Lillian nodded in agreement. "And your welcome to appear on with him, I've already spoken to that idiot of a agent brother of mine about it... Speaking of which, Miss Kaito, the media is going to eat up the fact that someone like you is mentoring a rising star. It may be a good time to stage a comeback soon..." She started. They were about halfway to the studio now.

Mizuki didn't comment in a negative way about how the world saw her in her younger years. "I will continue to release a few singles every year and maybe do some touring during the summer. I don't know if it's totally going to be possible to make a full comeback." The woman commented. She was sure it wasn't possible.
Cedric looked at his mentor. "Miss Mizuki. Aren't you going to be reason the new CD you were working on soon. Maybe we should see about you also doing a song too. I'm sure you can do well. I mean your voice is a little more mature then it was before."

Lillian nodded; this was an interesting idea. "A collaboration... That would look excellent on both parties! If you want to do it, I can talk to Dan right now..." She offered the two, getting out her cell phone.

Cedric froze. What did she mean by that? "Are you talking about us doing a duo or each of us doing our own." He had practice duo's with Mizuki before you. He had to think of a song out of the many songs he knew that he could do a duo with his mentor if that was what he was going to do.

She shook her head. "A duo of course! Now all we need to do is let the studio know in advance..." She said, making the necessary call on her phone.

Cedric was about to protest, but his mentor spoke up before he could say anything. "That sounds like a great idea. I got a perfect song. This one will involve Ced doing the strongest part of the song so he'll get more props while I'll still get the fame for my new album. However this song has yet to be recorded and I haven't found a partner for it. So in return would you allow me to kidnap Ced for it?"

Mizuki smiled and pulled out a song sheet for Cedric to read. They started to whisper back and forth like they were practicing. The pop star and the boy new to the music scene wouldn't let people forget this show for the next month at least. Once they seemed to get it down the teacher turned to the woman who would get this going to make sure that it was going to happen.

Lillian finished the call and grinned. "You two are going to be performing live on the show! You'll BLOW UP after this, everyone and their brother will want you for their own... Oh, look! We're at the studio!" She squealed as the vehicle halted in front of the studio. She got out and waited to escort them inside.

Cedric followed behind Lillian as he was between the women. Mizuki followed behind. "Of course we'll blow them up. It's go big or go home with this." The woman commented. Ced followed behind them. He was busy looking over the song that he was given at the last moment. He was going to have it down before the show and work on it when they went to break.

Lillian took the scenic route, pointing out various things until finally, she got to the dressing rooms, all of which were connected by a lounge. "Here we are! Both your rooms are marked, you have 3 hours to prepare, and the show starts at 12. See ya then!" She said, still cheerful as she hustled off to her own room across the studio.

Mizuki sighed. She always hated the wait for everything. She was only going to need an hour. That was fine with her. She would just practice with Ced till they needed to go. "Hey Ced. Let's practice the song in my room. Before we know it it'll be time to get looking pretty." The woman commented as they both entered her dressing room. She pulled up two chairs for the both of them to sit on while they practice.
