The anime Rideback was about Motorcycles with arms. But it took place under the rule of what they called in the anime the "GGP" Global Goverment Plan, or as stated simply, a "New World Order". I recommend you watch it.

glad i found this guild.. there is a cartoon called venture brothers in adult swim (that contains a lot of Illuminati reference)! Speaking of Manga comics.. I remember reading I Luv halloween. It really bad showing how kids to be corrupted shooting each other or buried alive (I have no idea about the zombie part which don't even make sense), i was getting bad energies I had to stop.
