Kaya looked over at Heinrich, eyebrows raised increasingly. She had seen her new friend, uh, sleeping....And wow did this guy need to get laid from the looks of it. She hopped over the back of the couch and landed softly next to him, smirking.
"Wet dream much? You're a mess."
Nathanial nodded and stared sketching the person in front of him, using the same page as his notes on Roze. How this woman could have paralyzed him just by stripping was ridiculous, but not impossible. It had been forever since he had seen a person, let alone such a lovely one, and she had stripped so quickly. The editor sighed, killing that almost burst of adrenaline at the thought, not looking forward to a freeze.

Heinrich blushed hard. "That happens every night. I was used to getting it at least once a night...if not twice. Now i get it none...and i refuse to do anything myself." He said bashfully.

"Well you better get used to it, I'm pretty sure I'm not your type, and I can't see that changing." Kaya snickered and stalked into the kitchen, pulling out the leftover potatoes and meat. Oh, it still looked good, and the teacher wanted to keep drooling over it, but realized that wouldn't be all too appreciated.
Nathanial smiled at his sketch and stood up, Lenore taking off around the room and landing back on his shoulder. The man pushed the window open and leaned out, just as he had this morning, and nodded to the bird. The morning dove took off again, for her last patrol today for anything threatening or hopeful.

Heinrich groaned. "I KNOOOOOOOOOW! I am just so...ahg. I have never had to deal with a deprivation of pleasure. It was usually waiting n my bed...or at a rave i was going to." He sighed and got up to retrieve his cloths. "This bites."

Kaya wrapped a potato in another piece of meat and bite into it, so happy to have another wonderful meal. The teacher looked up at the sound of a flapping noise and almost got nailed in the head by a damn bird. She swatted at it, growling and not willing to drop her food.
"Holy s**t! Ya damn rat with wings, ******** off!" she snapped.

Hein blinked a few times then burst out laughing, "KAHKAHKAHKAH!" He rolled on the couch and fell off. That was just too damn funny. The look on her face was priceless. If only he had a camera and if only the internet still existed. "To-Too Funny!!!!"

The teacher snagged the bird, holding it with both hands while it struggled. She had half a mind to squeeze it to death and roast it over a fire for her damn lunch! Kaya's smirk grew as it called for help and just as she was about to gloat, the little b*****d pecked her ******** hand.
"Ya little s**t!" Her hands withdrew quickly, hoping to god that little b*****d hadn't been picking at the undead recently and checked over her hands with it retreated back out the window.
Nathanial was finalizing his sketch of Roze when a panic stricken Lenore came crashing into the room. He jumped up, an obviously fearful expression on his face, and froze. 1...2....3....4....5....6.....7....8....9....10, and back to normal. He dashed to the bird and scooped her up, holding his morning dove as carefully as possible.
"What happened?"

Hein got up and brushed himself off. He was still chuckling. That had been just way too good. He went over to her and examined her hand. He looked at it closely and nodded, "Your fine. And that was a morning dove. We don't have to worry. Scavengers are the animals we have to worry about. We don't want to eat or get hurt by those."
Roze was on her feet. She stared at him when he was frozen and then went to his side. "What is the problem?" She asked. Her tone was smooth and calm as usual.

The morning dove flapped its wings a few times and chirped, receiving small nods and 'ah's from Nathanial. Lenore truly was a great scout, she'd found yet another two survivors, both safe and secure...He picked the bird up and cuddled her close to his face, smiling sweetly to the precious little thing.
"My darling Lenore has found more survivors, she truly is my greatest companion." he cooed, placing a soft kiss on the bird's head.
Kaya nodded, the logic made sense indeed. But still, if that ******** bird tried it again, it would be dinner!
"Thanks.....But I wonder what the s**t that bird's problem was."

Roze nodded and was imediatly stripping down and pulling on her battle suit. "Well then should we find them. In this world it's actually better to travel in numbers." She said. Sure they made a tad bit more noise...but more people could be on the look out...and if worst comes to worst...if anyone dies...their body could be used as bait. Their enemies weren't as smart as the ones she had to fight before.
Heinrich shrugged, "Hell if i know. It was probably just a stupid bird that got in through the window. He looked way up. He had decided to leave it open because it was way to high for any zombie to ever hope to reach.

Nathanial looked out his window for a moment and contemplated whether they should hop to it immediately. Maybe it would be best to have Lenore check it out again....But if she got hurt, how would he live with himself? The man stood up and sighed heavily, not really wanting to get up.
"Sure, let's get going I suppose."
Kaya finished off a little bit more of the meat and put it back into its storage. She looked to Heinrich and then to the window.
"So we still hunting today?"

Roze strapped her weapons to her person and waited at the door for nate. She was itching to kill some dead and find some others that were living.
Heinrich nodded, "Yeah. We have to be really careful though okay?" He went to a chest and pulled it out. He opened it to reveal an array of weapons dating back to WWI. "Take your pick."

"I've done this before, I know that deal." Kaya eyed everything before pulling out a generic shotgun, grinning widely. Oh, this baby was just up her ally, plenty of damage in one simple thing. And it would be perfect for decent sized animals.
Nathanial patted all his make-shift weapons and walked out of the door, letting Lenore take to his shoulder. She would be leading the two like always, what a reliable bird.
"If I freeze, I'll snap out of it in 10 seconds, but if you cause an equal shock it should snap me out of it." he added.

Heinrich picked up his snipper rifle and put the strap around his shoulder. "OK then. Let's move out...no car this time though. It's dangerous for a hunting expedition. Cause...we could crash...and die...i have seen it happen. Very ugly way to go."
Roze nodded, "Okay...I just pick you up then and run da? Though i save you first. Not bird."

"I did fine without one before." Kaya beamed and headed to the door, pumped to get started already. Hunting would help, definitely, and she coud see what Mr Sniper over her-Wait a ******** minute. A sniper! The teacher nodded softly to herself, so that's who it was, it would also explain how Heinrich had found and saved her so efficiently. Hm.
Nathanial adjusted his glasses and walked out of the door, dreading the thought of someone picking him up like a child. But if worst came to worst, it would be a faster getaway...He popped out of the door, ring of keys ready and waiting.
"Indeed...I would appreciate it."
