Bats in pile, and bats flapping around him, Israfel was sure he stepped into the batcave. For a second he wondered if this is where manbat lived, or Mr. Darcy. But it seemed to drab for the vampire. Oh well. Looking to a pile of squirming bats, the siren noticed something glittering.
OuO was his face.
It glittered. He wanted it.

Israfel groaned as he found not glittering things. Like more bats, and bat..leavings. One even bit him! Pouting, he glared at the pile. He would you glittering thing. He would so get you. Shoving he is hand in, he pulled it out. A glittering seed.
Israfel glee faced.

Batty is inconsolable. One of his lovely bats is dead and the killer is running loose! Actually, no, he or she isn't. Batty and his remaining bats have narrowed the suspects down to four, and they are currently tied up in the back of his booth. They are:
1. Jealous Bat
Like a smurf, his name tells you everything you need to know about his personality. Jealous Bat is jealous of Otter's crappy attitude, of Seal's spectacular fighting skills, even of Manatee's smelly hat. It's not far outside the realm of possibility that Jealous Bat killed his fellow bat, but he will deny it until the day his little bat heart stops beating.
2. Kevin
A stubby yeti lad with a serious jones for bat steak was seen skulking around Batty's gym. Did Kevin kill the bat? Maybe...
3. Caine the Mothereffin' Vampire
Although he was named for the human actor Michael Caine, Vampire Caine is nothing like his namesake. He is young, muscular, Russian, and in need of his big acting break.
No, seriously, did you see him in Death of a Salesman? s**t was tight.
Why would he want to kill a bat? Who knows.
4. Grutella LeNass
This hooded demon rarely makes a sound and never shows her face in mixed company. Rumor has it that it was chewed off by bats.
How to play:
Only people who have signed up can play, but everyone can continue playing the other thread games as many times as they are eligible to.
1. PM Batty with who you think the killer is. The killer will be rolled in this thread at the end of the game, so don't think about it too long because it's all chance. You don't have to RP in this PM, just give me a number between 1 and 4.
2. Roll 2 4-sided dice in this thread. Be sure you send the PM before you post here because there will be prizes given out based on whether you match one of your rolls and if you send the PM second it kind of defeats the purpose.
These rolls are the suspects two of your minipets have chosen. Edit your post with a bit of RP about why they chose who they chose. Remember, minis can talk to each other, but not to their caretakers if you want to go that route.
This game will close at 10:30PM EST on Tuesday, 8/9 (in a little under 24 hours). Results will be posted a couple of hours after that.

The Moonless Bombadier and Ethelred weren't entirely sure how they'd gotten here. Hell, the hotheaded Kurobon wasn't ever sure where he was when he wasn't being happily forced in and out of the Adventure Dome. Ethel the Carry On just didn't remember what he'd been doing past five minutes ago. Had it been lunch? Maybe; he bet it had been a good lunch. Something rotty or wiggly. It was the lady with the orange nest on her head that made the best lunch. She was good at rotty and wiggly. He wanted something wiggly. The bird rustled his wings at the scene and blinked. What was he doing here again? Quickly, the vulture-like minipet fixed his unending stare on Kevin, cawing harshly at the yeti boy...to save face.
Meanwhile, Moonless put the fingerless pink blob of his hand on his hip and glared at Ethel: it was amazing how stupid that bird could be. There was death around, Jack it. Dead bats at that. Shouldn't the Carry On in the room be a little more...excited? The Kurobon switched his glare to Caine the vampire, and huffed out a cloud of black powder. "He looks pretty enough to be a bat murderer. What do you think, Ethel?"
"Huh? What?" Murderous derp glare swiveling, Ethelred clacked his beak at the other minipet. "Did you say something? How did you say something? Where's yer mouth?"
Why had he asked. "Just shut up, Ethel."
"...Do I know you?"
"Shut up, Ethel."
