 Avian stood silent for a minute. He hit River... And she was down on the floor. His jaw dropped for a second. It was just for fun! He swore on it! But... She was down. And Avian was taking it hard, the compassionate man he was. He just struck down a friend... And, as River's family rallied up to attack, the man had to make a split second decision. One of an obvious answer. He couldn't back down now! Not with Popcorn still in danger. So as the first tomato was thrown he side-stepped it, though only just barely. +2 For superhero duties. 6/10

Unfortunately, the second tomato was not so forgiving... Young Jeremy Park... River's son. His tomato had pierced Avi's hero like defense and hit him square in the chest. It was a fine victory... The boy did have super hero blood after all. Avian smiled, walking towards the child and patted him on the head, "Good job." He then looked into the sky, and walked off. This just meant he had more training to do before he could stand with the elites... But for now, the chickens were calling. -1 For second tomato. +6 Tomatoes to Finnian. 6/10 Eliminated.

Wait, someone was trying to get her out too?! Zhi didn't have time to curse about Avian not being hit by her tomato or look long enough to see if Jeremy's managed to hit, for, without a second to lose, someone's tomato came flying straight for her! She hissed out something, but whether it was Chinese, Japanese, or just plain gibberish was hard to tell as she ducked out of the way in hopes nothing would hit her. Nothing could hit her until she demolished the men who got her River out! And if she did.. Oh, yes, she'll make sure they get eventually.13/15

She had dodged the first one only for a second tomato to come straight towards her - oh, Romane wasn't getting in any better of a mood as this contest wore on. In the first round, she had been attacked by an illegal robotic machine, her daughter, husband, and son all had gotten out - with her son usig his first tomato to throw at his own sister, while she had just witnessed her own officer taken down by a young woman. This day wasn't going to end well for anyone at all. But, first, she had to dodge and show them just how a real contestant worked.

That was it. All of Popcorn's dreams were now happening right in front of her. She was ready to die in peace now that she was seeing the action between Quentin and Ed. She was crawling on the ground, one hand raised trying to reach them, a long line of droll falling down her mouth toward the ground. It was her ultilmate weakness. Even as she saw Morgan throwing a tomato toward her, there was no way she could evade it and she knew it. "So... hot... can't... move.... weakness... I'm... dying... ah... Finian...I've... always... lo-" And just like that, Morgan's tomato hit her right on her forheard, throwing her three foot in the air and having her land face against ground about a meter away. Still, she had died happily and in bliss.

HELL YEAH! Throwing tomato at people was AWESOME FUN. He didn't really care that his tomato hadn't connect, but to hell with all that! It was awesome and he was awesome and he was with awesome friends (and Erika) and awesome, yeah D<. "Are you okay Peter? You need me to take care of someone for you?" He asked his friend. Good friend did that, cover each others back. Erika should take exemple of that. He was a much better friend than her, and to prove it, he would take care of eliminating the next person he aimed at Mitsukai Yoshiko

Still not caring in the least bit about throwing tomatoes around, Quentin had better things to attend too. Things like Ed who he had brought on the ground with him in an effort of dodging the tomato that had been thrown toward them. Obviously, by doing so, he was now laying on top of Ed, both their chest touching and their faces mere inches apart. They were so close to each other, yet so far... able to see his reflections in the other's eyes. "...Ed... Are you...okay? You're not hurt, are you?" No, he wasn't worried that Ed was hurt, but it would have been an horrible luck for him if his friend was hurt the one time he didn't have the proper equipment to do stiches. It would be a waste of a good wound!

Yes! Lotte had been able to reach the barrel of tomato without a single one thrown by all those looser on the festival ground to touch her! How could they even think that they could touch her anyway? She was the great Liselotte Von Der Bach! She would win that festival and rule as Nirvani's Queen over them all! They would make wonderful slaves for her! She would send them to the mind to dig out gold in order to erect her a giant 1000 foot tall statue! They would regret the day where they all mocked her and said her inventions wouldn't work! But for now, she had to make sure to eliminate her strongers competition! River Park! No, wait... that girl was already dead? MWAHAHAHAHAAH PERFECT! VICTORY WAS HERS. Instead, she could concentrate on.... Romane Murrow! Wait... she didn't have tomatoes yet.. DAMMIT. "MINION#1! MINION#2! ELIMINATE HER!" There, they could take care of her, or at least distract her as she refilled her tomatoes.

Ahh, Rory had made it to the next round. He wasn't surprised, he had made it further before, but it felt odd to have made it past a past winner, like River. He was even beginning to feel a little optimistic about the outcome of this year's tomato festival, when he heard Lotte's voice cut through the other noise of the festival. ...So he wasn't able to avoid her for long. Well, he had no reason to ignore her command, and so he took another tomato and aimed it at Romane Murrow, just like the short blonde woman had told him to. It really was too easy to follow orders sometime.8/10

...Wait, had Jeremy really hit Avian? He had thrown a tomato, and it had hit the target! Had his mothers seen? Oh, it didn't matter, because he had seen, and he had done it, and Avian had patted him on the head and told him good job and... This was a great moment for the little red haired boy, and when the next round started, he was excited to be able to throw again! This wasn't such a bad thing, not having River to protect him. Maybe he didn't need her to protect him! Maybe he would be able to protect himself, and Zhi too! The idea alone was enough to make him break into a clumsy grin as he took his next tomato and threw it at someone nearby -- Miah Bernadetto.

Peter let out a small sigh as the next round was announced. He had made it to see another round! And he hadn't had to dodge or anything! Not yet, at least. And he had to admit, it was kind of fun so far! "Hahah, I'm fine, Will," he laughed lightheartedly at his friend before glancing around to find someone else to throw at. He really wasn't a very assertive person, so he decided to randomly select someone again. And Maverick Ney's red hair made him a decent target. You know, that, and the fact that he was lying on the ground. Peter had made it to the next round, but he wouldn't let it get to his head! He couldn't let himself get too ambitious!8/10

...Huh. She had actually hit someone. Maybe this whole present thing wasn't completely impossible. Or maybe it was just a coincidence that the guy she had chosen to throw at, the one who looked like he could hold his own in a tomato fight, wasn't good at dodging at all. Oh, whatever, she wasn't going to spend the whole next round just thinking about why she was able to hit someone. God, why didn't she have more faith in herself? Anyway, it was time to throw again, and this time, she picked Zelynity Niami. Random pink haired girls made good targets, since they were eye catching. And this was coming from a girl with blue hair. 8/10
