"No, just leave her here. I'll deal with her." Alan replied, writing down something after he put the book away.
"Look at this this way too, the slaves of mine that run give your group practice." he chuckled.
"So try to be easier on any others."

"Fine, fine." He sighed, starting to unlock Abagail's cuffs.
"There's a fine line between practice and annoyance though..." The first one sighed. "She almost bit a chunk out of Greg's arm.
"There." Greg sighed, shoving Abagail forward once she was freed.
"We'll see you tomorrow, Alan..." They sighed before they closed the study door and left the two alone.
Abagail remained on the ground, the throw putting her on her hands and knees. "Don't... Say... A word..." She growled lowly, her eye twitching.

Alan couldn't help but laugh at Abagail's threatening tone as he stood up with the paper and walked by her, patting her on the head. He then put the paper into a metal slide on the wall which looked like a mailbox. "Now. Ready to follow simple directions...?"

"Fine..." Abagail gave a defeated sigh as she stood up, rolling her torn sleeve off her arm. Curiously, she watched him slide the paper off into the metal container, but let it go. She doubted it was for anything good.
"What task do you have for me..?"

Alan then walked up to her, now looking down at her as he placed a remote control in her hand.
A TV remote. It shared the same label as the Television on the other side of the room.
"This will be the easiest assignment any slave would ever get....Ever." he replied giving a shrug as he sat down in the chair in front of the TV.

Abagail stared down at the remote in confusion. She had been expecting something worse, something demeaning.
She looked up, going to ask Alan for clarification when she saw he took a seat in front of the TV. Her eye twitched out of annoyance.
"...You want me to change the channel for you?"

"Would you rather I told you to put on a revealing dress and told you to dance...?" Alan asked, looking over at her and raising an eyebrow.

"Bite me, pervert." Abagail growled as her face turned red at the suggestion. She started to dully flip through the channels, waiting for the order to change before she changed to the next channel. God I hope there's something on...

Alan just rolled his eyes as he watched the television. "Keep changing the channel until I tell you to stop." he told her, still watching.

"What are you looking for anyway...?"

"I actually had decent TV back home. You know. WHERE I BELONG." Abagail snapped, as he continued to flip through the channels.

"It's not nice to place blame on the wrong people, Abagail." Alan replied, looking over at her. "Besides, I'm sure you thought it was going to be a lot worse than this."

"It's people like you who make the damn slave trade happen! So it is your fault! And for all I know, this CAN get worse with you." Abagail barked.

"All I do is keep the slaves I can find from being mistreated. Is that SO wrong..?" Alan asked with a chuckle, as he continued to look at her.
From where he was, which was behind her, he could watch anything she did and look away when she glared at him.
