The boy thought about what to name it for a second. A couple of names flashed through his mind but he shook them off. For some reason, it didn't fit. Then he thought about what kind of forest and place he wanted for his pokemon."Peaceful Forest is it's name." he said forgetting that he was in front of the girl for a second. He signed the paper, flashed a shy smile at the girl thanking her and then leaving.
So it was now time to go check on the terrain and see what it was like. The Zangoose was curious as to what it would be like.

Everything was happening so fast. Celeste had practically just arrived at the academy and she had already had her first battle and filled out the registration form... All that was left to do was get her first piece of land.
After she had finished her registration form, they had told her to head on down to the Poke-lots in order to choose where she would be staying, and where some of her own pokemon would rest... Which meant choosing the right one would be very important.
Once she arrived at the Poke-lots, she was greeted by a young woman. She was told to have a look around, and choose the right lot for her and her pokemon. She turned towards the different types of lands and debated which one she should choose. The Upraising Crater would probably be too much of a hassle, and the Forest Groove wouldn't be much of a challenge... Which meant she would choose the Crescent Beach.
"Crescent Beach, please."

THe girl would smile wildly at that answer. As she goes quickly to fetch the deed ...to return back to Celeste with.
"Simply sign you name here, and the land is all yours for the taking."
She declares with a big grin. If she was looking for something to trip her up, she wasn't going to find it here.
"So please sign and name your lot." "And after you visit you lands, you should head to the academy ....to go to your first set of classes."
She declares as she waits for the girl to do just that.

Description of the place:
Crescent Beach - is a favorite of many trainers! It is a small island secluded by ocean water, which makes it harder to access by wild pokemon and trainers a like. Though this security comes with a price, there is no fresh water here so any pokemon left here can die of dehydration if no water types are included in this place.

All pokemon store here gain+5 exp per battle
(If no water types are store here or alternative source of water found -5 hp each battle for all pokemon)

Once the young woman returned with the deed, Celeste took a second to look over it. She would hate to later on regret her decision to choose the beach... Though who would ever regret living on a beach. With that thought in mind, she signed the deed.
"Thank you."
With that done, she walked off to her land with a broad smile on her face. She couldn't wait to choose the perfect spot. [EXIT TO: My Poke Lot]

The boy glanced over the land, his bright blue eyes happy. He was eager to choose which land would be theirs. It would be a place to rest and a place to call home. As he glanced it over, Kai flew and pointed to the Forest. This was where he wanted to live. Well if that's where his buddy wanted to live, then that was fine with him. Lyuk grinned, and then said, "Forest Groove please."
Kai was now very happy. As he had looked over the areas they could choose, the most obvious place was Forest Groove. It was a great place for a flying type like the Emolga to enjoy, after all it was similar to the place he had been born.

The girl declares with a big grin on her face even as she went to gather the necessary documentation. This was pretty much her job ...to simply gather and pass out land to those students that had made it this far.
The girl would almost be skipping as she gets the deed and present it to him.
"Simply write your name and the name of the place, and it's yours."
She declares happily.

The boy smiled and then signed the paper. "Thanks a lot!" he said before turning to Kai. "Time to go check out the land!"
Kai nodded. Little sparks of electricity radiated from his cheeks in his eagerness. They wouldn't be able to stay long, but it was nice to have somewhere to be able to come back to. Some place that was theirs alone.

Mei entered the room cautiously, as if expecting to hear another creepy voice. But as she looked around, there would be only the pretty lady at the counter. Seeing as it was safe, she walked towards her.
Seeing the lands as she came over, she focused her eyes on the Forest Grove. It was perfect. It was an ideal place because it had water and food! Even though the experience level was low, she didn't care. As long as her pokemon are prevented from dying, that was all that mattered to her. Her Deerling would also enjoy it there, because the food is perfect for herbivores.
"Uhm, h-hi. May I please apply for the Forest Groove Pokelot?" Mei said softly.

Mei's face brightened as the lady pointed towards the deed. Picking it up with her nimble fingers, she was at a loss for words. "Thank you very much!" She said with a big smile. "I shall take good care of this land and the future pokemon that will live on it. Even if this land is the easiest to manage."

"Excuse me ma'm," said Tsuki as he walked in. His Mankey, Prime resed on his head as he looked around. Walking up to the woman. "About Forest Grove, do I still give them food or not because you said it has food in the first place. Just checking so I don't starve my Pokemon." he asked as Prime pointed to his stomachs. Starvung would be bad. If anything Tsuki wasn't know for catching so many pokemon. The regular six then maybe a few extra just in case.
Nevertheless he wouldn't want those few extra to be hurt from his negligence. Charlie would go in the Grove sixe she was his third fire type. Having more than two would be bad if they met a Wartortle. So he listened in for an answer.

NOw she was used to students burst into her area and asking for land, but to have a student walk in and simply ask her a question took her back a bit. She blinked a few times before she would finally answer with a big grin on her face. She couldn't help smiling, she loved her job.
"OF course not, the Forest Groove is self-sufficent." "You won't need to feed your pokemon there."
The woman would declares with a big grin as she waited for him to ask any more questions about the land.

"Great I like to have Forest Grove then. Do I pay or does the acedamy cover our first plot of land?" Tsuki asked. It was a good enough question. The place would be perfect for Charlie after their next mission. It involved fighting Steel typed Pokemon so it'd be a piece of cake. With his Ponyta, Heatmor, and Cyndaquil of course. Maybe they'd find an Aron or a Magnemite.

"So the first lot if free, and the second one ...well you will have to deal with it yourself."

Tsuki quickly signed his name. As for the title... Ash Valley. "This is awesome! Thank you Ms." Tsuki said happily. He had plans already to make it like home. Taking the deed he said his goodbye and left. Time to check ours his new home.
