C.J. smiled. "Well, Arell, Dundee and I got it from alive yesterday t' just about ready, so we should be alright." he said. "Hope ya don't mind seein' we cooked a whole hog." he finished, blushing slightly. She should be used to your awkward self by now, Ceej. Remember Halloween? his subconscious asked him.

C.J. smiled. "Alright, that takes a load off my mind!" he said as he took off the burlap and foil the pig was wrapped in, revealing a well-barbecued hog in the ground. "I guess it's safe t' say dinner's served." he said with a wink as Arell peered out from the bathroom. "By de way, don't go in de can here, use de upstairs one." Arell said, soaked with water.

Crystal shook her head. "I don't know, the sink's pipe just exploded and I just got it shut off..."
She grabbed the towels and went back in the bathroom, to sop up the lake that she had left from the mishap.

Arell looked at the burst pipe. "I'm gonna try t' shut de water off at de can. In de meantime, if dis is from what I think happened, Dundee is in a HEAP of trouble!" Arell growled, however, just as he was about to, a rock fell out of the pipe. "I knew it!"

Arell smirked as he peered out, the rock in his hand. "Naw . . . but I found yo' pet Rock, Dundee." he said, glaring at his stepbrother, who looked a little embarrassed.
"Duuhhh . . . that was your Christmas present?" Dundee asked.

Crystal shook her head and sighed. "Just get this water off will ya? I've been trying to turn it off at the wall but it won't stop." She looked about like a drowned rat at this point.

Arell smiled. "Doan' worry, che'. I got dis." he growled, he turned the lever Crystal was turning in the other way. The burst pipe subsided and the water stopped spraying the duo. "Hell of a way t' be at a party, huh?" he asked as he paused. "I think I got some a' yo' clothes waitin' for ya upstairs." he said. In truth, he was soaked to the bone, so a change of clothes was a probable option.

Crystal giggled and smiled. "Ok big guy. Let's go change." She hugged Arell and purred loudly before heading upstairs, letting her hips sway as she did, teasing the Cajun.

Arell smiled, following Crystal up the stairs as C.J. smirked. Of course the two were always getting into some sort of trouble, but hey, they were in love. God help us all if Dundee is an uncle to some cat-gator-people. he thought as he and Sapphire hung out. Of course, if they looked up, they'd be in a similar situation . . . little did the Marylander know that Dundee put the mistletoe in the kitchen.

Sapphire was too interested in everything else that was going on to even think about looking up. And Alex was far too interested in talking to pay attention to Sapphire. Otherwise she would have been the first to point such a thing out. Shadow was...well she didn't tease with that sort of thing.
Steel frowned as she looked at the plate, taking it back from Deadpool. "N-no. I'm still not sure what caused that. It completely destroyed Murder World. With me under it. I was...fortunate enough to have been saved by Flash and another woman." she replied.

Sapphire's friends may not have called it out, but Antigua sure did! She smiled as the Jamaican woman nudged Dundee.
"What's goin' on?" Dundee asked as Antigua smirked.
"Remember de Mistletoe I told you to hang up?" she asked, Dundee drawing a blank, then nodding.
"Look who's in da kitchen, mon." she said, adjusting Dundee's head so he could see the mistletoe, and the unknowing two underneath.
"Wow, after that dare Arell told us about, he sure seems to fit in those coincidences like that." Dundee mused.
"You should see Catgirl and Arell, mon." Antigua said.
Meanwhile, speaking of the two, they got up to the top of the stairs and over towards Arell's room. He casually pushed the door open with a smile.
"Ladies first, che'." he said to Crystal.

Sapphire glanced over at the others. She noticed Dundee and Antigua staring at the two of them, pointing and smiling. She blinked, then glanced around. She noticed the decorations, then the nice little plant hanging above her and C.J.
"Oh...have a knack of unwittingly walking under these things." she mumbled.

C.J. looked at her confused, then looked up to see the lovely little surprise Dundee and Antigua put on him. He blushed stoplight red. "Well, that wasn't there the last time I was outside . . . or was it? Can't remember." he said, a little surprised.
