Is it because jordan said nobody knew where he was hiding out? If the little girl was returning the milk wouldn't her mother have had to known where John was?

Katsuo Kurosawa Is it because jordan said nobody knew where he was hiding out? If the little girl was returning the milk wouldn't her mother have had to known where John was?

Sorry I didn't read her post i just read the riddle. Then my second guess is: Is it because Jordan knew to answer the girl from the back door instead of the front?
