Rasengan totally pwns.
I mean, that one episode proves it. While Chidori deals a great amount of external damage, Rasengan deals a great amount of internal damage. The water tower was a perfect example of that.

I think that Chidori is far cooler, but in term of strength, Rasengan.

Well I would have to say rasengan because it doesn't have a limit to how many times you can use it and for every one who doesn't know rasengan is a incomplete jutsu

Exactly and if I remember correctly Jiraiya created the rasengan not the fouth

Yes Kakashi can do the rasengan but not with wind but that still doesn't answer what I said Wasn't it Jaraiya that created rasengan

no because the fourth was taught pretty much everything he knew by Jiraiya who was taught by the third who was taught by the second Because Jiraiya was one of the sanin before the fourth became the fourth

Well it's the truth because the first and second hokages were brothers but they chose who would be the first hokage, and the third was taught by the second, the three sanins were taught third, and Jirayai taught the fourth, and after the fourth died the third became the hokage again

No, even though the fourth was taught by Jiraiya, it is still the fourth who created it, Jiraiya could have just just picked it up from the fourth since he was his student he could have easily learned it from his student.

and the 4th wasnt Jiraiya student for the whole time up until his death. He obviously stop being his student once he got older and became Hokage. So sometime between becomeing Hokege and dieing, he worked on the jutsu.
