Talencia I have.... a small difficulty Ivy. ::blushes:: My tablet is broken, thus why I'm coloring with my trackball... but the trackball simply won't cut it for editing and coloring something as complex as the mortal CYO. There are several I'd really like to do, but without the means, I'm sort of stuck. Do I have any options, by chance? Hi Tal, so I can answer this one: there are a lot of us with diffficulties doing the CYOs - I've got a broken back and coloring is impossible for me without massive pain ATM, some people don't have imaging programs (yet: Pixelnator for Mac and Gimp for PC are free programs that use psds, iirc...there's also Paint Tool Sai and you can get a trial version of Photoshop if that is what you desire; it will be sufficient.), etc etc. We just have to do the best we can with what we've got, Tal. So I suggest perhaps that you try to work with the files and use whatever tools are available in your art program to make what you can. :3 If all you can do are bikini briefs and earrings, then that's fine. That is still 1 mortal for the glory of your God. And the players can always rp them with different clothing, too. I hope that helps. :3

Vesale Ivy, is there a small banner that we can use to advertise the event in our sigs? There is now, lol ..........advertising
If you want to sig advertise, or link in your shop or thread, feel free! After all, the more people there are, the more fun it is and the more rp and craziness. You can use the large splash banner or you may use this smaller, more space friendly version:

Fairymount *happysquee* So many things to do/try to enter. XD
ETA: Quick question about the tribute game. Do we need to steal Syrie to do the gift presentations or is the RP for this purely a solo kind of thing? You do not need to steal me at all, I should add flavor text to that thread, really...but assume, until I do - that the GREAT MISTER PUPPYMAN is there, looking VERY REGAL AND KIND OF SCARY to accept each gift with a dip of his head and a flick of his tail to indicate where to place his newest "treasure".

Yes, thank you. And I'm very sorry to hear about your back, Syrie. ::winces in sympathy:: I hope it heals well and fast for you.

Question about the mortals: Can I do a set of edits, and colour them and then reuse the edits to give out? Or does each mortal need to be edited differently to count? (I'm kind of fond of how my current edits turned out xD; )

:> Don't worry Tal, I was thinking that if you used the polygonal lasso tool with PS (or whatever program) that is actually a really good way to color (using alt layers and using Ivy's temp base for the skin :>)
Thank you, I'm hoping it will too.

Syrie the polygonal lasso tool with PS I've seen it used on LS, but have no idea where it is or how to work it. I'm a slow learner when it comes to PS.

(I'm kind of fond of how my current edits turned out xD; ) You can have a template that you use on the base, just PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't copy/pasta give out the mortals. If you want 20 mortals all wearing a hoodie, just....make sure there's SOMETHING to differentiate them...like a different decal on the shoulder, or different haircuts. Something. That's why there's always two lineart edits on Aoide in the past....it is something to make things stand out.

Can't say I ever played with the lasso.. but since I have no tablet and my mouse editing is shabby and shakey, I actually print out the image, sketch on it, scan it, then layer it into the original image file matching lines, and do my editing/coloring from those lines. LOL It takes longer but it works for me. That's how I did those last CYO we had.
