Roch reached into the box, making a face as he grabbed something, and staring blankly at the wet towel that he had pulled out. Cautiously he leaned closer, sniffing it. He probably shouldn't have, he thought as he tried to cover up that little reaction by looking around to see what everybody else had gotten.

"A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Riley," Sparrow said, and took the illithid's hand, ducking his head to place a brief kiss to the back of it before dropping it, linking his fingers behind his back again. The gesture was practiced, done completely casually as if it were a habit he did not think about anymore.
He glanced around. "I seem to have found myself in the right place, then, haven't I?" Sparrow answered her with an easy smile. "I am quite interested, yes, and it seems as if you have a game going on. I would quite like to play, if I am allowed..?"
Stepping over to the hunchback, Sparrow peered down into the box. He wasn't entirely certain what was going on, but with a shrug he reached a gloved hand into the box. What he pulled out was a wet towel, which he glanced at curiously.
"This is a most interesting game already," he said with a laugh to the hunchback, and then stepped back to allow more people in.

On her way back from the FEARleading booth, Cady made a point to stop by Fitness, if only to tell the patchwork boil about the cute ladypatch she'd seen earlier. She was sure he would be impressed. And grateful. Yep. She was such a good samaritan. However, when she got over there, she saw they were handing out a rather odd assortment of items. Cady couldn't resist - she had to know what was going on. She slipped in next to the fire tailed demon and the purple-tipped boil from the cafeteria and reached into the box the patchwork seemed to be passing around. ...She pulled out an odd, sort of plastic thing. It was red. It had straps. Huh. Trying to puzzle out what it was for, she shrugged and slipped the strap under her chin, leaving the device resting on her head. "Hey guys, I got a hat!"

"Roch! Ah, well, you know... Just bray-t!" he chuckled to himself, oh he was so punny. And in the next instant...
"Oh, a game! This sounds like fun!" He trotted his way up to the box, reaching inside to find a barbell mace. Well, he had to concede after looking around, it certainly beat a wet towel.
"Hey Roch, that weapon looks a little... limp," he grinned.

Tari had heard the game back at the fitness club had started so she had wandered back over there. She blinked a bit and reached for one of the weapons. She wondered what kind of game this would be but if it was a hunt that would be awesome!

Riley pulled out a small camera and snapped a picture of Cady. All while still keeping her focus on Sparrow. Crowdak moments had to be captured, after all.

"There he is!" Syb said, pointing at the patchwork boil that the ghoul at Fearleading had told her about. "Oh, he looks to be built for strength," she said happily to Muka. "I should go introduce myself, shouldn't I?" she asked, suddenly feeling shy. "Oh, they're having a game, right? Why don't you go play and--and I'll try and figure out how to um... introduce myself," she told the others, looking quite shy all of a sudden.

Tari sighed when she saw Cady's sudden discover of new headware. Granted she got one too but she knew what it was for. She had plenty of brothers, a few whom had started wearing them around her. She went over to the Manticore and tapped her shoulder.
"Ah cousin....thats....not how it is worn. And usually this is for....boils," she smiled, kinda unsure how to explain this.

Muka let go of Sybaline as they entered the Fitness booth's crowd. He definitely wanted to also meet the patchwork, or at least witness Syb meeting him, but the thought of a game tickled his mind happily. As were the words of the purple being with no mouth.
SHE WAS TALKING IN HIS MIND.
A giggle erupted from him and he rushed forward. "I WANT TO PLAY!"

"Can we trade?" Roch asked, holding up his towel. "Cuz I'm pretty sure I can find a better use for that cup than she can," he added, pointing at the ghoul wearing it as a hat. Then he glanced at Dom. "Story of my day, man, story of my day," he added in a low, dry voice.

All of the new student had seemed to converge on the box before anyone had said a word. Riley briefly worried that they thought these were freebies, and stifled that idea quickly with a public thought.
Everyone please take your game item and head on back to the field behind us, please. Christof will show you what to do with them when the time comes.

When Joachim finally reached the booth there was a lot of commotion going something about some game and picking up an item. Muka seemed to be rather enthralled with the whole game idea while Syb took off looking for the patch work that was mentioned earlier.
"I guess maybe we could give the game a shot Willow?" He wasn't too sure about the whole idea he typical lost, actually he always lost.
"Though I get a feeling this is going to turn horrible for me I can just feel it."

She turned, smiling proudly at her own ingenuity as Tari tapped her on the shoulder. She looked genuinely surprised at her comment. "Only for boils?" Her brow wrinkled in thought. Where else could it go? Well, she had seen a few sports that used masks... She pulled it down over her mouth and nose, and promptly discovered what the word 'gag' really meant. It smelled rancid. What on EARTH had the boils before her been eating? Teary eyed from the stench, she asked somewhat tremulously, "Is this better?"

"It tickles!!" Muka's nose twitched and he giggled more but he was very obedient. He, of course, was talking about the telepathic speech which he was not accustomed to. Muka may have just been there for the game though. He didn't look like the type to be interested in fitness and he was pretty thin with almost no muscle at all.
He swung his wet towel, rather carelessly, and the mystery liquid sprayed out from it on either side of him. Thankfully he was walking towards the field so all you had to do was keep a safe distance.
The strix glanced behind him to see if Sybaline was yet talking to the other patchwork boil. He gave Joachim an unnervingly slow stare and wave when he saw him enter the area. The creepiness was unintentional of course.

Face palm. Yeah that was really all she could do at this point. She had forgotten her kind had the brains and her kind had the brawn. She tries out come up with the best solution, she'd have to explain boil protection later but now wasn't the time.
"Cousin, why don't you just hold it in your hands for now. We don't know what we will be up against. What if you have to throw it and it's attached to your head?"
