Whew, that had been a close one. For some reason, giant pokemon seemed to enjoy trying to squish her. The girl stood there for a couple seconds catching her breath and trying to slow down her rapidly beating heart. It was thumping against her chest like crazy. Finally it slowed and she relaxed. What an adrenaline rush that had given her. For a second everything had seemed like it was going in slow motion and then pushed the fast forward button. Shrugging, she then continued forward to see what other things she would encounter! Hopefully not another giant pokemon...

The land would begin to rise as Riku walked among the trees, and soon she would find herself above them rather then below them. Instead of the sprawling expanse of lush greenery, she would find herself amidst rough, red-brown stone, and an endless amount of dirt. She'd wandered upon the island, and unfortunately for her it was the most dangerous place upon the entire Island.
No one had thought to warn her...they thought she'd be able to tell on her own...it was here that the Giant Pokemon most congregated. For, though they were machines, they were programmed to think at least something like Pokemon. They had sought out the only structure large enough to match their size. Even now Riku would be able to hear, the harsh cries and clashing of metal upon metal...

Well Riku's sense of direction seemed to be bad..as she looked around curiously. She could hear the loud clanging of metal in the background and that could only mean one thing. There were a lot of giant pokemon around. She cursed her luck and realized this could be very dangerous. So she started walking cautiously hoping that she didn't run into one..

Well so far so good. Nothing had popped out. Though it wasn't like there was any place to hide either. All it seemed like was a large amount of red stone and dirt. The girl wouldn't really have a choice if she was chased by a giant pokemon. She'd just have to run and jump downward and hope for the best. Shaking her head, she just hoped she wouldn't run into any giant pokemon. Her purple gaze weary, she continued forward hoping to find a fallen giant.

Unfortunately for Riku, and most of all Sir Aiden, there gaze was indeed forward. Left in such a position, they oblivious to the the threat running up behind them! Paws, short and pink, would race across the ground in a flurry. Jaws wide, pearly white teeth would glisten in the sun. Two steps, one step more...and Sir Aiden would experience a pain like none other. It would not damage in the traditional sense; rather, the pain would be so great as to go far and beyond damage.
When Riku eventually turned, it would be to find the Growlithe was sporting a knew tail accessory of sorts. A full grown Snubbull was hanging off the Growlithe's rear, his tail entirely consumed by the pink canine!

Riku turned around and saw her Growlithe and another pokemon. Surprisingly it's mouth was completely latched around Sir Aiden's cream-ish fluffy tail. Her violet gaze just stared for a second before grabbing at a pokeball at her waist. She was going to try and return Sir Aiden so that he wouldn't be in so much pain. It was going to be hard considering that the Growlithe was now running around yowling.
Sir Aiden had calmly been walking next to Riku when he felt something. At first, he didn't realize it but then there was a definitely pull on his tail. The pain seemed to radiate faster and faster until it was a full blown pain. Letting out a loud yelp, he then started running in circles kicking out his back legs trying to get the Snubbull or whatever it was latched onto his tail.

Snubbull would strike the floor as the Growlithe abruptly disappeared from between her clamped jaws. Pushing herself off the ground, the pink canine would shake her body rapidly, then turned to the source of the disappearance. Riku.
Rushing over on two short paws, the Snubbull would fling itself at the girl, opening jaws wide to latch onto the young girl's scarf...and there she would hang, much as she had after biting down on Sir Aiden's tail. At this distance however, Riku would be able to notice one little thing about the Snubbull. It was wearing a collar, and upon the tag were the words 'Miss Cuddles'.

The girl looked relieved that she had managed to recall Sir Aiden quickly enough. As the Snubbull latched onto her scarf, she took it off and in one quick motion slipped it loosely around the pokemon's neck. She had read the name on the collar and knew this creature belonged to someone. "Miss Cuddles, go on home now. You can keep the scarf." She looked at the pokemon curiously, waiting to see what it would do next.

The moment the Snubbull's feet had once again touched the ground, she would open her mouth. Using both paws she would slowly pull the end of the scarf out of it, and then in the next motion she would leap at the girl yet again. This time her teeth would find purchase upon the girl's skirt. It would seem she had no interest in the scarf, nor in going home; she just liked to bite things.
Swaying from side to side while clamped onto the girl's clothing, the tag around her neck would dangle until it had turned over. Clear as day upon the tag read the words 'Property of PokeLand P.Zoo'.

The girl shrugged. She didn't know how to get the Snubbull away from her and a battle for this one wasn't really necessary. It reminded her of a certain Totodile in his pokeball..The girl then just tried to keep moving as best as she could. Good thing she had a pair of shorts underneath that skirt. She wondered if bringing this pokemon with her would be good or bad luck. Obviously it couldn't be controlled so it might have been the latter. Sighing, she then glanced around trying to find either a way off this place or a fallen giant pokemon.

Well so far the pair had come across nothing. Maybe the Snubbull was good luck? How did a creature that liked biting things belong in a petting zoo? She continued onward, wondering what else they might run into. Hopefully she would find the next part and then need to find only one more before reporting back. It was taking a lot longer then the girl had originally assumed and she hoped the head mechanic wouldn't be too mad. After all, as long as the mission was completed, it was still a success right?

It would seem the girl had spoke...or at least thought, a moment too soon. The earth would begin to shake with what could only be the steps of a behemoth...one of the ones whom were still very much standing. The cry would echo, deep and resounding across the mountain "CHEEEERUUUUUBIIII!" It meant nothing comprehensible in Pokemon tongue, it was simply what the machine had been programmed to say.
The ground shuddered violently again as the Giant Pokemon caught sight of Riku and turned toward her. Smiling broadly it began running toward her. Not the intentionally violent gesture the others had shown the girl so far, but it still held the potential. all the Cherubi had to do was smack into the mountain and she could cause a landslide. That left Riku with two options...either she had to run further up the path away from the Cherubi; or she somehow had to get onto the giant Pokemon itself!

Well luck had been on her side for the briefest of moments. Just when she thought things were going well, a giant Cherubi appeared. The girl panicked, grabbing the Snubbull and trying to run at the same time. However obviously with her weight and that of the pink canine's would definitely weigh her down and make her run slower. The giant pokemon was rushing at her at such a fast pace too... The girl hoped she would be quick enough to save herself as well as the Snubbull.

The Cherubi was too large, and the girl too high for it to aim at her directly. The child had no fear of being crush beneath twisted metal as the Giant came forth, the problem was that her surroundings wouldn't be quite so up to the challenge.
As the Cherubi came forth, it's body would slam into the mountain side, causing the ground and rock to shudder violently. Stones and chunks of the cliff above would begin to fall down from the shock, and there Riku would be caught.
It would be simple at first. A small stone bouncing off her head...then a large one would strike her shoulder, one larger still rolling across one of her feet, a third would scrap against the opposite leg, and still smaller pieces of debris would pelt the girl. Considering she'd been caught in a rock-slide she'd be relatively unharmed..but that wasn't quite the same as completely.
