What's this about a Host Club?! Oh thank you God for making this man smarter than majority of his grandchildren. It would have taken an hour for him to figure it out if he wasn't. In fact, not only did he catch on, but he was a step ahead.
Ludwig stood straight and saluted the Roman. "Sir, we already have some of Disciplinary Committee on the case. We also teamed up with Mythology Club since they should have a more extensive knowledge on a matter like this. I came here to inform you of this so that if any teachers came to complain about attendance that you would know what was going on."

Romulus Vargas Principal "Excellent work, Ludwig. I'm counting on you and the group to find the delinquient and giving him or her the ultimate punishment." Romulus sat down and sighed. Whew... That took alot out of him. it really does look like he isn't as young as he used to be. It made him wonder though... What would his cute little grandchildren look like as girls? What's this about a Host Club?! Ludwig nodded and said, "With pleasure, Principal Vargas." She meant it, too. It would be nice to watch the little weasel who did this to her wriggle and squirm. After all, turning Germany into a woman was the biggest mistake anyone could do since "Hell hath no wrath like a woman's fury."
Ludwig turned and walked out, headed towards the Mythology room since she figured that was where everyone would gather.

Junior It was mid afternoon when Emma De Bakker arrived at school. Since it was her first day, she made a beeline for the office. There she could pick up her schedule and what not. She rapped her knuckles against the door before opening the door. "Hallo?" She called out as she poked her blond head into the office. Spotting whom she assumed was the principal, she smiled her signature cat-like grin. "Ah, hallo! I'm a new student, Emma De Bakker. Are you Mijnheer Vargas?"

Romulus Vargas Principal A little alone time was just what he needed to calm himself down after being angry in front of Ludwig. Hopefully, they'll find the culprit soon and bring him to justice. As he was filing his paper work, he sees a blonde girl enter the office "Ah, ciao, ragazza bella~ And si, I am Principal Vargas. How can I help you, signorina?" Aw, take it easy, will you?

Junior Principal Vargas seemed like a friendly man. He didn't appear strict or mean, but he also didn't appear very easy going either. "I was hoping to pick up my schedule and to find out what dorm I am in." She replied as she shifted the bag on her back. At her feet was a suitcase, filled with assorted clothes and personal items. ((Flemish -> English OOC :: Lol, wouldn't we all? I need to get a hang on Belgium's character. I've actually never played her before, haha.))

And this is your schedule." he hands her a paper "We are in 4th period right now, so that means you should be in science class. if you ever get lost, feel free to ask any member of the Disciplinary Committee. But not right now, they're busy searching for a culprit." Aw, take it easy, will you?

It wasn't her favorite subject but it was still interesting. 'Culprit? What an odd thing to call a person. Why culprit?' She wondered. "Oh? Has something happened?" She asked in curiosity. Junior 'Suddenly changing genders?' That sounded quite serious. Yet, Emma couldn't help but wonder what her brother would look like as a girl. His attitude probably wouldn't change but he would probably wear cute clothes. He (she?) would look so adorable! "I'm sure they'll find out who did it." She said, her cat-like smile returning on instant. It was like it never went away. "If you'll excuse me, I need to find my room and head to class. Thank you again for your help."With that little goodbye, Emma picked up her bag and walked out of the office and headed for Dorm Fifteen. ((Flemish -> English OOC :: Oh yeah! ☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀ Florida yawned as he dragged himself into the office. It was getting late in the day and he had killer jet lag from flying out to the school then riding in a taxi the rest of the way, but at least he was finally here. The Sunshine State rolled his bag in behind him as he walked up to the front desk and had to resist the urge to stretch out his back. Traveling sometimes made him feel so tired but Rutilio was a little too excited to think of going straight to bed after checking in. There was exploring to be done and he'd heard from his boss that there were other states around. That should be interesting~! Very few American States had the political skills to enter into true international relations beyond basic Sister Cities relationships so it was always fun to watch them flounder about with foreign policies. You would think America was still isolationist from how naive many were about the outside world! Florida would bet all the sunken pirate treasure off his coast that already more than one of them had gotten into a fight with some other nation.
"Hello?" Rutilio called out curiously as he poked his head over the front desk and hoped he hadn't missed checking in. It was going to be a pain if he had to wait until morning. Where would he sleep? Romulus Vargas Principal Now had finsihed the paperwork, but he couldn't leave the school until all his students were out, so he can lock it down. There were clubs and sports meeting they had to attend, so it'll take a while. Soon, he hears the sound of someone opening the door. Another new student of this school "Ah, ciao~ Welcome to my school~ You must be the new arrival. One of America's states, si?" The Roman said with a grin. Aw, take it easy, will you?

"I am very sorry to be so late. There have been some droughts at my house I needed to take care of before leaving, but now I am ready for school." Which Rutilio seemed oddly excited about.
Being a major vacation destination meant for him that his work was ensuring that visitors were able to relax and play at his place. Playing with and taking care of tourists was a major part of his economy and so what many considered to be no fun and boring or average was actually more like a vacation for him. Getting away from it all and doing something like this was a nice break every now and then. Besides, being around other nations might help him do some free advertising on the side...
No, no! He wasn't going to think about work! He was just going to enjoy himself and act like a normal human being. More or less.
... But a little reminder to visit Disney World, Universal Studios or the Keys every now and then wouldn't hurt, would it? Ugh, it was so hard to just leave it all behind him even after traveling so far from home!
