold, but you actually didn't. Then you said you had. Even if you didn't intend to, that sounds an awful lot like lying.
You'll forgive me for making certain assumptions, such as that you were telling the truth. If those assumptions were wrong, I am, of course, not as smart as I thought.

Have you really explained it a hundred times. Because what I've seen most often from you is, "I've already explained it. No one believes me." Even on the first day.
It doesn't matter. Don't feel any need to reply to this one, as I've no way of telling if you have said it a hundred times.

The reason no one believes you is because there is a who, what, where, when, how, and why, (You, embezzling, Gaia, Jan. '10-Dec. '11, trades, and for money) all evidence-based, against you.
There is a vague who, a what, a where, no when, an improbable how, and no why at all, none of which have anything more than you saying so. (A 'friend,' embezzling, Gaia, none, trades, and for 'a joke.')
And you have a past record of lying. The Bloodstone Amulets, for instance. Even if it wasn't intentional.

It's evidence vs. your not-too-dependable word. Do you see why no one believes you?

No, not just typed out words, or words in general. But screenshots, documented evidence to prove that your sorry butt had nothing to do with it.

But I have every right to accuse you, just like the other person did when they posted the thread. (I do agree that they should have posted it in the guild first, and then taken it to the public.)

I would have liked to keep it within the guild. But it was such a big thing, I was rather paranoid about it.
If I had posted it in the guild, and Amensu had deleted it, he might also have booted me out of my status as Vice-captain. Which I needed to send a guild announcement. And I was new enough that I wasn't sure if I could trust any other VC's to send it for me, in the event that I did get kicked out.
Worst-case scenario, pretty much no one would know. I'm a pessimist, so I prepared for the worst-case.
Also, I did PM Amensu before taking any action. Multiple times. Never got a satisfactory answer.

That one of the things I keep saying though. I can't give evidence when I trade so much and my logs don't show those trades. And, even if I did get screenshots, they would say the same thing on my end as on the Secretary's. And I can't take screenshots of him sending it somewhere else because, as I said, he didn't have an account. If I had evidence or knew how to get some then I would have done so a LONG time ago. Just because people keep asking for it doens't mean I will suddenly be able pull evidence out of my butt and clear my name.

I've already explained the stuff with my friend having the passwords at the time. No reason to try and explain it again.

Because in my line of work on here I'm constantly getting trades from people so my gold increases all the time. I've just stopped paying attention to how much in most cases and just accepting. I figured that any gold I got was coming from business partners/clients/whatever. And I didn't see them as trades when I was trading because they were accepted at the same time they were sent so they didn't show up as offered trades or trades waiting on me or anything. As for gifts, a bunch of those were from Gaia-zine bad being sent to winners of contests. The Staff at the time wanted me to be the one to send gifts through my personal account because they thought it seemed "more interactive with the users" to do it that way. Therefore, I sent them to my account and then to them. Other gifts were for my brother as donations. And others were just to random users to get the Gaia-zine name out when we were finally moving a little better. As for the Bloodstone Amulets (2) that came to my account, I won't lie. One was for me and one was for a friend. But I swear I thought I paid the gold back. I fully intended to and honestly thought I did. And thanks for the compliment. First one from anybody on here in quite a long time.

Those items were some of the gifts for friends. They were Christmas gifts that I was giving them because they wanted them and I thought it would helps Gaia-zine's name. Who knew it'd turn into something that disgraced Gaia-zine name, huh? As for the 2,140,000g or so, I honestly can't say. sweatdrop I know that looks bad but I honestly can't remember what it was for. I know there was some reason, but I can't remember the reason... confused
