. . . mutually destructive to each other . . . The 'T w i n s | s n i w T' ehT . . . completely necessary to both exist . . .
Syy [&__&] Yoo
"What does connected at a deeper level mean? Syy?" Yoo looked up at his twin, drenched in water from going through the mist, giving Syy a curious look. Syy, also soaked but slightly less so, leaned back on his perch, just outside the major entrance to the caves as he thought over how to answer "Well...how did you find me?" he said, leaning back as Yoo clambered over some of the smaller rocks and came to rest next to him. Yoo, peering into the cave entrance, replied "Uhm...cause....I-I dunno." Syy grinned and fell backwards, slidding off the rock to land dully on his shoulders and neck "That's what it is." "You're teasing me again." "So?" Yoo pursed his lips and slid forward on his stomach, his elbows coming to rest next to Syy's shoulders. Syy just chuckled and reached over to fluff Yoo's hair "It means we can find each other wherever we go. But then again, we're not exactly normal. Even for 'twins', ya know?" Lounging outside the caves entrance, Yoo just looked at him then snuggled closer, resting his head on Syy's shoulder "I met a sui." he mumbled and Syy's attention perked "Really? Where?" "In the graveyards when I was looking for you. He was with the Mizukage." "You're gonna be called a stalker the way you keep following her about." "What's 'stalker' mean?" "Never mind... What was this sui's problem?" "...it was foolish. He was caught by a mind jutsu and blamed himself for what he did. He was gonna hurt his stomach." Syy leaned his head back down, staring up at the ceiling as Yoo began braiding his hair a little. They were quiet for most of the time, just laying there, thinking each other's thoughts.

Another day, another set of training exercises. Kawaii would be focusing on something else this time though. She'd run herself ragged training techniques several days before. And grown bored after a day full of missions. It was time for some relaxation so to speak. On top of that, the girl felt a need to regain her focus. Learning so much so quickly was difficult for a scatterbrain like Kawaii. [Meditation Post 1/5]
Most people wouldn't purposefully seek out these caves, but for the tiny kunoichi it was a perfect place to sort her head out. No noise from the village made it as deep as she traveled. Compared to the dojo this place was empty; rarely did one have to share a space with another person. This combination of seclusion and solitude made it perfect for a little meditation. The girl had fashioned herself a nice wooden pedestal as well, now sitting a comfortable height off the ground. [2/5]
At a methodical pace Kawaii's hands formed seals, no particular jutsu was being performed though. She simply ran through the seals in the order they'd been taught at the Academy. For some this might be practice, but Kawaii found it calming. All the while she tried to rid thoughts of Inka from her head. She knew the Chunin wouldn't be around all the time. In fact, the Kunoichi didn't expect to have him around much at all. He didn't seem like the type who wanted a student to begin with. He was probably off on a fun mission by now anyways. [3/5]
Step number two of three was to practice moving chakra about the body. Again, this wasn't something she had trouble with. With little effort she moved chakra to each part of her body essential for jutsu. To the feet, where it circulated about her soles. To the hands, stretching to each fingertip in turn from right to left. Finally this same chakra traveled up through her neck and settled behind her eyes, from which many Genjutsu emanated. Perhaps it was the familiarity and simplicity that help her breathing grow more steady. [4/5]
The final step was the only part that really qualified as any sort of meditation. Settling chakra wasn't anything Kawaii was good at. She had so little control over her emotions and energy that consciously containing it was an almost insurmountable obstacle. The previous exercises, their purposeful monotony, it had put her at least a bit at ease. Still, she wasn't able to full settle. Chakra still moved about her body of its own freewill, or so it seemed. She could control it when she needed to, but for now it simply bubbled about through her at a slower pace. [5/5]

She would walk further into the pathway in search of an animal she could target. Coming upon a small pheasant she would unravel paper from her hands and make a small ocarina, not that she needed it, but it was better than nothing. Pressing the nozzle to her lips she would play a soft melody and wrap the music around it. Only so that its perception of her would change. [1/2]
She would approach the small bird, but to it she would seem to be walking backwards. The melody from the ocarina convincing the small animal that it was in no danger. That it was being retreated from. How wrong it was to believe such a thing, as she would stand directly in front of it. As the bird saw her standing several yards away. Its lack of fear from her presence proved enough for her assumptions to be true. She could continue on with her training now. [2/2] Okuyuki Katawa [ Depth Distortion ] Rank: E
It was then that she noticed how frail her paper was becoming. Simply being in this kind of environment was enough to make her paper sag. Sitting out in the mist brought a strange disadvantage. Eyes closing as she thought back to her parents. Using their visions as aid for her training. [1/4]
She would see them, her parents, training in the rain. Paper never losing its constitution. Idolizing the craftsmanship before remembering how it was done. A thin film of chakra to protect it from the rain. So simplistic, like laminating their paper with a flexible barrier. Having the advantage of protection without sacrificing mobility. [2/4]
She would come out of her visions and prepare her chakra on her body before sheets would begin to peel off. Clammering from her form, wobbling in the firm air as they would clump together in front of her, on the opposing side of the distorted small bird she had chosen to be her prey. The gathering paper first started off as a small ball of paper that stretched the expanses between master and creation. [3/4] [1/3]
The paper would begin to harden, firming itself based solely on her will. The wobbling from water absorption was fading as she held a handseal. Every bit of paper that came off of her was strongly coated in chakra to protect it from the harsh weather conditions of the mist country. Still compiling into what one could assume was a shape out of the paper gathering in front of her. Making a small and slender shape to mock that of Bella's. No doubt a white carbon copy of the woman herself, but it still lacked fullness and personality. She would cover that all up soon. [4/4] [2/3] Kami Suiton - Soggy Paper •Rank - C
The supple clone of her would pull itself together, gaining her tint and shade of color. Eyes forming with the passing seconds. Then the black boa, along with every subtle clothing design Bella herself wore. Finishing with the tint of her skin and it gaining liveliness in its face. Despite the look of paper folds that dotted its body. She would perfect that later. For now she would peel the paper back from the clone, allowing it to flow freely out by the clones side. Fluttering up and down as if it wanted to be a bird, in due time, all of these things would come to pass. It only required a few more seconds. [3/3] [1/3] Kami Bunshin no Jutsu - Paper Clone Technique •Rank - D
The flapping sheets would gain their wish and spin rapidly, crumpling in upon themselves. Each fold, each passing second would bring about a change in the papers. Forming the bird like shapes from before. A crane dancing idly within the air. The unknowing bird still depth deprived saw everything as far away and felt no need to run. Which was fine, she had everything to dismantle this thing with. [2/3]
She would drop her hands and walk away, waving back at the flying cranes until they shot downward, striking the small bird long before it knew it would be hit. Mid air they would spin and turn from graceful birds to deadly shuriken. Ripping away at the bird with every razor sharp pass by, yes, she could even replica such hardness in her paper. She had to get back to Tekkou anyway. [3/3] Kami Shuriken - Paper Shuriken •Rank - D
