Kaorei - The Thirteenth has already been filled, however, the 3rd and 4th are still open. Before you decide to jump at those, a few things I need to have fixed. Your shikai ability is well.. more or less moot. Shinigami can already cast without incantation, the only difference is that when they do, the power is decreased by a certain amount. Second up is your bankai. You seem to still have it set in a points or set battle system format that we do not support here. You also seemed to have stepped into one of those 'taboos' we have listed here. Absorption. While the method is easy enough to work around, simply not clash, its what your are taking that bothers me. Something like spiritual energy is just to abused, maybe switching up too kinetic force instead?

Endorph @Rukia: Rukia your profile needs improvement in some areas. The first is the absorption, reflection, or deflection of kidou spells. That in itself cannot pass in no way or form. Kidou are an essential part of the Gotei 13's combat. To base your zanpakuto on simply canceling it out would be just as well as a person basing their zanpakuto on canceling out zanjutsu or hakuda which defeats the purpose of a person using either of the three. Let's try something a bit more original. Now I could see if your zanpakuto became "resistant" to certain levels of kidou, then that would be different. But no absorption, reflect, immunity, deflect etc. All of that simply spells cancel.

Yeah I like having really simple Zanapktou's besides the transformation, because I can make very detailed posts just with hand to hand type fighting.

Kasai - Zero division is for members with returning captains only. I do not recall you having one in the previous brink of war rp. You are free to apply for any remaining captain positions.
Yaroki - Please cut down the list of your Kidou. I cannot allow such a bulked up list to enter the rp.
Rukia - I have no issue with resistance.

Tanimeso Kasai - Zero division is for members with returning captains only. I do not recall you having one in the previous brink of war rp. You are free to apply for any remaining captain positions. Fixed. Only have to add a few healing spells
