Sylas blinked as he felt someone touch him on the arm. He lifted his head and flushed. "Uhhhh.." Yeah that was an inteligent way to start with someone. "H-Hello."' He blushed and looked down at the desk. He blinked at Aldia and gave a weak smile. All in all he was trying at least. He had to get credit for that. His natural instinct made him want to toss himself under the desk.

Alida beamed as she got a response from him this time. And it looked as though he wasn't unable to see, too. She nodded, and held out her notepad again, so he could read it.
Hi, my name is Alida. I've seen you around, what's your name?

Looking at the notepad he strained a bit. Some of the words came to Sylas easy but the name caused him to stumble a bit. Forming the words slowly he finally caught on that she was telling him who she was through the paper. "Hi Ali-da?" He broke the word up as he tried to prounce it and smiled shly.
"I am Sylas, I don't remember seeing y-you.. but.. then again I hid m-most of the time. My dad told me to stop it th-though or I will never make friends." He sighed gently after finally speaking. That had to be the most words to leave him in his whole life. At least his studder was fadeing.

Karen looked up and smiled at Halley "Really? You've heard my name from some of the others, normally I just stay apart from everyone, I'm just too shy..." she trailed off as Halley noted Marfa's name and fur.
Minagi herself had flipped the page to quite and unusual looking Demon. His hair was long and draped over most of his face and he had a slightly sinister looking face and one of his wings had a slight tear in it. "Goodness he looks a big scary I wonder why he looks so mad!" she took a black crayon and started to color his hair. "That suits him quite well black hair for someone so dark looking!"

*Marfa stays silent because once her talking led her into serious trouble but she twisted out of it with a small fight (she won!) xd , yet she didn't want to take any chances, you never know who you might meet* 3nodding *finishes colouring thw whole colouring book and doesn't know what to do next* eek xd

Halley frowned slightly. "Well, really! The least you could do is tell me to leave you alone, instead of just ignoring me..." She shook her head and turned back to Lute, to see what he was coloring.
"How's your picture coming, Lute?"
Alida smiled and nodded when Sylas said her name. Well, what he said was true. If you want friends, you have to meet people. But a couple good friends is better than a whole lot of sort of friends. Did you want to do something, Sylas? We could go color, or go look at the hamster or something.
Alida pointed to where there was a hamster cage in the corner, by a couple of potted plants in the window.

Sylas looked over at the hamster cage and nodded, getting out his desk and makeing the way over to it. He hadn't been around many rodents, likely because his dad didn't trust the other three kids not to think that small furry animals were meals. The fact that he hadn't been around them though, caused him to be skittish. "They wont bite will they?"

Then she opened up the top of the cage and gently reached in towards the hamster, who sniffed at her a bit, then ignored her. She picked him up and cupped him carefully in her hands, holding him close to her body before setting him down on the table in front of Sylas.
Go on, hold him. He's soft! She beamed at him, and gestured encouragingly.

Sylas reached out a bit timidly to touch the top of the soft rodent head before picking the hamster up. "It is soft." He smiled and pet it more cuddling it as well as anyone can cuddle something that tiny. "I like it, so it belongs to everyone in the class room?"
There were a few things that Sylas didn't understand and shareing amongst so many was one of them.

Alida nodded, and smiled cheerfully when Sylas cuddled the little creature. She looked around for a moment, and then opened a cupboard beneath the counter. She pulled out a box of hamster treats, and shook the box a little bit, asking Sylas if he wanted to feed the hamster a few.
At the sound of the box shaking, though, the hamster squeaked slightly, and perked up, his nose twitching his whiskers violently in the direction the sound had come from.
Alida covered her mouth in a silent giggle. The little hamster was too cute!

Skye walked through the crunchy fall leaves, a pale little girl floating along beside her. The girl did *not* seem happy at all. She had been quite content staying within Skye's house, reading the books and playing around with the various things that she had found up in that hidden tower of a room.
"Ash, dear, everyone goes to school. You'll see...and you'll make friends here, it'll be alright."
The little girl scribbled furiously on her notebook, pressing it hard against Skye.
I don't want to go. I don't want to make friends. I want to stay with you, mother. You can teach me things.
"There are some things that you can learn in school that you can't learn at home. And, besides, it will be good for you to make some friends. You'll see."
She smiled, bending down to press her lips to little Enid's forhead before shooing her off towards the school.

(Im so sorry, its hard to tell when anyone posts here. ^^;; ) Sylas grinned and he reached out to get a couple of the treats for the little hanster, only to have the rodent start to run down his arm to get to them. He watched in surprise giggling a bit at the sight. The rodent was just too darned cute. He smiled and watched it eat, sitting on its back legs and holding the treat in its front paws. "I wonder if it has a name."
