Sadie would smrik one last time before recalling her Meinfoo. She headed for the exit where she would regester for the her classes. She took one last look around at the others fighting and chuckled to herself as she thought how it was taking them longer to win their battle than it took her, a one hit KO. She clicked the heels of her combat boots on the ground as she left

((Sorry Neo, there is so many people I am starting to have trouble keeping track))
The pokemon's claws would miss that tail. His tail waving behind him ...as his eyes flowed with hatred at that missed attack. Though he knew without it being said that he couldn't wait around at this moment...he pushed back with his front paws and tries to gain the distances he felt was necessary for his survivor. Even with the pokemon's back originally turn and the myth of Squirtle's speed ...he didn't want to take any sort of chances with this.
His tail fanning behind him ...as his ears went flat against his skull. He wasn't going to be taken down ...he had managed to hurt his opponent, and it was all coming down almost to whom could get in the killer strike. He just needed to avoid this move.

brightstar-x Even after it was clear that the Kecleon was not about to let go of his grip on the Growlithe’s maw, Vulcan refused to give up. He kept trying to bite down hard, hoping the Kecleon would eventually get tired and loosen his grip… But soon enough, Vulcan realized he was wasting his energy on this one attack, and it was pointless. He would surely have another opportunity to bite a chunk off of the Kecleon soon enough.
The Growlithe retreated to his original position and waited for his opponent to attack. Growlithe Vulcan, lvl2 Jolly Hp: 14 Pp: 17 Att:8 Def: 7 spd: 8 Sp Att: 7 Sp Def: 7 Moves: Bite, Roar Exp: 0/100 OOC// Let's see if I can do this: (18-18 ) + (8-8 ) = 0 dmg? [Actually, if you don't outroll your opponent with an attack ...it simply misses)) The Kecleon would that the pokemon had managed to rip it's maw free of her grip. But, overall the trick had worked, and the Kecleon's confidences were back in full force as her claws turned dark with power. She was going to try and steal this pokemon's life away as she used Thief ....as she struck hard and true at the chest of the Growlithe. This wasn't going to be a battle that ended easily, and she loved the thought of that.
For the moment an end to her boredom.

Nenshou glared up at the ceiling as he retrieved Anguish's egg. "I failed? No, I thought that my Pokémon smashing its skull was the victory cheer." Nen was bitter from his loss. After a while, he'd calm down and likely regret snapping a reply toward a programmed response. He left the battle room, mind broiling with his thoughts. He'd get Anguish hatched again. He'd come back. And this time, whatever it took, he was going to win.

"Good job Whitacre! Now Iron Tail again!" Rita called, not smiling quite yet. Still, Whitacre was still surviving, and she smiled at that.
Whitacre nodded, tail glowing bright white as he dashed forward, spinning to slam his tail into the Zorua. If all worked out, he could end this now... He just hopped he managed it.

The girl was slightly startled by the booming voice and the quick temperature change. What the heck was going on? The voice introduced itself as Nightmare and the girl had to hold back a smirk. What an interesting name for something that might not even exist. Regardless, she glanced at the opponent for her pokemon, a Chimchar that seemed a bit different then most pokemon. It's eyes seemed to say that it might be possessed by the devil- or something of that sort. Grabbing the vile with the potion, she held it out to her Larvitar.
Ryuu looked at his opponent cautiously, trying to evaluate how strong he was simply by looking at him. This pokemon did look strange, but then it did just magically appear. He drank the potion his trainer had given him and then stood ready for the battle to begin. He must not let his trainer down.
"Alright, let's start with a Bite attack, Ryuu!"
The Larvitar charged forward, his pace not as fast as most since he was a heavy pokemon weighing almost one hundred sixty pounds. But as he would try to latch his teeth onto the fire monkey pokemon, it would prove that despite his weight, he had a seriously strong bite.

Raven's eyes narrowed, his eyes flicking about to find the source of the voice. He spotted only darkness...darkness, and a scattering of trainers...presumably other prospective students. After a moment's pause, he looked forward...if he couldn't speak to his opponent directly, there was a simple alternative.
"We won't be requiring a Tutorial, we're more then accustomed to battle..." The boy called out clear and strong; for a moment he seemed a bit arrogant, using what one might have assumed to be the royal we when speaking...until he reached for the PokeBall at his side "...aren't we Fable?" The child smirked faintly, there was indeed another amidst them.
The ball flashed as it was thrown into the air, a blazing flame the first thing clearly visible. Shortly after the rest of the Pokemon's being came together in the shape of an orange reptile. A Charmander, and a heavily scarred one at that. Though faded somewhat over the passed few months, the scars were numerous. Two long gashes moved across the Pokemon's left eye, a miracle he hadn't lost it, and a third across the bridge of his snout. Several more appeared here and there across his arms, torso, left leg, and the base of his tail.
Most of the scars came to be before Raven had met the little reptile, but it was clear the Charmander had gained much battle experience...and paid the price for it.

A suddenly chill would run up the spine of the girl with soil brown skin. The temperature had suddenly dropped around her, just as it had another one of the competitors. The child might compare her skin to the soil, but she was likely to find it compared to dirt by most until proven otherwise.
Abruptly, a sinister snicker filled the air around her, slowly developing into a boisterous cackle "Heheheheh....hahahaha....GWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" The voice began as usual. Even habits over a century old died hard...especially when...oh but that was a matter for another time wasn't it?
"Welcome to the Battle Dome child! Will you be needing a Tutorial, or can we skip right to the good part?" The voice called out, seeming to have an almost morbid interesting in what he called the good part.

But, the dark pokemon wasn't so easy to hit nor to catch. That move that should had connected missed as the pokemon skidded backwards with it just an inch from his nose. Through with that tail down, he saw his chance again and surged forward with his claws out, but it wasn't the tail he was aiming for as he pushed as hard as he possible could. He would try and launch himself off the tail for the head again ...he had managed to gain quite a bit of pain from the pokemon that way and it made sense to try again.
His stamina was starting to run out, the pain was starting to override his senses, and the Zorua knew he couldn't last much longer. If he missed this attack ...he doubt he would be able to dodge the next. The pain inside of him was too great. He had no clue had badly broken he was in side, but he knew all this moving around ...and skidding away from attacks wasn't making it much better as he went all out with this attack.

The Kecleon attacked with such speed and precision that Vulcan hardly had time to try to avoid the attack, or at least avoid being struck at the chest. He attempted to jump out of the way at the very last second, but he knew that his chances of avoiding this attack completely were very slim.
Pascale stood not too far away from her Pokemon. She resisted the urge to run to Vulcan and protect him, but couldn’t help closing her eyes. She couldn’t bare to watch Vulcan getting hurt by the Kecleon.

Both girl and Pokemon would abruptly find themselves getting a first hand cartoon experience as two rusted old washtubs fell upon their heads; stopping the Larvitar's dead in it's in the process.
"My my..." The voice sounded almost disappointed this time, it's sinister humor having temporarily vanished "I suppose this will be more of a lesson then I thought! Ah, the memories! GWAHAHAHAHAHA!!" Nightmare cackled, quickly returning to his usual mood...quicker then was entirely natural for any creature really.
Slowly the old washtubs sunk into the floor, vanishing in the same blue glow as the Chimchar had appeared "Remember child, the fastest Pokemon always goes first...Chimchar Scratch" Nightmare called out to the Pokemon he had summoned...the one whom hadn't moved an inch since.
Arms swaying from side to side, the Chimchar suddenly bolted forward, not even looking at the Larvitar as he charged. Something was very very wrong with this pokemon...
"Now then, since your little gravel eater is slower, he can do nothing but defend...let's see if you can manage that! HA!" The voice laughed, seemingly in disbelief that the girl knew how.
((My apologies, seems I forgot to ask if you needed a refresher course. The dice roll is right, but the Pokemon with the highest SPD stat always takes the first turn. In this case it's 8 over 6, so you are the slower.))
((When you're the slower pokemon you must prepare an adequate defense. Dodge, Block...put on a grass skirt and due the hula for all I really care; but you will need to defend yourself in some form.))

Through the battle room cared nothing for the little lizards appearances as the voice only noted his words.
"As you wish, please take the potion and give it to your pokemon. Then the battle will commerce shortly."
The voice responses to him as a shimmer appears on his right side. A potion would appear there as on his left and further ahead of him ....a pokemon. It's tail swooshes back and forth ...as it looks over at her opponent and smiles invitingly.
This could easily become a problem.

"Come on Whitacre! Dodge it!" Rita called, worried for her pokemon as the Zorua went for his head.
The water pokemon growled inwardly, distracted for a moment, before realizing the danger he was in. He tried to leap to the side, knowing another blow to the head would just end up finishing him off. With this in mind, the squirtle tried his hardest to move, ignoring the literal head ache.

The girl blinks lightly at that statement and finally she made her decision.
"Yes, I want to do without the tutorials." "We can take anyone, anytime, any place ...without instructions"
She states strongly as she pulls the pokeball free of her side. The pokemon was going to be her friend for a very long time as she holds it to her face for a moment as she was marveling at that little pokeball, but she shook her head quickly.
She needed to get over that now ...as she held it up into the air and let it burst free as the pokemon literally floated back down to land on her head.
"You are ready ...Stormwind ...my Aella."
She declares quite affectionally as she felt the pokemon literally start to sniff her hair. This was their first time meeting as she giggles lightly and then turns to face what would soon be their opponent.

Raven found his eyes narrowing again as he caught sight of their opponent, a female. Most would have a problem with that, usually for one of two reasons. A misplaced sense of honor keeping one from battling a woman, or the fear that their pokemon would become smitten with their opponent. Raven worried for neither.
An opponent was an opponent, regardless of gender, so long as they chose to fight of their own accord. As for the second...he knew not for sure, but had a feeling Fable had encountered the problem before. He wasn't likely to make the same mistake twice.
Reaching down the bow retrieved the potion, and immediately tossing it toward Fable "Drink" There was no sense worrying about what the concoction might actually do. If they wanted to kill them, there were better ways to do it then this...
Catching the potion between clawed hands, the Charmander wordlessly down the contents. They tasted awful...but complaining wouldn't do him any good. Stamping one foot against the ground, the Charmander's tail began to lash about. Raising his arms higher, the Pokemon took a much more aggressive stance; the same one his kind tended to use when battling over territory...or at least, so he'd been taught.
