Yeah but you can't do it all the time when you've got your own stuff to do. Maybe we need some sort of team... like the Akatsuki. I dunno, just people that can actually do it and have time to at different points in the day. I dunno. XP

I don't know about that, I'm made of free time for the foreseeable future. Well, my time will be taken with these style revisions, but I still have enough time to play generic villains.
And we could try an Akatsuki-like organization. It's not impossible for there to be more than one group of like-minded criminals that happen to be high-ranking shinobi. The problem is them running into lower-ranked members and utterly ruining their s**t.

But at the same time, when one village becomes to overly powered and active it makes those who wanna join feel like it is a better option. Some ov the villages are running into really bad inactivity spurts right now.... on that note, i think the Kage selection needs to be MUCH improved. AandOE has been wonderful which is why Suna has prospered so much. Even if he cant post alot during one day, he is ABSOLUTELY consistant and posts at least once a day to progress everything. Most times, it is more then that. So i think if someone is going to be Kage, they have to have a shown certain amount of time and dedication to what is going on. Konoha has seen what? 4? 5? kages? What happened in Yuki? Activity can only happen if there is a group able to run it, even if it is only 1 or two people......

Although should this set up before or after the damn summons are revised and the second classes set in place? umm....summons shouldnt be touched until all the bigger issues are taken into consideration, such as ressuken which has been down for over 6 months, kaiser fist "revisions" class modificatons, and a bunch of other things that apperently need to be redone. Can we just get one at a time?

We have a group of shinobi antagonists. We are lead by Shinsua's rpc, who I saw last at Konoha's gates. Bijuu 1 & 2 are done, with #3 mostly finished. The current arc is just about introductions to the antagonists. While there may or may not be a time-skip to auto-introduce the second & third bijuu into the wild, the next arc is coming soon. (no definitive timeline here)

Eh... He had two mooks that got beat by Kakashi in about a second. So thugs would be better for Genin, and the members of said organization would be a challenge for Chuunin and up. Unless the guys and gals in this organization are sadistic tools and spend their time tag-teaming Genin all day err day. Still, henchmen could work out for Genin and Chuunin, it'd have to be discussed and stuff. Which we don't have the time for at the moment, what with revisions and edits and stuff.

Taking away peoples choices to spread wealth around, be it capital or otherwise, by an authoritative group is a move straight out of Soviet Russia. Forcing them to limit there choices to go in your direction. I understand The intention is fairness, and balance, but the principle irks me. I understand Alkie. I'm not meaning this to be personal. just tossing in my 2 cents is as well. Appearently the villages close at 15 active. And Yo-ko is absolutly right. Having a awesome Kage makes Suna awesome.

Wolf: Oh geez enough communism. America has taken away people's rights to choose before as well and they're democratic. Taking away choices in the way you're speaking is not unfamiliar to any sort of government.
