samus x Ronove Despite the earlier storms, the day was turning out to be a beautiful one. Khairi tossed his head and pranced through grass still wet with rain. The air was fresh and clean and the sky was washed out blue still framed with dark grey thunderheads.
He grinned and kicked his heels up, feeling exhilarated. It was beautiful, but humidity was building after the slight relief the storm offered. Khairi trotted over to a stream nearby and drank deeply. Then, unable to help himself, he sacrificed his dignity and plunged in, splashing like a colt. ((Sorry this took long... it was my turn in DnD IRL. sweatdrop (( lol thats alright and if you wanna see a pic of tori just let me know )) Tori had come to the nearby stream to get a cool drink, when she suddenly say a blue stallion splashing about in the water. she giggled a bit in amusment, as she watched the stallion splash about. thinking this was a good oppertunity to make a friend, she nickered a greeting and started towards him.samus x Ronove Khairi looked up at the nicker, startled, and found himself staring at a beautiful red and white Soquili mare. He remembered his position, knee deep in the clear stream, and blushed faintly. So much for dignified first impressions... with a mental sigh he gave in and relaxed. Stepping up onto the bank, Khairi grinned and nickered a greeting back.
"And how are you this day?" He pricked his ears and waitied to hear her response. "Ah, I'm Khairi, by the way." He bowed slightly, still smiling.
I've seen the pic, but thanks! I looked in your teepee. (( lol i see )) Tori smirkered and panced around him in play. " pretty good, and its nice to meet you Khairi, im Tori." it had been a while since she had been out and about away from the herd, so she was happy to meet someone new. " and how are you this fine day. "samus x Ronove Khairi watched her prace and couldn't help but laugh. "It's nice to meet you too, Tori. I'm fine, thanks for asking." Normally Khairi wasn't especially fond of meeting new Soquili - he found it hard to make friends. That's why he was out here; there weren't many other than himself. But today it was too beautiful to be solitary. Khairi pranced in place, full of energy. "So, what are you doing so far out here?" samus x Ronove Khairi nodded. "Yes, it is nice to meet someone new sometimes." He let out a long sigh, then looked up at her wryly. "I'm here because I don't normally like meeting new Soquili." He winced inwardly and pushed through. "Not that I don't want to meet you, it's just... I mean, you seem nice..." He stopped. Mares always made him feel... inadequate. Khairi smiled akwardly, feeling like a colt.. Way to go. Now she'll leave... samus x Ronove Khairi laughed, partly in relief. "You feel the same way?" He tossed his head, and grinned. "I'm glad to know I'm not the only one." He looked down into a valley covered in rolling fields; he could just make out the colorful coats of other Soquili like small jewels. Khairi looked back at Tori, a slightly mischevious look in his eyes. "Are we just going to stand here all day, or do you want to enjoy the day?" samus x Ronove Khairi smirked and shyed away from Tori. Without warning he burst into a gallop and shouted back over his shoulder; "I accept!" He laughed and bent forwards, running smoothly over the hard packed ground towards the lake. The grass blurred into a emerald green light on either side of him; it was so nice to finally stretch his legs!((Tori is faster than Khairi... XD)) (( xD lol i see ) Tori grined and bolted after Khaniri and shouted. " i'll get ya!." galloping as fast as she could, she made it side by side with khairi and niped at his shoulder. she was having a blast and tryed to push herself to go faster. she let a whinny escape her mouth and kept on galloping.samus x Ronove Khairi whinnied back at her, easing up on his stride; it had been a while since he'd run so full out, and although he still felt fresh he knew things could go wrong quickly. Not to mention the fact that Tori was pulling ahead of him... he grinned. Quite a mare. Khairi settled into a smooth rhythm, hooves pounding methodically on the rain-covered grass. He admired the way the mare's coat glittered in the sunlight as she ran...
To the left was the lake; he could see it through the trees. Straight ahead, where Tori was going, was the normal path that lead to the sandy shore. Khairi smirked and swerved to the left, heading into the somewhat more treacherous trails. He knew this land; he'd spent a lot of time here lately. He reached the bottom a small slope; the shore line was within sight! He increased his speed, feeling a flash of adrenaline, but he couldn't see where Tori was yet. For all he knew, she could already be there...XDD! Sorry, dnd ended and I went back to my dorm room... and leveled up! Whee... *shot* (( xD ahhaha thats alright o.0 oh my i been tackled!!!!!!!!!!!-falls over- )) Tori smirked and pulled farther ahead as she noticed he went left. she knew that was a more dangerous route to take and did not take it, but knew it was a shorter way to get to the lake. incressing her speed, she had wanted to beat him, but he had gone the shorter route.samus x Ronove Khairi whickered to himself, hooves flashing in the sun. The shore wasn't too far ahead... he slid to a stop at the top of a sharp drop; he would be able to make his way down, but it would take time. This wasn't here last time... It must have been created by the harsh storms this past week. He started down the trail, going slightly faster than he knew he should. However, he made his way without too much work and came to the bottom in a small avalanche of rocks and dust. Go Tori go! XDD (( xD ahahah )) Tori finaly came out through the trees to come to the lake, when she noticed Khairi had already got there and was coming down from a sharp drop that had not been there before. she trotted on over to where he was, knowing he would make it fine down, though there was a small tiny avalanche of rocks. samus x Ronove Khairi snorted and waited for the dust to settle. He trotted forwards tentatively, unable to see Tori approaching. He heard her hooves crunching in the sand too late; he bumped into her with a startled whicker, then quickly stepped back.
"Ah, sorry 'bout that." Khairi raised an eyebrow and glanced at the lake water lapping at the shore nearby. The waves flickered in the bright sunlight. "I admit defeat; you win!" He grinned broadly. "You're quick, I'll give you that." (( ^ ^ i hate cuting this short but im gonna stop rping cause i be tired. @Shar xD lmao true he is not a mare BUT it very HARD to earn Rahu's respect at all )) Tori chuckled and backed up as she was accedently bumped into. " hehehe thanks, its from the many runs i go on with my father and brothers." she watched the water splash at the shore line and smirked. " your not so bad yourself. but it seems i need to be going. though i hope to meet you again sometime Khairi." giving him a friendly n**, she went off towards where she knew her father would be waiting.Ronove Khairi couldn't help it; he arched his neck slightly at her compliment; she was the first mare he'd met in a while, and certainly the only one he'd dare call a friend. "Thank you. It was fun!" He nipped back at her. "I hope to see you again sometime soon as well." He watched her canter off, then turned and made his way back up the slope. He was going to have to work hard if he wanted to keep up with her next time they met. Khairi grinned to himself at the thought and continued up towards his home. Eh, that's fine. It's 2:00 here and I'm a wee bit tired meself. *grins* It was fun, my first real rp with Khairi! Thank you, Samus. Night!

samus x (( xD ok you two i'll start )) Rahu was eating some grass in a clearing by himself. he was geting bored and pondered if he should go wander about again. feeling kind of lazy though, he stayed where he was flicking his tail and eating some grass. Shariea (( *cranks up the music and rolls up her sleeves*)) The air was quiet and calm as the moon light flitered down through the canopy littering the path ahead of the great stalion with dappled rays of silver light. His nicker broke the silence of the night and a light sneer crossed his features. His thundering hooves began to slow as he broke through the forest and came runing out into the valley. His lungs filling with the cool night air, as with each powerful stride he thundered across the valley. The open moonlight shining against his dark coat. [Midnight][Blaze] Eachann galloped through the trees, growing farther and farther away from his human's teepee. The chill of the night air whipping around his body. He came to a clearing, and saw the dark stallion he had grown to loath in the few meetings they had. He slowed and greated him, "Hello, again." He hoped Rahu would notice his added size. The last time they had met, Eachann was still a colt and pecked at Rahu's nerves every chance he had recieved. samus x Rahu lifted his head at hearing a eello and smirked. " my oh my if it isn't Eachann. seems you have grown the last i saw you." being it a nice chilling night, he was surprised Eachann had saw him since his dark black coat masked him at night. " im surprised to see you though. " his ears perked as her heared the thundering hooves not too far. Shariea Waya's smile quickly faded as he noted the framilure shape of a particular stallion he'd come to lothe, against the moon light. His tail flicked against the damp grass as he moved forward out of the shadows with a soft snort. "Evening." He said, his bartone voice slightly gruff as he scanned over the two with indiferance. He didnt know the younger one, so he could not pass judgment on him.... and nor would he pass judgment on Rahu. Yet he wouldnt have anything to do with him if he could help it. The Stallion bent his head and began to n** at the sweet grasses that surrounded his feet, the light coating of dew made them tender and even more pleasing to his palet. [Midnight][Blaze] "Yes I have and why would you be surprised to see me?" He said with a snort. He glanced at the newcomer, not really interested in meeting more males, and quickly dismissed him from his mind. samus x Rahu smirked as Waya came over. " since i wander about i tend not to see many more than once or twice. "turning to Waya he grinned. " seems we meet again Waya." flickinghis tail, he found it amusing that it seemed he always ran into someone when he was bored. Shariea "Seems so." He remarked, barely raising his head from the sweet grasses. The other male has dismissed his presance, and perhaps that was for the best. For now he was just listening to them as it seemed only Rahu had the barest interest in him. His tail flicked against the grasses once more, sending up a prisim of color against the night sky. [Midnight][Blaze] "Or so it would seem since I've met you probably three times now." He looked at Waya again. "And you've met him before, too." He watched the color emerging from Waya's tail half in amazement, and half in shock. samus x Rahu watched the colors come off Waya in a little amusment." come on now Waya are you not going to talk much again? and Eachann that is true enough , and yes i have met Waya before. it seems i never run into anyone new anymore." smirking he was only some what amused and wondered if he could stur something up. he was bored so he always tryed to find something to amuse himself. Shariea (( *eyes Nel* <.< )) Waya raised his head with a sigh swallowing the mouthfull of grass he'd managed to get in since the last time he'd spoken. He was slightly anyoyed but only slightly. His ears flicked back breifly and he shruged a bit. "I never talk much." He said with a bit of indferance, foregoing to finish what he'd ment to say. After all, it would only Rile up Rahu and send him into a fit of giggles inwardly. And if there was one thing he hated it was playing into anothers hand. His shook his head, ebony tresses spilling over his neck. His blue eyes seemed to glint in the moonlight and he sighed again, this time a sigh of a claming nature, Stilling the irritaion he felt building already. [Midnight][Blaze] Eachann was bored. Rahu didn't seem interested in poking fun at anybody right now and Eachann only found a riled up Rahu interesting. "Well, it's getting late I must be off." He turned around and headed back to his human.((My Eachann section of the brain just died xp )) samus x Rahu shruged. " alright then Eachann, your loss. and come now Waya you may not talk alot but you could try." he was growing bored fast now that Eachann decided to leave and Waya was not much of a talker. flicking his tail he was bored, and took a bite of grass. Shariea Waya snorted and tilted his head to the side, rolling his eyes. "Fine.. what do you want to talk about then?" He asked, as its easyer to talk if you have a subject. His tail flicked again sending another spray of dew against the silver light of the moon. He bent and ripped and mouthfull of the sweet grass and began to liberally chew as he waited for Rahu's reply. He didnt like him much, and normally he'd just walk away and find another spot just as good as this one to graze in. But he felt content here right now, save for that one minor annoyance. samus x (( Spunky which rp you joining? xD )) Rahu shruged in boredom. " heck if i could find one though..... what do you think of mares or herds. " it had been on his mind since Alora had talked about that. he shook his head in annnoyic at why he would think about mares and herds. they where both more trouble than they where worth, atlest to him. flicking his tail yet again, his eyes glowed a dark red in the night as he looked around the area bored. Shariea "I dont have a problem with either, But Its not my lifestyle. I dont have a reason to protect a herd yet, or a mare of my own. And Ive always been alone so I dont even have a child hood experaince dealing with the matter." He shruged a bit. "But from the way you asked that question I can guess that you dont like either mares or herds?" samus x Rahu shruged. " you guessed somewhat right. i dont care for mares, and i feel no need to join or protect a herd. i to have always be alone so i dont like socalizing much." it seemd waya was somewhat like himself though Rahu did like to make comments when bored or mad. Shariea "I dont mind mares. I mean, Its not like they are weaker than us just because they are female. I mean... a mother protecting her young is one of the most dangerous animals out there...." He nodded to himself knowing this to be full well true of just about any animale, horses where no differnt. And Stallions proctecting the herds could be just as bad, or so he'd heard. Shariea (( *head bangs and throws her back out XD* )) Waya raises an eyebrow and snorts softly. "if You say so, although Im sure some females think just as Lowly of you as you do of them. After all its not like you're the Spirits Gift to this earth." He chuckled softly and nipped another blade of Grass. "It would be interesting to see a high spirited Female face off with you Rahu.. would be quite the debate to see I think. Each thinking the other to be below the dirt you walk on..." samus x (( xD ahahha oh my Shar becareful!!!!! -head bangs too-)) Rahu smirked. " i never said i was the spirits gift to this earther. but i think im intitled to think of mares in anyway i feel." he foud Waya could actualy talk if you could get him to and it was interesting. " oh really now, then you must be around me and Aruna sometime. you might get a kick out of out verbal fights or even me and Kanti. i find i can get into any debat with any female i have met though Alora is a different story." grinning he was enjoying, this converestation and it was rare when he did enjoy one. Shariea The dark Stallion nodded a bit and smirked. "You May not have said it, But sometimes what you dont say Speaks volumes." He raised his head to look directly at Rahu and quirked a brow. "Is that so? And even with all the interesting conversation, fights, arguments, and fun...you still think mares are utterly below you?" samus x Rahu chuckled. " really now, do you think so." he then shrugged at Waya's next comment. " who sad anything about interesting converstations. i just find it amusing to get into verbal fights with Aruna and Kanti. wether or not i do, does not mean i like mares in anyway shape or form. i dont think they are nesisaroly 'below' me, i just find i dont care to ever like them." Shariea Waya arched an eyebrow and chuckled softly. "Well, come breeding Season you may change your tune. Hard to say." He rose his head to glance up at the sky and sighed as the stars seemed to fade. "Its getting late..I should head back." He didnt know where exactly he ment by that, perhaps he'd go back to the mountain valley he'd become so fond of lately... samus x ( xD ahahahhahahaha i think everyone does cause he an a** )) Rahu smirked. " thats what you think." his eyes glowing dark red as he looked around the nite sky. " yeah your right, i should find somewhere nice to sleep myself." not really knowing where he might go, he stayed only to watch Waya leave adn then leave himself.

Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess pawed the ground of this strange land irritably. Things just hadn't been going right...the Soquili here weren't much smarter than the ones from her homeland. Shaking her mane so that the dark curls fell about her shoulders, she moved on through the grasses. Shariea Waya sighed softly as he crested the hill, the Moonlight was shining behind him and spread out before him the blanket of pale green below. He had to admit this was a nice place to live, perhaps he would think of settling down her, marking his own territory..of corse that all depended on if the winters here where very harsh. He wouldnt stay in this place if he couldnt eat. But for now it was home, for now. His tail skimmed the ground as he walked, every now and then flicking it to the side. His blue eyes paused on the figure off in the distance, a female by the look of her fragile bone structure. Tilting his head slightly he snorted and began to decend into the valley below. samus x Rahu was out and about as usual and had decided on going to the valley this night. as he walked into the valley, the moon light made his coat glow with a hint of dark red which by day was not seen. smirking as he saw a mare, who seemed to be angry about something, and Waya of all soquili. this shall be interesting he thought to himself as he made his way towards the mare and Waya. Reityn Kasida folded his wings slightly and glided for a while, slowly becoming lower to the ground. He closed his eyes and let himself touch the ground, hooves making dull thuds against the dew-laden grass as he did so. The slight breeze played at his mane, and he flexed his wings once, before folding them close to his back, and trotting along the foot of a hill. He noticed the scent of a few others and looked around, spotting two males, and a female, all just a few strides away. He laid back his ears for a moment and crooned slightly, trying to get a better look at all of them. "Hmmmm. A midnight meeting." He said quietly to himself. Nel_Zelpher_2005 The bay mare's head jerked up at the sound of approaching hooves, and her eyes glinted dangerously at the sight of two stallions. Spring or no, if they thought they'd win her affections they'd learn better after a few solid kicks. As she heard a soft croon, she whirled, ears flicking back for a moment as her eyes took in the wings. "What are you up to?" she queried of the three stallions, voice a bit gruff in order to hide curiousity. Shariea Waya chuckled inwardly as the thought that this mare was a bit like him crossed his mind. Outwardly he shruged his shoulders and stopped short of the strange female. "Just out for a walk." he replied in his normal short and to the point manner. His head turned to see Rahu, and he lightly smirked. This might get intresting... His ears flicked from side to side and he turned his head, lightly craning his neck to peer into the disance. A winged Horse? He blinked again, this one didnt have butterfly like wings like the little one, these where like a birds. What strange horses lived here... samus x Rahu smirked. " what he said." he then saw the winged stallion, not surprised at all. he had met two winged ones before, so unlike some he was not surpised at all. " and Waya you seem to like to take late night walks too." flicking his tail, he would have to try adn stur something up just for a little amusment since there was a mare. (( >.0 blah i cant remeber which wind soquili rahu met, since i have yet to get that rp into my teepee)) Reityn Kasida started a little when they all spoke. The mare and the gray stallion seemed to find his wings of interest, like most of the others he'd met here, and he didn't worry about it. He was used to it by now, and it wasn't bothering him as much. He'd just continue telling the others that they were nothing special, and that they just got him around, until they stopped asking about it. Or, if he got sick of it, then he might just ignore their curiosity altogether.
But, it was alright for now, and he whinnied a greeting directed at the three of them, then he turned to the mare. "I was havin' troubles fallin' asleep. I thought a quick stretch o' me wings might help." He said with a smile, tossing his mane away from his face. He paced a little closer, so he was able to see the three of them clearly. Nel_Zelpher_2005 ((Soz, parentals got home and I had to let one of the dogs out.)) Princess tossed her head, finely chiseled nostrils flaring as examined them. The black reminded her of her home herd, including the stupid arrogance that seemed to be a characteristic of most males. "Late night walk? Hmph. Probably hoping to run into a mare, and indeed you did. But if you expect to get anywhere I warn you now that I'm not in the mood." She stamped a hoof to emphasize her point.

samus x Rahu walked through the same valley he had that night in boredom and couriousity. it seemed whenever he went to the valley or clearing he met someone and he was bored enought to try to find someone amusing atlest to talk to. flicking his tail about, he stop to munch on some grass. Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess flicked her tail as she moved smoothly through the area, ears swiveling this way and that in order to best be aware of her surroundings. Hearing the sound of grass being cropped, her focus shifted to a dark stallion, one that rather reminded her of her home herd, with the same short stature and refined build. samus x Rahu lifted his head, only to find a mare right in his sight.he gave a small smirk, as he had known eventualy someone had ended up coming here. never being one to actual go up to another, he decided to stay where he was and let her come over if she felt like chating. going back to eating, he wondered if she would come over, since she seemed to be intersting enough. Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess snorted in irritation. She should have known...he was bound to be arrogant as the rest of his gender tended to be. Stallions had such an inflated sense of their own self-importance, when they weren't the ones that had to carry and birth the foals. All that was needed from them was a few moments of work that any stallion could do. She moved within speaking distance of the black, but disdainfully kept her space. samus x Rahu lifted his head again to see she was within speaking distance now. " hello, and who might you be?" was all he said since he never once ever started a conversation really. he could tell that she thought he was most likey arrogant which was true and smirked. flicking his tail he awaited her replie. Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess snorted. "Princess Hallany, though my parents tossed a couple letters on the front for no reason that I can see. They had high ambitions, but not the clearest reasons for what they did." She narrowed her eyes and looked him up and down. "What about you?" samus x Rahu only eyed her. " i see... im Rahu, nothing else. though why you bothered to tell me that last part is beyond me since i care very little." it was true he cared nothing at all about her parents throwing in letters into her name cause they had high ambitions. shruging he knew what he had said would most likey anger her or cause he to snap at him, but that only would make him amused. Nel_Zelpher_2005 A slight shrug, little more than a lift and fall of one shoulder. "Most stallions are nosy. Better to tell first than have to answer a multitude of idiotic questions." She gave him a cutting look. "Perhaps you're not as useless as most, though I doubt it." samus x Rahu smirked at Princess. " im not like most stallions and i feel i have no need to know someone's personal business. i hate having to answer questions myself and i tend to not ask. " he would have laughed right there at Princess' comment about stallions being useless, but did not. " oh really now, do you realy think im like all those other stallions, running around trying to get a mate? you must be mistaken about what kind of stallion iam." Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess grimaced. "You've got the equipment don't you? And I'm rarely mistaken. Stallions are stallions, and exceptions to the rule are rare. In general your gender are self-important twits that think they're sooooo strong and tough. Well, I'd like to see them shove a foal out their arse." She snickered after the last comment. samus x Rahu smirked. " so wait if i do? it does not mean i go running around trying to get a mare. oh really now, i find your statment some what true thought in some ways im like that BUT i really dont care. and its not my fault mares are the one that have to shove a foal out there a**." he found Princess to be quite amusing to talk to. Nel_Zelpher_2005 Princess swished her tail and smirked. "Well, it takes two to tango. So males are hardly blameless. I find it amusing that stallions think they're the tough ones when their job is done after a bit of work that any of your gender can do. Our job has barely begun by the time yours is finished." samus x Rahu grinned in amusment. " true enough but i find some stallions actual choose to help in rasing the foals. though some just run off to find another to sire foals with again or the mare just runs off to another sttalion later. thats why i find most mares and stallions weak." flicking his tail about, he really was having fun with this conversation. " i think i rather not degrade myself in going around to have a weak mare as my mate. i find it more prefurable to stay alone as i always have been." Nel_Zelpher_2005 "Yeah, but that isn't the same as carrying the foals and going through birth...a quite painful process, I assure you. But you speak as if all mares are weak." She gave an offended snort. samus x Rahu grinned. " i never said all i said most. i have seen there are some but very few strong mares. though i find you might be one of those few strong ones." he was highly amused and almost respected Princess, though he still did not. maybe after a few more meetings he might start to respect her, since it was had even for stallions to earn his respect. Nel_Zelpher_2005 Another snort, this time more amused than anything else. "Perhaps you'll justify being desertbred yet. Ones like us have a reputation to uphold...weakness is not to be tolerated." She eyed him. "At least mares sometimes have an excuse, when heavily pregnant or nursing a foal. But still, strength is to the good. However if I'm to find a place to sleep I had better start looking now, as I despise having to try to fall asleep with the light in my eyes." With a swish of her tail she trotted off, breaking into a canter once she was warmed up. samus x Rahu smirked. " true enough. though if a mares pregnate the stallion needs to protect but if she so chooses a weak stallion the the mare needs to beable to take care of herself." he the chuckled in amusment. " same goes for me, and it rare i find i would want to meet with the same mare again." he watched her go, then went off on his own. (( xD wow i really enjoyed this rp ))

Yayoi A dark mare wandered through a grassy field silently. Firefly flicked her long silver and black tail that trailed behind her as she moved along. Dark red eyes peering about, keeping an eye on everything around her. Makeing sure no one was trying to sneak up on her. Well, maybe she wouldn't mind if someone snuck up on her. As long as they were atleast attractive and easy on the eyes. She flicked her head a bit to get some stray hairs out of her eyes before she continued on her way.
It wasn't long untill she came to a sudden stop and lowered her head, nipping at a few blades of grass absent mindedly. She hadn't talked to anyone in a long time and it was growing rather tiresome listening to her human babble on in words she didn't understand. In truth she was growing rather bored with the whole idea of being around humans. Lifting her head slightly, she closed her eyes and blew a hot breath threw her slightly open mouth. samus x Rahu walked through the same grassy field. looking about, his eye caught sight of a dark colored mare. he smirked andondred what kind of amusment he could get out of talking with this mare. making his way towards her quietly, he did not bother to say a word. he knew she would say something when she noticed him. Yayoi ((*paws at teh water Soquili* ;-; )) Firefly's head snapped around as she heard someone comeing closer. Her eyes narrowed slightly and she turned her body around so she was faceing whoever it was. She had learned early in life to never keep your back towards someone. You never knew what they could do when you're not looking. As they drew closer she noticed it was a stallion. Not a bad looking one either. She watched him closely, wondering what he wanted.samus x Rahu eyed the dark mare for a bit. it was a first time one has never started yacking at him at first seeing him. " seems your the first to not start yacking the minute they seem me. though anyone who does then find im not very 'plesent'. so who might you be." he gave a grin and awayed her answers. Yayoi Firefly's eyes darkened slightly, and narrowed a bit more. Tossing her head slightly, her long mane flowed around her shoulders, the tips brushing against the ground. "Why does it always have to be the mare who gets the first word in? And yacking at someone you don't even know. Heh. Kind of a airheaded thing to do really. Always wait for the other to say something first so you can asess them right before saying anything is what you should do." She shifted her weight on her legs for a moment before eyeing him slightly. "The names Firefly. And just who are you?" samus x Rahu smirked. " just as i thought, and yes do agree. the names Rahu." interesting he thought to himself. he found Firefly to be intersting atlest. flicking his tail he wondered if maybe Firefly was not one of those weak mare. though he highly doubt it, he would have to talk with her more. Yayoi Firefly smirked back lightly, her tail giveing a strong flick before it hung loosely against the back of her legs. Though her eyes stayed slightly narrowed as she evaluated this one. "Good. Then it seems I'm not the only one around here that finds yacking first to a complete stranger utterly pointless." She shifted her weight again and raised an eyebrow. "Rahu huh? An ok name I suppose." Her smirk grew a little more. The one corner of her mouth curling slightly. samus x Rahu grinned. " oh really,if you think that of my name, i'd have to say what kind of name is firefly?" his grin went to a smirk. " yes i find it pointless to yack at a complete stranger." still flicking his tail, he could tell she was evaluating him. Yayoi Firefly snorted lightly and pawed at the ground absentmindedly. Her tail giveing a lashing flick to the side. "Firefly is an ok name I would guess. But I don't really sit here and think about my name and what else it could be if I wasn't named Firefly. It's not a strong name but it's not a weak name either. It's rather in the middle. Atleast I'm not called Fluffy or named after some pansy flower." She blinked a few times as she looked at him. Giveing him a good look over for a second before stareing him straight in the eyes. "Yacking away gets you no where in life. If you don't have anything to say thats of any interest you shouldn't be speaking at all." samus x Rahu kept smirking and stare straight back at her with his red eyes. "true enough but ones name show nothing. i find actions speak loader." he truely was enjoying this." and i agree there, though i find there are some who should not be talking, are interesting enough to mess with." Yayoi Firefly's dark red eyes flashed with a bit of intregue. "Touche. Actions do speak louder than words. And some's actions show that they lack the intelligance to hold a decent conversation or do anything at all." Her left ear flicked slightly as she smirked again. "That is true. The one's who speak before they think are always the easiest to get to and mess with." samus x Rahu grinned. " true enough. though i dont hold converestions, i find i grow rather bored with dull converesations. i rather have intersting ones." he then smirked again. " oh yes its fun to mess with those who speak before they think or get too emotional. i find i like messing with them alot when im bored." Yayoi Firefly raised an eyebrow then lowered it a bit. "Don't hold conversations huh? Really now. Then what would you call this? Is it an interesting one or are you growing bored with it already?" The corner of her mouth curled slightly. "The emotional ones are always fun. It's so easy to get under their skin." samus x Rahu snickered. " maybe i am and maybe im not. seems you will have to figure out that for your self." smirkering he was having fun with this. " oh my yes the emotional ones are quite fun, and i know one that is perticualy fun to annoy." Yayoi Firefly stretched her neck then shook her head lightly, her mane tossing about for a moment before settling back against her neck. "I'm not sure I'd want to spend the effort to find out. Might bore me to no extent." The corner of her mouth curled a little more as a smirk started to make it's presance known on her lips again. "Oh really now? I haven't had the pleasure of messing with anyone as of late. I've been mostly of my own. But it would be fun to see someone miserable right about now." samus x Rahu smirked. "well then dont." she was really the interesting one. to rahu she was almost exsactly like him. " oh really now, then you should get out more often. i wander around so i have meet quite a few those there are some i total hate with a passon." Yayoi She pawed at the ground with a forehoof for a moment, her ear flicking a few times as she continued to stare into his eyes. Her own dark red eyes weren't as narrowed as they were before but they were still a bit narrowed. Firefly had relaxed a bit was still on her guard. "Oh trust me. I don't plan to." Her eyes shifted slightly as she heared something nearby but they instantly snapped back to him as she found no threat in the noise. "I should get out more. I need to find someone to torment to no end. Just need a bit of satisfaction from someone's misery." samus x Rahu flicked his tail and ears a bit bored now. he had never let his gaurd down though it seemed other wise. he too heared the little noised but kepted his eyes on her. " have fun doing that." he smirked." but it seems i must be going. though i must say your quite the interesting one." and with that he went off to find a place to rest adn grab a drink. (( =3 gonna cut this rp short xD my brain = fryed and im tired. also im sorry if my posts where short xD ))

samus x (( surprised ok )) Rahu was already in a bad mood after having that run in with Aruna. snorting angrly he ended up walking to the stream. not even realizing it he acedently walked right into it. shaking his head in annoyance he got out of the stream. this was just not his day and it put Rahu in a bad mood. Takakun (( doing good neo. been swamped with uni stuff so cant be online as much.....poor neglected quest....i mush remember to start a few more art auctions TT.....huggles neo))
Finally! He has arrived at the gushing river. That mare had waylaid him while he had felt so parched, Fenrir had not felt more happy to see the cool waters. He gratefully dropped his head and stuck his muzzle in, taking deep gulps. Y'sril, his small raccoon familiar snuck up behind and stuck his small paws into the water, idly playing with the rocks at the edge. Both were so engrosses, they did not see the dark towering soquili approaching.
samus x Rahu grumbled as he shook the cool water off him. he then noticed a young stallion with a racoon. he would have taken his bad mood out on this young stallion but then he remeber that Dyami had two sons. trying to think of what Dyami had sayed what they looked like, he shook his head annoyed. he went over to the stallion and gave a snort. " if you dont mind me asking are you the son of Dyami?" Takakun ((ouch. huggles for sirenz))
Caught surprised, he lifted his head suddenly, caushing great drips of water to fall from his wet muzzle, and landing on Y'sril below. The raccoon yelped and dashed away, hurriedly patting off water from his head with his paws.
Fenrir on the other hand, blinked, then composed himself. He gave a slight nod of his head, "Yes, Dyami is my sire."
He wondered where this stallion had come from. His dark coat masks his dark complexion beneath.
samus x Rahu eyed the stallion for a moment. " as i thought, if you had not been i would have just taken my bad mood out on you. so who might you be anyways." it was rare that Rahu did not take his bad mood out of someone but he knew better than to mess with on of Dyami's kids. he then looked at the raccoon and found it weird one might hang around one. Takakun
"Fenrir..." he answered cautiously, unsure of how to deal with this stallion. It is rare for one such as him to approach the young green soquili. Usually they are too weak and shy away, or they leave him alone.
Seeing Rahu's attention drawn to his raccoon tho, he tilted his head, "That's Y'sril. and who may you be?"
samus x Rahu turned his attention back to Fenrir. " odd to be running around with a raccoon. and since you asked im Rahu." he could tell Fenrir was being cautious. it seemed to him Fenrir was rarely approced at all. pondering for a moment he wondered if Fenrir was one of the usual weak stallions. Takakun
Dyami's son eyed Rahu for a moment, deciding if the black stallion posed a threat. Even if he did, Fenrir knew he could take him. Thus he stared back with the calm confidence in his eyes. "Him...he just follows me around. Hm...
Haven't seen you around......are you new to these parts? I've been wandering the wildlands so I don't know many of the new soquilis who seemed to have arrived..."
Fenrir was trying to test if Rahu was a tamed or wild soquili. The Village had gained an onslaught of tamed soquili, and if this is one of them, he shouldn't even bother with him, those weak two legged lovers....he briefly remembered his parents are part of the village and he himself has been brought up in a teepee......but then.....they are different. His sire was a wild stallion, choosing to mate. That was the natural order of things. And him, why he explore his natural birthlands everyday. A twitch of satisfaction appeared on his face.
Y'sril had finished grooming and now appeared behind Fenrir's hind legs, staring with wide eyes at the new stallion. He looks dangerous...decided the raccoon, and he kept quiet.
samus x Rahu smirked. " you seemed satisfied about something. yes i am kind of new to these parts. im always wandering but it seems i tend to run into some soquili."he figured Fenrir had ether tryed to size him up or was a cocky young stallion. catching sight of the raccoon again, he wondered what that little thing thought. Takakun
"A soquili is meant to roam, not tied up to a teepee somewhere..." he said simply, knowing it to be true. The joy of independence, to be a true soquili, running in the wild grasslands. There was nothing more that can light up his day than to spend hours alone, gazing upon his domain. Well...relatively alone anyways...there was Y'sril now....Fenrir cast an eye back to the raccoon, wondering why of all times, he was hiding. Usually the small animal would be the first to greet soquilis.....he does have a preference for tamed soquilis though......
Rahu was decidedly a stallion of his own heart, taken to run alone. He had rarely met another wild soquili, so he extended a gracious nod, "The tame ones gather around for some time. They are usually around the village, no doubt you have met them, snuffling after their two leggeds." His voice contain a hint of dismissal.
samus x Rahu grinned. " i'd expect nothing else of a son of Dyami. i dispise the two leggers and have never gone anywhere near there villege. though i have meet some of those weak soquili who ike two leggers." he decided that Fenrir was no weak stallion who had himself tied down to a two legger or a mate. " just out of courioustiy what is your take on mares or mates." he only asked this to only judge Fenrir and see if he truely was a storng stallion as he thought from his earlyer statment. Takakun
"Mates?" he asked inquisitively. He had never thought about mates...his parents were mates, but it seemed to be something to do once they decide to start a herd...he was much too young to start a herd, how can he give up the wildlands to run after a bunch of foals? As for mares..."They should learn to keep out of the way of stallions!" he grumbled, still remembering the events earlier with his encounter with Princess. Princess! What a name......
"I have no time for mares, most are too weak and not inclined to roam. Like my sister, who frolicks.." He remembered young Tori, always skipping around their father.
samus x rahu smirked. " just as i thought. and i agree with you there. your sis frolicks? i would have thought she would have been one of the strong mares that are rare. but im guessing not?" truely interesting he thought to himself. he found Fenrir to be simular to him and thought Dyami did a good job with atlest this son. he had yet to encounter Dyamis other son and daughter. Takakun
"She does hang around the two leggeds, but I have not seen her for some time. Really, mare are of no concern..."
Fenrir tosses his head, then remembered, "You know Dyami? Are you of his herd when father was in the wildlands?" How great it will be if he was! Fenrir had longed wanted to meet the stallions his father once knew and to run with them.
(( i have to go i think TT...continue another time? )) samus x (( thats fine we can continue it later. xD and actualy tori does not anymore )) Rahu smirked again. " i see, well you never know if she has changed then. and yes i never concerned myself about mares they are truly just annoying." he shook his head to get his long mane out of his eye. " yes i do know Dyami. but you would have to ask Dyami that question." he hating talking of his past and would not start talking to Fenrir about it.

Rahu was out wanding about. he was bored and wondered if he might meet another soquili. realizing then he was close to Dyami's bonded's teepe he snorted and went to the stream near it and planed to be quick about geting a drink.

Aruna had wandered away from her teepee, and had wandered a long time. She spotted a stream, and quickly trotted over to it, stooping to get a drink. The stream was cool, and it felt delicious as it went down her throat. She straightened, and sighed happily, a soft smile creeping up on her face. She had yet to notice a very, very, very familiar dark colored stallion nearby.

Rahu came to the stream, only to find the on soquili he did not wanna see. snorting he came over towards Aruna only to get a drink and to to be friendly. taking a cold drink he figured she would say something to him and new what he would say back. he basicly knew he quite well, and knew how to get on her nervers.

Aruna relaxed slightly, when suddenly, a dark coat caught her eye. She whirled around, and backed away. "YOU!" She cried. She quickly turned on her impassive expression, but inside, she was fuming. Why was it she always, always, ALWAYS run into him? HIM, as in Rahu. HIM, as in an annoying stallion that knew how to push her buttons.

Rahu lifted his head from his drink with a smirk. " dear me, you always seem to be surprised to see me. i would have thought by now you where use to seeing me around." he had almost forgotten how much fun it was to annoye Aruna." and am i not intitled to get a drink in the same area?" rahu said with a grin and lowered his head to grab a drink again.

Aruna stepped back slightly away from the dark colored stallion. "Surprised to see you? No, I just happen to be startled to see that you always manage to turn up in the same places I happen to be," she said sarcastically, eyeing him critically. "I suppose you seem to live around here, so maybe I'm intruding, but what can I say? I think I must have picked up your habit of wandering," she said sourly, looking away from him as she glared into the stream. "You're entitled to do whatever you please." She snorted quietly, and continued to glare into the stream.

Rahu smirked. " surprised and startled are the same thing my dear. and thats not my fault." he gave a shrug. " i really dont live anywhere, i wander so i go from place to place. and if you wander now too then thats not my problem is it?" he could tell he was geting to her and enjoyed it.

((Hiru's only rolled for the RP ones. Ours is Non-RP, I believe, so she has yet to roll for that one. Er... for the record, if we DO get a slot, how in the heck are they supposed to get together to er... get the babies???))
Aruna huffed. "Well, they are quite different to me." She quirked an ear at him, and asked, without looking at him, "Why are you so amused? Do you think it's fun to annoy me half to death?" Aruna didn't find it nonenjoyable to argue, but she did, however, find it annoying that Rahu was just plain amused that he was annoying her. And she had just used that one word way too many times... Why was this stallion affecting her this much? She frowned and pawed the ground, trying to think of a solution.

(( xD oh lol and if we do get a slot errrrrrrrr yeah we can say something "happened" between them one nite but only she total remebers the whole thing xD just a thought. oh and i just looked the one that was called open that was rolled was the one for non rp ))
Rahu grinned. " if you say so. and i do think its fun to annoy you half to death, just like you enjoy verbal fighting." and with a smirk he gave a wink." besides it seems i can annoy you very easy." he then watched in amusment as she pawed at the ground annoyed.
