I MIGHT LOSE MY MIND FOR A WHILE
BUT I'LL BE FINE HAVE YOU HEARD THERE'S THIS THING THAT HEALS AND IT'S CALLED TIME ▂▃▃▄▄▄▅▅▅▅▄▄▄▃▃▂ Fionna relaxed with Lucas and she slowly began to feel warm as she laid with Lucas. She would never want to lose him. Never again would she be away from him. She promised herself that. Fionna began gliding her finger across his arm with a smile on her face.
Fionna's mind now turned to something else. She often went on tangents when she didn't like what she was thinking about. "You know, I was wondering if you might teach me how to play guitar." She said to Lucas with a playful smile on her face. "I'm still searching for a piano. I'm feeling a bit music deprived." She admitted.
She wondered if she would be able to pick up guitar. It seemed very different from piano. Then again, she had learned to be an animagus. She should be able to tackle a guitar shouldn't she? She smiled at Lucas wondering if he would give in.

sιχтнуєαяgяуƒƒιη∂σя "Sure!" Lucas said, excited that the subject had turned to something he really understood. "Honestly, I have a couple guitars at home, I can give you an older one of mine. I have a good starter one, and it's a bit small since I learned to play it when I was around ten. But it'd be perfect for you." He said warmly.
The possibilities were endless. She already knew piano, but he knew guitar, ukulele, trumpet, trombone, sax, clarinet, anything. It was perhaps a good thing she needed more music in her life, because that was one thing he could change, one thing he could make better. He'd taught himself all these instruments, so Fionna would learn no problem. Not to mention it'd be a great excuse to sit around with her, which they could use more of. Between classes, drama, prefect duties, these precious moments with her weren't as long as he'd like. Then again, any time with her wasn't as long as he really liked, because any second with her was perfect, and when could someone stop liking heaven?

She said and hugged Lucas. "When could we start!" She asked really excited. Fionna could see how much that would impact her music. She would be able to do it at Hogwarts and not fall behind throughout the year.
Fionna could see it now. Sitting in front of the fire with Lucas both of them with guitars and Fionna failing epically and Lucas teaching her the right way to do it. She smiled at the thought. It would be something for them to do together. Especially since they both hated winter and would probably prefer not to go outside even if they are bundled up.

sιχтнуєαяgяуƒƒιη∂σя "Up to you, really, I brought half my room with me here, so I think as long as I packed the second guitar, we can start right away. Just lemme know when." He said, grinning.
He really couldn't wait for this, something he was actually good at. So far, he'd really managed to make a fool of himself. Fionna knew from experience how horrible he was at dueling, which wizards that were his age should at least know how to do properly. Not to mention how many times he'd messed up at Quidditch. He was a good beater, yes, but he could certainly improve, as his Captain knew pretty well. But now, something he was seriously good at, that he knew for years. He smiled a bit more at the thought.

BUT I'LL BE FINE HAVE YOU HEARD THERE'S THIS THING THAT HEALS AND IT'S CALLED TIME ▂▃▃▄▄▄▅▅▅▅▄▄▄▃▃▂ Fionna didn't want to rush, but she was really looking forward to this. "Well, perhaps when we head back inside." She said with an innocent smile on her face. She knew that would probably be soon. It was quite cold and even though they had each other to keep warm it still was cold. Especially the occasional wind really sent a shiver up the body.
Fionna had never really thought of herself as a great musician. Sure, Lucas said she was a natural singer, but she was not exactly sure about that still. She thought of herself as a pretty good pianist but she didn't really have a chance to keep up with it with school. Maybe she could pick up on guitar pretty quickly and experiment with it. She knew one thing she wanted to start working on, but she really would prefer to find a piano for it.

sιχтнуєαяgяуƒƒιη∂σя "Alright." He said, still smiling and keeping her close. It was a nice day, despite the cold weather. It was cloudless and a bit sunny, but not so much that the sun warmed them at all. Fionna's hair flitted against his chin and it was true, her hair was really soft as Tierra kept on saying.
They sat there for a while, but not too long. It was pretty cold. "You want to head back to the fire?" He asked her after 15 minutes or so. Not only was he keen to start working on guitar with her now, but it was a bit cold. He always hated winter most.

The cold started to get to them eventually though and Fionna was glad when Lucas suggested they go inside. She couldn't wait to get warm, but she was even more excited with starting to learn guitar. "Sure. Getting cold." She said as a shiver ran down her body.
She quickly grabbed his hand and made their way inside and through the castle up to the common room. Fionna kept on Lucas coat, but would remember to give it back to him when in the comfort of the fire. She couldn't help but remember all those times when Lucas had given him her coat and kept forgetting about it. In fact, his coat had been a main reason for her finding out about his furry little problem. The thought made her smile.

Without you, the ground thaws, the rain falls, the grass grows. Without you, the seeds root, the flowers bloom, the children play. The stars gleam, the poets dream, the eagles fly, without you. The earth turns, the sun burns, but I die, without you. Joyce shivered slightly as she stepped outside into the cold air. She sat down, smoothed her dress down a bit, and took out a book. She skimmed through it for a moment, looking at charms she was supposed to be learning this year. Truthfully, they didn't look too difficult. She put the book bag in her bag and just sat there, staring off into space, thinking about nothing in particular. She only wished it were a bit sunnier, but winter was coming, and she surely couldn't sit out here alone once snow began to fall on a daily basis.
She was perfectly content in being alone, in doing nothing of importance, nothing that really mattered. She didn't draw, didn't sing, didn't play any music, and didn't have any other hobbies like Rhiannon, bullying people, or Richard, getting girls. She wasn't a flirt, she was just Joyce. Just Joyce. She smoothed out her dress again and looked at the rippling water of the lake. It was so clear, that on a sunnier day, you could probably see straight down to the bottom.
Without you, the breeze warms, the girl smiles, the cloud moves. Without you, the tides change, the boys run, the oceans crash. The crowds roar, the days soar, the babies cry, without you. The moon glows, the river flows, but I die, without you.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson had been busy inside the castle lately, but he really wanted a chance to get outside and get some fresh air before the cold winter days took over and he wouldn't be able to any longer. Exiting the castle, Tyson began humming a tune to himself and there was a slight hop to his step as he made his way across the grounds.
He paused and smiled when he saw an unfamiliar figure sitting down all alone. Nobody wanted to be alone on a day like today! He thought to himself and made his way over to her while still humming. "Why Hello there! Lovely day for this time of year isn't it." He said with a large grin on his face. "I'm Tyson Caffrey. Would you mind if I joined you?" He didn't want to be rude and intrude on her time. Perhaps she actually did wanted to be alone.

The earth turns, the sun burns, but I die, without you. Joyce turned around at the sound of humming and in the next moment, a very bubbly Ravenclaw sat down next to her. Like how Rose was so jumpy, so was he. Was everyone determined to ruin her alone time? Still, she wasn't raised to be a rude person. "Yes, it is." She said flatly when he spoke about the weather, no tone at all. It wasn't sad, it wasn't happy. It just wasn'y anything, there was no word dull enough to describe her.
"No, I don't mind." She said in the same voice she'd used with Bobby and Rose. Frankly, she preffered being alone, but if someone wanted to join her, whatever. She wasn't about to ask him to leave. He'd probably leave soon anyways, since she wasn't about to have a conversation with this stranger. Most people just avoided her or left after speaking to her for a few minutes and realized just how hopeless she was. Then again, Rose and Bobby hadn't, that was the first time in a while she'd actually walked away. Interesting.

He refrained from humming though because he was unsure if she would mind that or not and wasn't too keen on asking. He was slightly disappointed that she did not introduce herself, but perhaps she had just forgotten. A grin remained on his face and he said, "I honestly thought these days were over. Thankfully, they still pop out every now and then! Gotta capture them before they are gone. You know what I mean?" Tyson had not judged her tone. Perhaps she just had something on her mind or perhaps she always talked that way.
"Of course, Winter is beautiful too. Just not as kind with the temperatures."He added not wanting to make it seem like he hated winter. He did not. Tyson just preferred being able to go outside without freezing his butt off.

The earth turns, the sun burns, but I die, without you. She glanced at him as he sat next to her, then continued staring straight ahead. She smoothed out her dress a bit again as the breeze ruffled it. It was a pretty long dress, she was pretty old-fashioned. But she at least wasn't wearing a victorian-style one with bows and frills, or then she'd be teased mercilessly. It was black, like her hair, and her dark eyes constrasted beautifully with her pale skin. If only she smiled, she would be quite pretty.
"Mhm." She muttered, nodding once or twice. Then, apparently, he felt the need to say that he didn't hate winter. It was like he just couldn't insult something, he couldn't say anything bad he was just an energetic and positive person. Her complete opposite, in short. "Yes, it is." She said, just as she had before. Unenthusiastically. She glanced at him again, then kept looking forward. He was so colorful and bright in personality it could make her sick.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson only really noticed that he seemed to be talking to himself. "The world really is beautiful." He said looking at Joyce a bit. He wondered if something was the matter. Had she had a rough day? He knew how it was to be knew. Perhaps she had gotten bullied or something.
Tyson thought it might be a good idea to ask, "Hey, is everything alright?" He asked her turning to look at her. "Have a rough start? I was new once too. You can't let anything people do bother you." He told her trying to be considerate. He wondered what had happened. She seemed pretty distant as if something was really bothering her.

The earth turns, the sun burns, but I die, without you. Joyce raised an eyebrow. She looked skeptical. The world is beautiful? Sure...sure it is. The way he talked, so happy, he must be high or something. She smoothed down her black dress again. It was very comfortable, a little bit worn-looking. It was pretty old, after all, and she'd worn it many times. It was difficult to find modest clothing in most muggle shops, her dress was considered a bit...vintage even. She'd never been teased really, because she'd gone to private school, and no one really bothered with her anyways. She was just the quiet girl who sat in the corner. So no. No one was bullying her, emotionally or physically. It was what had already been done.
"No, Tyson." She said, "No one is bothering me and I'm completely fine." She sounded like she'd swallowed a book and was simply saying words she'd read, or she was reading from a script she had no connection with. It wasn't anything anyone did that had gotten to her. It was what happened years ago that one hyper 7th year was not about to solve in this one conversation.

Tyson CaffreyIf you are ashamed to stand by your colors, 7th Year Ravenclawyou had better seek another flag. Tyson was a bit confused. He wondered what was wrong. Maybe he had read this all wrong and she just wasn't a very happy person. He decided he had probably invaded on her alone time and he best be leaving her to her thoughts. She probably just had something she didn't want to share on her mind. That was probably it. "Well I'll leave you to your thoughts then Miss." He said realizing he still did not know her name.
Tyson gave her a small smile and wave before heading back off into the castle. He began humming again and got lost in his thoughts as he made his way. Perhaps he would go practice his flute a bit. The Music class he had signed up for was sure to start soon and he didn't want to make a fool of himself by sucking on the first day.
