Nope! There will be various ways of getting a hold on of one of these new breeds. This was just a Flash CYOA -- Made to be quick and out of the blue, and an INCREDIBLY rare occurrence made specifically for a smaller number of members to get on.
Edit: Mainly cause its easier to keep track of smaller numbers, and everything else will be non-speedy but slower moving. But this is gonna be a short Meta Event.
