Melody smiled at her new painting, proud of herself. She glanced at her clock and was surprised to find it later than she thought. She put her painting supplies away and headed toward the stairs, stopping at the bottom. "Hey, I'm making supper. What do you guys want?" she called upstairs.

think of me. ❞ Sydney got up from her bed and opened her door, coming downstairs. "That depends, Mom. What do you have? I wouldn't want to ask for a pie when you have steak. Although... do you have steak?" She explained, adding a hopeful look at the end.

Melody laughed. "Yes, Sydney, we have steak. I just went shopping, remember? So, steak and potatoes, then?" she smiled. "Anyone else wanna give their opinion?" she called upstairs.

think of me. ❞ "Thanks, Mom." Sydney smiled, and practically skipped back upstairs, before stopping at the top. "OI! ANY OF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR OPINIONS ON DINNER?" She yelled, before smiling innocently, and walking back into her room.

Melody laughed when she heard Sydney, then waited but no one answered. "Okaie well if you want something I'll be in the kitchen." she said then went to make supper.

She laughed. "Of course it's ready! Why else would I have called you down?" Melody asked as she served the steak, potatoes and gravy. "Where is everyone? I haven't seen them all day." She said, taking her seat at the table.
