 Meanwhile, on the rooftop overlooking the street, a pair of lazy eyes is fixated on the fight that is currently ongoing between Romina and Devi. A fair and strong physique young female with a red horned and chained maiden tattoo etched on her right shoulder blade is revealed to be the mysterious onlooker of the eminent battle as she puffs her ember lit cigarette while holding a cool can of beer in her other hand while leaning by the balcony at the edge of the rooftop with her head slightly peeking out a bit to enable her to watch the fight a little better. The girl then gave a big yawn as she takes another puff and spew smoke out of her nostrils. "That girl better not go over board. She was supposed to test them, not go into one huge battle," remarked the girl with an unenthusiastic tone as she gave a sigh, her words an indication that she and Romina are of the same team. "If this keeps up, I may have to step in. What a bore," sighed the girl as she lightly taps her cigarette, allowing the burnt ash to fall to the ground like snowflakes with her lazy gaze not leaving the sight of the battle.

 Devi frowned as she started drilling into the rock barrier. After a second she closed her eyes she crouched down, lower to the ground. "Distortion Magic:
Rock turn." She said under her breath, at the same time she sprang up, passing easily through the top and high into the air. At the same time rock barrier turned into daggers, shooting at Romina as the water drills shot forward hitting each other. "Distortion Magic: Tree Catch." She said in the air, the trunk of a nearby tree bending over as if rubber and catching her in its leaves before standing up strait, returning to the way it had been as Devi slid down the trunk, a safe distance away from Romina.

 Meanwhile a girl with long white hair was watching, leaning back against the wall, her arms folded over her chest and one leg folded up and supported against the wall. Her hair was pulled back with a black ribbon and topped with a silver tiara. On her waist was a gaudy belt with a sword and several pouches. Her gold eyes glimmered as she watched the fight with a calm expression a small smile on her face. She's doing well... as expected though... She thought to herself, not about to jump in unless needed to.

 Romina watched intently as Devi cleverly alters the dome so that she may gracefully launch herself out of it without being cut up by the sharp water spires embedded into the surface of the rock dome. "Ooooh! That's so cool!" exclaimed Romina excitedly as she jumped up and down with glee at the attempt. "Romina knew you would be fun!" exclaimed Romina once again while squeeling with delight only for her to notice the rock dome shaping and breaking apart to form daggers that lunge themselves towards Romina. Instead of being surprised by the sudden attack, Romina had a big smile on her face. As it turns out, Romina's earlier action of jumping to the other side has other purposes. Upon closer examination, Romina is seen standing near a general store which in turn has four huge barrels containing water positioned outside its entrance. In response to Devi's attack, water could be seen gushing out of the barrels as the levitated water proceeded to lash out at the oncoming daggers like a huge wave and in the process swallowed the daggers whole until they're submerged in the water. After collecting the daggers, Romina waved her hand which causes the huge body of water to shape itself into a huge bubble filled with water and the collected rock daggers that are floating around in the bubble. "Magic Magic: Bubble Catastrophe," announced Romina with a cheery tone. Seeing that Devi is keeping a safe distance from her, Romina had a smile on her face as a thought came to mind. "Here's how it goes. Inside this bubble are the daggers you are kind enough to give Romina. The bubble will float around the street and grow until bursts. If it bursts, the pressure from the explosion will launch the daggers everywhere. If you try to burst it, the same result will happen," explained Romina gleefully as she clap her hands. "In short, no matter what you do, people will get hurt. A fun game it would be. Ain't that fun? Romina is bursting with anticipation just thinking about what might happen," remarked Romina with a big smile as she hops up and down.

Meanwhile, the mysterious well physique girl is still seen lingering at the edge of the balcony of the nearest roof top as her eyes never leave the sight of the battle between Romina and Devi. "Ho.....That girl does have brains," noted the girl with a lazy tone as she threw away her cigarette butt and proceeded to unlatch the pin of her cool can of beer as the foam slightly sprays out of the top due to the pressure. "Don't you think you've seen enough, Captain?" inquired the girl casually as she spots a figure coming into view behind her while sipping her beer. As the well physique girl is sipping her beer, another girl makes her entrance as she strolls up towards the girl until she well next to her and is seen taking a glance over the edge of the balcony. "Strategy," replied the girl who in full view has pinkish white and a fair complexion as well as a petite physique. "The plan is to study majority of the members of Fairy Tail. However, Romina is not doing enough to attract much attention. In hind sight, the S - class mage who's watching nearby could prove to be a better observation subject," noted the girl with a thoughtful tone as she appears to have noticed the S - class mage, Taura lurking nearby. "If she does come into play and proves to be a problem, we need to step in as we cannot underestimate an S - class mage. We are after all being targeted by many legal guilds so an observation like this is vital," remarked the girl as she studies the abilities of Devi with thoughtful precision while waiting for either Devi, Taura or other Fairy Tail members to make their move.

 Devi narrowed her eyes, "Putting people in danger is fun?" She asked her. "You have one messed up philosophy." She sighed, closing her eyes. " You know, usually I like to give people a chance
and understand them... but that will have to wait. There's no way I can let you
harm innocent people." She said, opening her eyes, her eyes glowing red. Around them everything seemed to bend, and act in ways that defied the laws of nature. "Distortion magic: Drowning Flame." She shouted, fire from a nearby building suddenly flying towards the ball of water, taking on almost a humanoid form as it opened it's 'mouth' and swallowed the ball before curling up, turning into a ball which burned both the water and the solid rock against all reason. "Distortion magic: Burning water." She commanded, suddenly all of the water around starting to somehow burn and consume everything around them, especially around Romina where the water was focused.

 Taura watched the progression of the battle, not missing the presence of the other two mages watching the battle. She could only assume they were from the same guild Romina were, which had to be a dark guild from what she could gather from the beginning of the fights. Taura shifted slightly at Romina's threat to harm innocent people, but stood still. She didn't have to jump in at this point yet. Devi's powers were strong, in fact Devi was the newest S-class mage in fairy tail. While more inexperienced than all of the other S-class mages she had a lot of power behind her, she just rarely released it. Even
now... She thought to herself as she watched Devi stop hitting and dodging and get more serious.

Angie entered the Guild, giving a slight knock and peaked in.
"Hello?" she called out, her voice was soft and high.
Biting her lower lips in nervousness, she glanced around the room with her pale green eyes.
Than taking a big breath she stepped in and walked into the Guild and saw other mages fighting. Her eyes went huge.
"Um..Excuse me.." her voice came out as a squeak, as she tried to speak out more louder.It seems to be useless in this clamor.
What is going on here? Angie had never expected to see a scene of fight when she came into this building.
She felt her slightly tremble at the force.But soon gathering her self up she started to count the number of ribbon
she wore today as she waited patiently.

Romina had a confused look on her face when inquired by Devi about her idea of fun. "A game is a game no matter how it's played. Romina love games. So, Romina think it's really fun," responded Romina with a cheerful tone as she sticks out her tongue and wink at the same time in a cute gesture like an innocent child without any realization of the consequences of her so called game. "Understand Romina? Romina don't understand but Romina do understand that you are a fun person to play with," remarked Romina cheerily as she watch Devi's eyes lit up with crimson red, causing a great humanoid fiery beast to appear with her magic as the beast then consumes the bubble along with it's contents. Romina jumped in excitement at the spectacle as though she had witnessed a firework display as she clapped her hands in appreciation for the great show Devi had put on for her. Suddenly, Romina felt intense heat all around her as Devi's magic causes the surrounding water to boil as the water evaporates. Romina at this moment appears to be drying up as her body began to display signs of dehydration. However, strangely enough, her body began to boil as well as though she is made out of water as her skin began to liquefy and becoming translucent by the minute. Before long, Romina stood with the appearance of a water like creature as Romina remained silent at the ordeal even though her watery body is boiling with intense heat. Suddenly, Romina dashed at Devi only for her fall at Devi's feet, splattering on the ground as she went. As a result, all that remains of Romina is a puddle of water as it continue to evaporate. Upon closer examination, the Romina that lunged at Devi was actually a water clone. On the rooftop of the grocery shop that Romina was standing next to, stood a pinkish white haired girl with what appears to be Romina standing behind her. It would seemed that when Devi closed her eyes, the girl would appear next to Romina at that very second and brought her out of harms way while Romina leaves a clone in her place. "You should've been more careful," noted the girl with a serious tone as Romina pats the back of her head with her tongue sticking out in response to her blunder. "Sorry, Leader! Romina had too much fun that Romina forgot about plan," responded Romina with a cute tone. "You better be. However, thanks to you, I know her weakness," noted the girl with serious eyes. "You stay here while I go meet our guest," instructed the girl as she disappears out of thin air leaving Romina on the roof. Romina pouted at her instruction as she wanted to have more fun with Devi but stayed behind anyway out of respect of the girl. Suddenly, the girl appeared right in front of Devi as her eyes meet Devi's with great intensity. "So, you're the one who is confident enough to take on the mission of eliminating a dark guild. Impressive magic. If left alone, you could be a major threat," remarked the girl as she gaze at Devi. "That's why..." noted the girl as she suddenly delivered a swift knee to Devi's gut. "You must be stopped," remarked the girl coldly as her knee hits her mark.

At this moment, when Angie is at a lost on what to do, a stranger is seen walking into the guild. Upon closer inspection, his body is draped with a green long sleeved shirt and donning long pants as both shirt and pants are strapped with belts all around the sleeves and the pants while his hands are decked with skull embedded gloves with spiked wrist braces as his top hat sits on his long black hair, covering part of his face as a result. He didn't say anything nor took heed of the fight that is ensuing in the guild as he proceeded to walk on without a care until he bumped into a distracted Angie that he realized what he had done. The bump caused Angie to fall back as the stranger gave Angie a glance, his eyes filled with a sharp gaze full of mystery and sadness, which in turn could frighten anyone, even Angie. However, even with his intimidating outlook, Theodore bowed slightly and offered his hand to Angie. "Are you alright? Sorry if I hurt you," remarked the stranger politely.

Devi narrowed her eyes as she noticed that Romina's body was a clone. Damn
it... i did it again. She thought to herself with a sigh. Closing her eyes was
a habit of hers she was trying to fix. Usually it didn't have much effect, but it
provided openings for certain powers. When the girl in front of her kneed her
she fell to the ground, landing on one knee, her hands supporting her before
jumping back from the girl. How... first Romina then this girl... She
thought to herself, ignoring the pain as she stood back up. "Distortion magic:
Rock armor." She commanded, the rock below her feet raising up like rubber
and surrounding her body like liquid. After a second it seemed to harden into
the form of armor, yet there were no seams, it was one continuous rock,
completely hard if anyone else tried to penetrate it, yet it moved perfectly with
her as if it were liquid, not limiting her movements at all. "Who are you? Why
are you here?" She asked, if there were two of them that meant there could
be more. Why were they here, were they planning something against fairy
tail?
Taura stood up and leaned forward ever so slightly at the appearance of the
girl. She watched the progression closely. There was no sign of shock of
surprise on her face at her appearance, but was instead calm even peaceful.
Yet she watched the progression closely, her attention never diverting. She
glanced back up at the roof. They they're together and are planning to
cycle out Devi's not going to last... She thought to herself, as strong as she
was the fresh power of someone who was already fighting was hard to battle.
I'll wait a little longer, do a little more observing and only jump in if needed..
She thought to herself.

twelve. thirteen... just as Angie was about to count fourteen, she felt a push and the next thing she knew was that she was sitting on the floor.
Surprised she let out an alarmed squeak, and tried to get up, when she saw the person who accidently pushed her. A guy in green clothing held out his hands.
With grace, Angie accepted the help and got up. When she tidied her self she got a good look at the stranger.
His eyes seemed to be gloomy or rather sad. Cocking her head, she oushed down the eagerness of wanting to ask what's the problem.
"I'm all right. Are you a member here? My name is Evangeline Everdeen. Just call me Angie. Your's?" she asked in cheery tone and gave a smile to tell this guy she is fine.
This was her first time talking since she came into the building..at least this guy seemed to be less violent.

The pink haired girl just stood and watch as Devi leap away from her. Her gaze undeterred as she observe every detail of Devi's potential, including anticipating what Devi might do. In response to her surprise attack, Devi is seen covering herself up with the ground as her base as it slides up body like clay and immediately forms itself into a durable and flexible rock armor. Upon witnessing such a sight, the girl had a confident smile on her face an indication that she had anticipated Devi's next move. "I'm a researcher and I'm here to study you. Your powers are fascinating to the point that even nature bends to your will. However, you're still green in fully utilizing its potential, which Romina proved as she is the best candidate to experiment with your power," remarked the girl with a thoughtful tone as she turned around revealing her back to Devi. "Multiple weaknesses arise on your part. One, if your powers are that great, why didn't you distort Romina's water bubble but instead manipulate a fire element to defuse it. Same goes with her other attacks. Second, you, yourself is weak against physical attacks which my attack earlier proved," explained the girl thoughtfully while counting the weaknesses by revealing the number of fingers on her hand as she went. "Third....," remarked the girl as she reveal three fingers on her hand as she suddenly vanish out of Devi's sight and appeared behind her while reaching into her pouch and retrieve three red glowing glass orbs. ".....your opponent is me," finished the girl with a cold whisper as she hurl the orbs at Devi which burst into flames on hitting the ground next to Devi.
