Success. The black dog wouldn't go home with a damaged ego, now that he had finally found the mushrooms. With another happy tail wag Jove took the slightly damaged mushroom and carried it over to the wagon. It would be fine with a bit of time, and some nicely rotting vegetation.
The pup stood back to admire his collection, the whole wagon was now softly alight with glowing greens and blues. This would do very well.
It was only then Jove realized how dark the clearing had gotten, it was definitely time to head back to the school. Scary things lurked out in the dark, and he didn't want to attract attention by staying too long. So he rounded up all his helpers, giving each of them a little wisp of fluff as he passed, and then grabbed the wagon to trundle back through the woods.

It seemed that Jove was satisfied with his collection and was now heading back to his dorms. Though not before deposited a little ball of wisp to each of them. Though what it was, Tybalt wasn't sure. Nevertheless, he was thankful and was about to thank him for the little prize when he noticed that it was getting darker out and that he had yet to feed his minipets. In fact, if he didn't get back to them and soon, he'd be up all night fixing the damage that they were likely to create!
"Thanks for the, uh... fluff, Jove! See you around, guys!" He called, darting off back to his dorms; a little quicker than usual. He still had time!
(( Thanks for the foxfire, Grey! :'D <33 ))

Sheridan's tail twitched, gaze turned to the wisp that had been placed in his hand. A brow raised, his head turned curiously, what was it? It was soft and warm to the touch, flickering slightly with a luminescent glow. It was...alive?
The dragon had looked up to ask Jove, but the foxfire was already scampering off with his cart full of mushrooms, barely giving him a chance to get out a 'thank you', much less ask anything. This was becoming a habit...
A look toward the sky, he supposed it was getting late, the darkness of the forest seeming to choke out the stars that tried to shine through the branches. Wisp in hand, a smile and farewell to Tess, Sheridan decided it was time to head back to his own room, or at least out of the forest. He only hoped his cat didn't decided to eat the wisp.

West was still smirking with a sort of mushroom-finding-induced satisfaction when Jove passed him one last time and dropped a bit of fluff into his hand. The wrath demon looked down at it as the younger boil began to pull his wagon away. How very... odd. West shoved the wisp into his pocket and started back toward the school as well. He felt strangely accomplished, even though he still had little to no idea what the quiet ghost wanted with a bunch of glowing fungus. West shrugged. To each his own, he supposed.
(( Thank youuu Greyyyyy heart ))
