Let's say there's a Personal Style (Shuntensatsu). How do we know who is the Master of said style (It does not say) and what happens if said person becomes inactive? Do we contact a Mod and hire an NPC for it, or...?

Pretty much, yes. That style however, I know is used by Zin, so you'd have to learn from him.

Can Laxus commit Seppuku and magically wake up in a place where he can do something?

Or can Jishaku drop the hero water so it can land on a caterpillar and create Mothra and he simply beats everyone up with his laser beams and then everyone gets back to actually posting IRP, rather than debating things?

The debates aren't working out for anyone. Coba seems like he just wants to appear epic in every single way, Luo seems like he doesn't understand certain things about a bloodline ( Which if it is specified that a certain technique requires hand signs, and others don't within the same bloodline list, then I'm inclined to side with Luo. It was poor writing on the creator's side. ) Hinote simply seems like he is trying to find a middle ground, albeit the middle seems to be on Cobra's side. And then I'm just popping in trying to diffuse the situation, but my last post definitely brought up something that could change everything... I'm sorry. sad

Theory Scrolls... yeah i have a question about those. Do i have to buy a new one EVERY TIME I'm going to make a jutsu of the same type? ex. If I'm going to make a fire style jutsu do i have to buy a Theory Scroll for every jutsu? A Puppet Art Jutsu? A new Scroll any time? Or can i like just have one of each type and it will suffice?

The "Theory scrolls" are a method of having something in game to explain why you needed to buy something to create a custom jutsu. You don't have to specify any types for them at all or could specify them as whatever you like. They are necessary though, since otherwise, as in buying one of each type, you'd be able to buy each "Type" and then make any further customs for free.

So, short answer, no. You have to buy them every time.

Edit: At a glance around the guild just now, I noticed that you're taking three of the same mission simultaneously. While I don't care much due to the mission type, please be aware that you'll still have to do the full post count for each. Just because you're combining them does not mean the posts will be combined.

I'll just ignore that fact that, timewise, you're walking dogs in the middle of the night during an attack on the village... In fact, i think I can use that... Hmmm...

Hey guys, I got two questions. First of all, is the second character thing still open, or did it shut due to low activity? Secondly, if that's still open, is Kiri still active? Cuz, I was wondering if I could make the second character there.
PostPosted: Wed Jan 02, 2013 2:23 pm

The second character status is still very much open, as some of the members are currently running two character. ( Notably, Hinote, Cobra, and Panthers. )

Kirigakure is fairly active coming in bursts. Hikaro has no one to RP with, since her area has kinda died down, Greg has been stuck in Suna, and Luo is currently with Major. Other than that, Kiri is about as active as everyone else, except possibly on a slight decline due to Luo's absence, and Greg's extended stay in Suna. Once Greg returns, and Luo gets well, or to where he can post again, I can only think Kiri will become close to the most active again like it has almost always been.

Ok, I see... Now, to figure out what bloodline...

Wait... If I made a Hyoton user who had a medic profession, would that mean I would have 4 elements right off the bat? Or do the elements wind and water would not be able to be used, even though it is required.. Or would that be impossible, they cannot choose that profession, as I noticed some have the limit of elements? *really confused*
PostPosted: Wed Jan 02, 2013 2:50 pm

You'd have 3 starting elements, Fuuton, Suiton, and Hiton ( Medical ).
EDIT: You'd not have Hyouton, since you'd need the traumatic experience to unlock it. I also didn't include it, since it is the bloodline element itself, and I don't consider it to count as one of your elements as far as character creation goes.

Chances are, that would be the only elements you character could use. Most dual element combination bloodlines in this guild require you to be limited to those two, despite if it says so or not. For further incite into this, I'd read the bloodline thoroughly, and consult the current bloodline/clan application moderator. ( In this case, I think Hinote has been covering that front. )

Sorry I couldn't have been of more use to you.

ahh ok, For now, I guess I'll assume that Hyoton users cannot use the Hiton element in a professional status for now, until further notice.

Ah, You'd have Hiton. By taking the profession, you're granted hiton. It would probably fall under the category of Extra elements in your case however. You'd have Fuuton and Suiton as base elements, and Hiton as an extra. Once your Hyoton bloodline was unlocked, you'd gain Hyoton as your third and final base element.

Sorry if I worded it oddly. sweatdrop
