(( Candice's HP : 7... or 10 if she counts as 'order' o.o - Attack done to Youma: +2))
Candice was wide-eyed as she watched the spider shoot a web to the ceiling and actually climbed on it. Sure, spider thread was strong, but was it really that strong? "I hope this thing doesn't fall on us killing itself and us," she mumbled under her breath.
She was happy that she was actually paying attention this time and managed to dodge the strings that shot out everywhere because of the stupid spider. Candice thought that if she made it out of this alive, she's unsure of if she'd leave spiders alive when she got back home. I mean, that's what this thing... is, right?
With the spider further out of range now for her... Poking stick, she glanced around. Being still decently close to the pillar she hit, she thought, why not? She stabbed the pillar with her stick until a chunk fell off. The chunk ended up in her hand and she launched it at the youma.

Eliza managed to grab hold of her belt and turned to give the spider a good lashing only to see the thing attach to the ceiling and spin around. She moved forward intent on whip the spider right on the side, but instead found herself slashed by a spine.
She jumped back falling to the ground and eyes wide, trying not to panic. It burned and it itched. She knew not to scratch it, she was a wild child, lived on a farm most her life ran through the woods on a daily basis. She found herself shuffling back toward a corner to get away from the chaos, not really paying much heed to the general direction.
She whispered apologies to Leo before pulling at the ruffled fabric on the shirt she wore and trying her damnedest to rip it so she could tie a piece above where the spine hit her.

Valhalla nodded to Ganymede when he suggested taking out the youma's legs first. Yeah, that should be effective. Hopefully. "Alright," he agreed, hoping to keep the civilians out of the way at the same time.
He glanced up as the light from around him faded, but it wasn't gone for long. Soon there was another light enveloping both he and Ganymede, as well as a few other senshi and knights around the room. Hopefully that would mean they'd be protected. The civilians, on the other hand, didn't seem to be immune to the youma like he and the others were, and they were still getting hurt. "We've gotta get rid of this thing fast," he called over his shoulder as he ran towards the youma, ducking out of the way of one of its legs so he could try and find a weak spot. He needed to get out of its line of sight, and maybe then he could take it down easier.
"Find something sharp!" he called over to Ganymede and whoever else might be listening. "If we get rid of a couple legs, that'll at least lessen its mobility, right??" The legs looked weaker at certain parts in their joints, so he hoped with the right object, they could hack this thing to pieces.
It still made his stomach turn, seeing something with so many nasty looking legs, but what could they do??
Until Ganymede or someone else could get him a sharp object, though, he scooped up a rock from the ground to jab into the spider's side... and then quickly getting out of the way as Grus's magic rained down on it. And just in time for it to jump up and shoot spines down?! What the hell??
Valhalla covered his face and head with his arms, feeling a spine hit him, but... there was no pain... So this veil thing really did protect them...??

******** spiders indeed! Maybe she should have known better than to get caught up in the heat of the moment... but she was certainly paying for it now. Bad enough she figured she'd start looking like a Lady Frankenstein Monster after being attacked by so many things, but the poison spine that dug into her flesh wasn't cold it itched like an unholy b*****d. A really awful burning itch, like a thousand black-fly bites in one spot, and she had to resist the urge to dig at it furiously and make it worse.
Whatever was on the spine couldn't be good, and she wanted to get it OUT, but that wasn't going to be fun or easy, and one of the most immediate solutions that came to mind that might help wasn't going to feel even a little good... though trying to make it bleed might wash some of the toxin back out.
"Charlote was a cheap spider whore, I don't care what you think." She snarled trying to keep her mind on fury instead of itching and pain as she tried to dig out the spine and flush some of the poison. At least she was already at Virgo.....

Fritz had finally caught a glimpse of Eliza, several feet away, but before he could dart towards her (as fast as he could with his head spinning the way it was, anyway) and see if she was all right, there had been a tremendous crash and the spider had spun around, its many legs flailing towards various victims. Eliza was flung backwards, and Fritz lost sight of her, as well as Hawke, whom he'd been speaking to.
It was probably fortunate that his legs gave away when they did; Fritz staggered, tripping over a decimated marble pillar just as something enormous and black collided with the wall just behind him. He could hear the deafening crash, and felt the air above his head ripple as the spider pulled its leg back, Fritz craning his neck up to see where it had gone. There was a flash of white, and a sickening, sticky sound, and the massive black body of the spider creature was suddenly up on the ceiling.
"Bloody insect," Fritz growled, his teeth clenched together. He twisted his head from side to side, hoping for a flash of dark hair, a familiar face -
There. Over there.
Without getting up, Fritz crawled across the floor, wincing every now and then when his bare arm landed on a piece of glass or rubble, digging into his skin. Around him the room was in complete and utter chaos, senshi and civilians alike being thrown across the expansive area. He could hear muffled voices, shouts of panic and anger, but Fritz gritted his teeth and kept moving until he reached his friend.
Eliza was lying on the ground, her eyes wide with fear, grappling at the front of her shirt as if trying to tear it off.
"Hold still - hold still -!" Fritz's voice was low, attempting to be soothing as he grabbed for Eliza's hands, seizing her wrists. "Don't move, it'll be okay, I'll fix it - "
Except he didn't know what "it" exactly was. He glanced around, trying to figure out what was hurting her. "Eliza, where does it hurt?"

When he was enveloped in the glowing light a second time, Ganymede didn't stop to waste time considering it again. It seemed to be protecting he and some of the others at any rate, and he was thankful for it. He picked up a few more stones to toss at the youma as he followed Val closer to it, muttering a curse as it launched itself up onto the ceiling and sprayed the area with spines.
Instinctively, Ganymede ducked again, but a spine hit him anyway, though because of Virgo's efforts to protect them, he wasn't hurt. He went to shift through some of the rubble for another sharp sliver of stone. He still had his own piece at hand, but after finding a second one he tossed it to Val. "Here, this should be good enough. It looks sharp at the end." If not, it was thick enough to whack at it with and hopefully cause some damage... so long as the youma actually came down...
Thinking quickly, he took a third sliver of stone and did his best to aim up at the youma, launching the stone into the air in the hopes that it would make a decent spear, but as he'd never had a good throw and the materials they were using were a bit heavy and jaggedly split, it didn't quite have the effect of lodging into its body that he'd wanted, but at least he managed to get a hit in.
"Damn it, what is this thing doing here?" he grumbled to himself.

Darwin let out a suspiciously shrill squeal as an unexpected pain pierced his shoulder. He craned he head to look at the injury, trying unsuccessfully to scrabble away from his own shoulder when he saw the spine sticking out of it. When that didn't work he just sat there, panting and staring at the offending spine.
... Maybe he should pull it out? But then he'd have to touch the spider-youma-spine. Of course, it was already touching and itchy-burning him, but he'd have to touch it with his hand. He didn't want to touch it with his hand. Spying a scrap of cloth across the floor, Darwin began to crawl towards it, hoping to grab it to pull the spine out.

Get the ******** out there? Oh, Veer was asking for it! However, Cameron couldn't help but smirk when instead Veer had been the one to get the ******** out there as he rushed to hide. Cameron wasn't one to cheat off another person's notes so he didn't move, and it seemed to prove successful. The idiots were fighting, but he had seemed to remain somewhat safe, only getting damage by ricochet from all of the damages around them.
There was really so much happening that was like candy for Cameron's neurons. Everything had to be calculated and thought of precisely to reach the desired outcome and this outcome was a particularly important one: staying alive. He seemed to have been doing a pretty good job at it until Veer seemed to grab his attention. Really, what was it about that man? Cameron couldn't help but snerk at him but the expression changed almost completely. It would figure that Veer, the one who would sleep all day if allowed, would seem to become paralyzed as if he were asleep.
"You idiot. Don't just ******** stand there." Cameron called out to Veer, more emphasis on the idiot than anything else. It would be his luck that in doing so would attract the arachnid's attention for a second and a second was all it need for the creature to hit Cameron. Cameron didn't take it sitting down and retaliated out of pure self preservation, damaging the giant arachnid.
He couldn't let the giant arachnid kill the only person in this God forsaken prison that he could even remotely tolerate, could he? He'd be bored out of his wits, that's for sure. That's all Cameron could think about when the pain hit him, causing him to stagger back against a column. Was that all there was to it? Most likely, although there was certainly the bonus of having been able to yell at Veer, but that wasn't nearly enough, he had to glare at Veer in the process. Idiot.

Gawd Grus is lucky! XD
They didn't seem to be doing any damage to the giant spider. It avoided their attacks, and worse, seemed to be getting better at this whole fighting thing. Now it was leaping away to the ceiling, and Grus stomped her feet in frustration. The feathers didn't do anything! And now, giant spikes were flying about, hitting people again at random. It spikes seemed to miss Grus, and she thanked whatever god, karma or deity was watching out for her. Not to mention Virgo was protecting her, and looking worse for wear. Grus launched a rock towards the beast, but it did little more than bounce off it's hide.
Virgo had taken a spot on a bed, looking as if she were about to throw up. "Are you gonna be ok?" It concerned her that Virgo wasn't responding. She was going to overexert herself soon, and nothing good comes of that. "You need to stop soon or your gonna hurt yourself!" She shook Virgo a little, trying to break her concentration.

This was going about as well as someone who had no idea what the hell she was doing could drive a giant spider, honestly. But there was something that she couldn't have forseen at all.
The healing factor. Mainly, the healing factor making things a little longer than she'd expected them to last - this occured to her when she started to feel the energy from the crystal diminish, send lesser and lesser pulses up at her ******** was no more time to waste.
"Can you stun them again ?" She asked, assuming that Spinel was still near her.

At Fluorite's order, Spinel removed the third bell. She sounded (and looked, he'd admit it) more than a little desperate. It would be a wise thing to use the stronger of his attacks now.
Two chimes, and he channeled the strongest of his magic through the spider's crystal...SPIDER ATTACK: The Walker Effects-- Opponents in a ten-foot radius experience a harsh knockback, bodily throwing them out of the spider's "space". For thirty seconds after the bell is rung, no enemy can get within ten feet of the spider; now, too, it is able to move, and the "space" moves with it. Range-- Ten foot radius from the spider

Fluorite noticed the difference immediately, and seemed to make good use of it - the spider dropped from it's perch and crashed into the floor, with little apparent care for it's safety anymore.
Suddenly, it seemed in an hurry. With no one able to come close, it was easy to web everyone, though it seemed to take care of webbing the senshi and knights twice as hard.
They had a very smart youma, apparently. But with nearly everyone save some of the civilians immobilized, the youma would have more than enough time to wreck harvok once Spinel's magic wore out.
15 seconds... 10.... 5...
You've been immobilized, and it will take a few minutes for the powered character to free themselves ! This is starting to look like trouble...
But wait, Where did Jett go ?! Wuh oh... Try as you might, no one seems to know where he went !

The web came outta no where, as did the knockback she got from the air around the spider. Her body went flying, and she hit and then rolled across a fallen column. She felt her arm hit the stone, and then sharp pain rattled through her body as she cried out.
Grus rose to her feet, clutching her arm, and then was promptly covered in web. It started with a shot to the middle, and then she was stuck to the same pillar she had previously hit. Her throbbing arm was encased in web, and she could hardly turn her head, let alone free herself from the sticky fibers.
How was this thing doing this? It was a youma, they weren't very smart to begin with. So how did this one obtain magical powers!?
"Hey!" She called out, straining her eyes to see if anyone had avoided the attack "A little help here!"

Eliza eyes shot up at having her hand immobilized but relaxed at seeing it was her friends. She stilled herself knowing it would be easier for him to help her out. "I just stung by the spider, it burns, it itches. I don't know I think its poison. Can you tie a piece of fabric above the .."
Eliza was pushed back, or rather knocked back several feet along the wall. "Owww," she moaned feeling rumbling digging into her bottom and her thighs. "Fritz," she mumbled trying to get up and looking to see if she could find her friend.
