~~ Shadow walked back to Seraphic. He glanced over his shoulder, back at Rouge. "Now get lost, will you?"
"Gladly. You're waaaay too sour, hon." Rouge winked, not meaning anything by it, then turned and walked over, holding the gem in the air and admiring it's beauty. ~~

~~ Shadow hesitated, then took Seraphic's hand and led her inside. He locked the door behind them, then walked around the house, shutting all the windows and pulling down the blinds. ~~

~~ "Nope." replied Shadow, making a double-check of the house to be sure everything was clear and free of any evesdroppers, mini mics, mini cameras, ect. Finding nothing, he returned to the part of the house Seraphic was in. "Listen, this is going to sound crazy, but...." Shadow closed his eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath, then opened them and stated, "I'm an agent working for a secret organization. They give me missions in which I must fullfill, or pay the price. Ever notice I seem to go on 'vacation' a lot?" ~~

~~ Shadow put his arms around Seraphic, holding her close to him. "Yesterday, I was watching TV with Rouge when I got a call from my boss. He told me if I made any mistake.." He closed his eyes. "If I make a mistake, then you suffer for it."Although he remained emotionless, there was high tension in his voice. ~~

Seraphic was surpprised when Shadow held her, she always hugged or show affection, something was wrong. Seraphic trembled as she heard what he said...she froze, suddenly scared to death, she started crying in his chest.
(So then...his mistake is telling her, the next day she's taken and her memory is wiped clean. All she remembers is her name and age...)
