Oh, well, I put an item for auction, in this case Murky.
The starting bid is on what amount the auction starts, which was 1g.
People have to bid 500g or higher as the last offer, or their bid won't be counted, since you have to increase you offer with the minimum of 500g.
You get limited time to offer, the Murky auction ends on the 23rd.
Right now the highest offer is 19.5k, so if you want to offer on Murky, you'd have to bid at least 20k.
If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, I will send a trade to you with the auction item in it, so this time it'll be Murky. And you put the amount of gold you offered in the trade, and voila. There's your item XD

Usually the items go away for a lot lower than they're worth in the marketplace, so if you want an item cheaper you can try at the guild auction.

Also, if there's an item you'd really like to see in the auction, you can go to the auction poll thread, and submit a post with a list of items you'd want in the auction.
Usually I have an auction once every one or two weeks.

Ehh... how did the idea come to me..
Well, in my charity, me and two other people already loved the Holy Cow. Since she helps us and watched over us razz
So I decided to make a guild for it.
The Holy Cow is happy now.

Hehe, I like giving stuff to people whee It's so much fun to see them all happy when you give something XD It's awesome, really. Much better as keeping everything for yourself 3nodding
