Devrin stood statue stiff face red as Pix was so close "You are one of the most beautiful, strong and smart woman I have ever met" he said still unmoving.

Pix let out a devilish grin, placing a finger on his bar chest. "I'm flattered. And I must say you don't look to bad your self." She said in a sweet tone. She moved her finger up from his skin, all the way to reach at the end of his chin. "And tell me... do you want to spend more time with me? You wish to know more about me?" asking it, wanting to hear him answer.

Devrin's whole being shivered slightly at her touch "Thank you and Yes I would like to spend more time with you and et to know you" her touch was something very new to him he never had felt the like before.

Pix let it set in a few second before finally removing her finger. "Well then... you'll have to work hard to earn it with all the jobs I'll through at you." With a snicker, she turned around and walked away the nervous Draconian. She headed to she shore to dry land over to her clothes was at. "Are you still up for your Novice test?" Devrin swallowed hard as he calmed down slightly. He followed her out of the water but kept his distance still "yes I am" he said in response to her question and then sat on the ground.

Devrin nodded "I guess I must hunt down some of my cousins" he said with a grim smile. He was feeling primal instinces welling up inside him. he got up and grabbed his stuff "Excuse me for a sec..." he said and hid i some bushes, he changed in to his clothes. He came out ajusting his belt and locking his gauntlets in place.

Pix nod several times to Devrin, joining in this task with his clothes back on. "Alright, fallow. I know a good spot we can spot them." Testing her straps once more, she headed out and started climbing up the rocks with the sound of her heels.
"<That was a very nice trick you did back there. You had him at the palm of your hands. Maybe you could use more of your charms to bring in some dough in our pocket." The voice of Greed appeared in Pix's mind, seeing everything happen back there. "<If you so dare suggested 'strip dancing' I'm going to jump off a cliff taking you with me.>" Pix responded coldly in her thoughts. There was no respond from that, as Greed see need to for Pix already know what she was getting at. Striping dancing is a big no for her but the works of her charms would bring some effective results to get what she wants. Pix let that thoughts to herself silently as she continue climbing out of pound area to the more open mountain land.

A howl would be heard through out the area, what could it be. What was the proud animal that would release its location to other preditors around. The obvious answer, it would rin in any surrounding persons head. A wolf, chasing an running beast through the area. The wolf left paw prints on the dirt of the ground that had been in a wet state following a previous rain storm. Its ferioucious eyes chased something that had triggered an attack based on instincts and primal thoughts. The beast was in fear, all it had was its hoved feet and strong meaty legs, running from death itself. Meanwhile the wolf had its claws that helped him close distance and get closer to the delicious meal that ran from him. The wolf had leaped at the running beast, its intentions were clear, it had the eyes of the chase and the growl of the hunger. The wolf bit into the scared beast with grunts pulls trying to rip the flesh of the animal off piece by piece. The hungry wolf stained the area around his fanged mouth with the warm red blood of the still alive beast. The would began to eat and satisfy his hunger with the slow dying animal. Like a Lion and a zeebra, the wolf had become full, surviving off the meat and blood of the animals that are called prey. The wolf let out a ear piercing howl before returning back to the bountiful feast that he had hunted down. He dragged the beast to a nearby space which seemed to be next to a river before going back to devouring the still bleeding beast, no longer alive. As his mental state cleared, it was revealed that it was no wolf eating a beast. It was a man, a man who had been controlled by his primal bloodline since birth.
His eyes opened, revealing two grey colored pupils that stared up into the leaking sky. The clouds where grey and they seemed to be releasing a substance. No, no rain, they began releasing rain. It was only a few drips though as the rain began stopping. Greys mental state began returning back to his mind as he sat up to see where he had been this time. This time it was revealed to him that he had snapped and lost consciousness again. He must have been hunting, he began sniffing the air which emitted a scent that appeared to be very close by. Turning his head, he looked at the dead animal carcass that was a meter from him, he let out a sigh and looked closer seeing that it hadn't started to rot yet, and looked still fresh, meaning he must have only been out for little while. He stood up, feeling his lower part flop against his leg before sighing. "Seriously." His lips had uttered, he must have stripped down after the hunt and fell asleep after. He looked around for his clothes and saw that they weren't to far from where he had laid for the night and got dressed. It seemed that the only thing that he didn't remove was the necklace, and it did hold importance to him. The outfit that he had dawned was a dark brown T-shirt that was placed over a bright white beater. He wore a grey colored smooth like pair of joggers for pants. He had regular grey shoes on for footwear. He remembered the animal and returned to the area. Looking around, he inspected the area for unwanted guests and walked over to the dead carcass before using his hand to rip chunks from the animal. He removed his grey shirt, revealing a white Beater shirt underneath, along with a necklace that hung from his neck lightly. He used the shirt to wrap up the animal parts and tied the shirt up and carried it along with him till he can make a fire to cook his food with.
The young male had found what he needed, he found branches on the ground that he could put together to make the fire that he needed to cook his meat, though it would take a lot of time to complete, He still was confident about his skills in surviving in the forest. He grabbed the necklace and remembered his grandfather for a few seconds before the sound of thunder roared out, and a groan was released from Greys mouth as he knew what it signaled. He grabbed his shirt and headed around trying to find a cave where he could sit and wait out the storm. It was weird seeing another storm that came so quick, even after another. But its shock value went down as the hours of Grey prancing around the forest earlier had consumed the time period. Finally, he had found an area where he could lay his head as he felt the rain drops start to fall. Some, he could feel on his scalp as it began getting heavier to the point where it traced down his hair and onto his scalp. Entering the cave, he sat at the entrance and watched as the RAIN began to fall. Grey couldn't help but feel there was something running through his HEAD but he couldn't picture it. He forgot it and moved a few meters deeper into the cave before lying down. He closed eyes and allowed himself to fall asleep, believing he can keep himself from losing his mental all over again.
The door swung open as Grey and his sister ran into the room, they looked at their mother with innocence in their eyes. They dawned wide smiles while holding an object behind their back. Grey would be the first to reveal what he had hidden and shouted. "Surprise." Revealing a hand made necklace to give to his move. His sister followed, revealing a hand made bracelet for her. The mother smiled and pulled them in with a soft smile forming from her lips. Grey looked up and would push away with horror. He would grab his sister but the scarce sight didn't stop their. Both his mother and sister had no eyes, and tears of blood trickled from the sockets. Grey couldn't move, the fear had a strong grasp on his body, the surroundings quickly began to fade to black with only Grey and his family standing and watching him with smiles on their faces. They began floating towards grey, who couldn't speak, not even a yell could escape his mouth. As soon as they reached him they vanished, then a horde of JELLYFISH began to surround him. The dream had ended, and his eyes had shot up, he was staring at the cave ceiling from there. Sitting up, it appears the rain had stopped, and it was time for Grey to keep moving.
After leaving the cave, the male had returned to the area where he found those sticks, just as he thought, safe, it looks like the tree kept them from being drowned in water. Taking the sticks, he moved on to an open area where he could set up the sticks and make his fire place. Remembering back to what his grandfather had taught him, he placed the sticks together and rubbed the hell out of them until smoke occurred, and once it did, he blew on the smoke and tossed some flowers in there that he picked up which ignited the flame. He set up the roasting sticks and placed the meat on it before sitting and thinking about the dream he just had, and it caused him to grasp the necklace harder than he did previously. He let out a sigh as he began drifting off, he forced himself out of it and got up to turn the stick. He was surprised that the smell of the food didn't attract wild animals. He was happy it didn't too. He took the food from the stick and began to eat something he wanted to eat. The cooked meat tasted delicious and managed to get the taste of raw meat out of his mouth, which he was thankful for. He was alone, which was a deep realization, and it made him think more in depth of what he should do next. He sighed and stood up nodding. He realized that he needs to find a group to survive with.

The best way to kill a Fairhair is to destroy more of their body than they can regenerate at once, by hacking and slashing away, or obliterating them with exceptionally powerful spells. However, considering their sturdiness, even this is difficult. They are by far the most difficult race to kill in Axiom, even more difficult than ghosts.
D to C rank: Constantly regenerating. Capable of regenerating lost limbs within seconds. This costs 25 energy (for a limb) up until expert rank when it becomes free. Cleaving their head will kill them.
B to S rank: Even their head almost instantly regenerates. All regeneration is free. Their body is exceptionally sturdy and therefore it is incredibly difficult to destroy enough of them so they won't recover. They can move and use skills while their head is destroyed. This is a passive ability; they can constantly attempt to freeze opponents as well as projectiles mid-air, and the time it takes to freeze any one thing depends on the focus on that target. They can emit large and unspecific, clunky but not too solid auras of frost, or they can pinpoint an area and essentially freeze something with high speeds. The birds flew away, chirping hurriedly and leaving their nests behind. . . .
The deer fled. The wolves howled and ran. The beasts of far away and the beasts of yore both; all of them ran in utter terror.
The roar grew closer. He could hear it. The growling and the stirring of the great beast's bowels overran everyone and everything. "Kaiser," he called. He could not find his dragon. Where was it? Where- where,
"Kaiser!" He yelled. He held a conch up to his ear and tried to determine from where the growls came. And yet... he could not know. But again, he heard a roar, an utter mourn from the pits of the beast's throat. A wail that sounded for miles throughout the forest. The dragon's pitch heralded the Gods themselves with its fervor, and yet somehow his precise location could not be known.
Hadrian stepped over the edge of the hill he had been climbing, and looked down below, trying to make out a shape in the forest. He could see there, blue scales rising from the tree-line. Using the Bestial Leap he came to the monster's side, only to find him drowned in blood.

It was a dream. He kept having that dream though, over and over, in repetition. He couldn't understand why. But it came to him in the night, in the day, in the waking morning. In reality, his beast was right beside him. Kaiser, he whispered under his breath, and stroked the scales of the dragon. He perked his head up and butted Hadrian with the tip of his nose. "Let's go," he said, and began to walk forward. It was at that point, however, where near the pond where they'd been staying, there was a ridiculous man bolting across hunting god-knew-what. "Was that man naked?" He asked. Hn."I swear I smelled some kinda musky crap on him. What do you think?" The dragon wiggled its head, almost as if saying 'I dunno'. "Wasn't a human, wasn't an Elf... Kiranu maybe? You don't seem to see those as much these days!

Grey leaped up from his spot and began to stretch out, after consuming this meal, he felt full. Obviously not a sound would be heard around him after what had happened earlier, he couldn't blame everyone and or anything else for not being around him. As he walked, he saw the jellyfishes again. It was obviously an illusion but they causes a painful headache which forced Grey to his knees and saw images of what happened during his Feral state. He saw a man with two different eye colors. Come to think of it, something was different, and it certainly was a smell. He tied the shirt he used to carry the meat around his arm before retracing his steps and sniffing out the man. Something was weird, he smelt two different things but as he got closer, it would be obvious that it was in one area. The smell gave him a vision of a beautiful scenery, an ocean to be specific, and then he arrived. "Holy s**t, thats a dragon." He said quietly, but he didn't think they were hostile, if they were, the could have killed him earlier. "Hey." he said approaching, he stopped 5 meters away because of obvious dragon reasons.

As Grey drew closer, the dragon grew more anxious and territorial. By the time he'd stopped at five meters away, the dragon's head perked up and rose to examine the Lycan. He sniffed at him, and decided he didn't like what he smelled. The beast opened its maw wide, and roared ferociously at the man's face, a gust of wind slamming against Grey's body as a result of the powerful release of breath by the beast. "Hey!" he chastized Machaius. "Kaiser, it's not polite to roar terrifyingly at someone's face. Not when you just met them." The dragon almost sounded as if it was whimpering, being scolded by Hadrian. He could scarcely understand the extreme optimism of the Mer.
"Seramythaas," he said. In Meritia, the language of his people, it meant nice to meet you."I am Hadrian Conchor. This dragon, my friend, is Machaius. What are you doing back here? I swear I saw you running away earlier, all focused and s**t. Pretty sure you were naked too. Did someone steal your underwear?" He laughed lightly. Although that would suck if it did happen.

Grey felt some sort of fire bubble up in his stomach as the dragon began to sniff around him. Grey didn't like it, but didn't wont to get angry at him for him. But then the dragon shouted, thats when he saw it, the jellyfishes returned. He felt a sharp pain in his head and forced his hand against it, that was when his pupils had turned grey again. He quickly fought against the urge before calming himself, luckily he managed to make himself look like he just had something in his eye to avoid any problems. A few deep breaths, as the man introduced himself after scolding the dragon and Grey was fine again. "I'm Fefnir, but i just go by grey." He said introducing himself in return. "Kevak vosa antha."Nice to meet you in Greys native tongue. "I wish it were that simple." When he asked about his reasoning for his naked movements last night. "I was on a hunt with...wait, where in hell.." He said looking around. "Where did he go?" He said turning around. "Once second please." He would inhale deeply before releasing a loud howl and sit for a second. Then another howl would be heard from a distance. Then the sound of rustling bushes would be made, and a large Grey direwolf would emerge from the forest behind and come up to grey. Turning back to Hadrian, he began explaining his situation again. "I'm a lycan, what you saw earlier was my different state of conscious."

Fefnir? He thought that was kind of a funny sounding name, but the Fairhairs always had weird names like that. Bjorn, Tormund, Fenrir . . . blah blah. He wondered if they developed such odd names to distinguish themselves from their former masters, the vampires. "Okay, Grey," he responded with an innocent smile. "I don't have to hunt very much for my food. My dragon just snaps out, launches himself at some poor unsuspecting doe half a kilometer away, and chomps down on them." He laughed. That was pretty much as complicated as it got. It was even easier underwater, where his dragon had complete freedom of mobility. "Honestly, I could tell you were probably either a Kiranu or a Fairhair once I saw you, originally. I used to live in the eastern part of Nocturne, you see, on that big island that isn't shrouded by darkness. I'm sure you know of it; it's called Jorsul. Most of the Fairhairs in Nocturne live there. So, like ninety-nine percent of my friends and acquaintances there were your people," he nodded.
While Lumirians in general were scary, he found the Fairhairs way more tolerable on average than vampires or the like. Although at least a few of them had threatened to, well, 'chomp him with their fangs and grill him like seafood.' Those threats were never very comforting. "Well, good to see a friendly face, Mr. Grey the Lycan. As you can probably tell, I am a Mer. That's why I'm at this pond; it's healthy for me to be near water." The water kind of felt a little bit dirty thanks to all of the rocks and mud nearby, so he avoided swimming in it. Still, just the presence of the waterfall and the pond beneath it was enough to bring him great comfort and calm. Although the intimidating looking Direwolf wasn't all that calming. Hadrian offered it a strange grin that sort of looked like 'hello, don't try to eat me please,' and he bowed his head at it. Honestly he wasn't very afraid, since Machaius was with him, but he never liked meeting unknown carnivores - especially not the kinds of carnivores that liked to stick their heads into streams and bite fish from out of the water. Most people kind of concluded that Hadrian smelled like the ocean, and some felt he smelled like fish, so he didn't want this Direwolf getting the wrong idea and categorizing him as lunch.
"Are you a part of Kusana, by the way? Weird to see a Fairhair out here. The Elves might think you're here to raid them."
