(God, in my Sonic game, Sonic just got impaled by a light-spear Mephiles sent at him! D:< Making Elise cry, which REALEASED IBLIS! THEN MEPHILES IS LIKE, OH YEAH! I GET TO MORPH WITH IBLIS NOW! WOOOOOOOOOOT! SUCKAAAAS! I'm gonna become REALLY ugly, but hey, it's worth it! >.<) (I know, cause I was watchin! D:< Luckily, Shadow kept his cool. While everyone else was all like, 'NUUUU SONIC!' he was like, 'Why the hell am I here? I really don't care that Sonic's dead' :3)
Rouge looked over the side of the platform and saw Shadow and Kari's tiny dots. "Finally."

Kari didnt look at him. She sighed lightly "Whatever" she mumbled to herself. She saw Rouges dot in the distance. She didnt know why but she felt like running. She looked down and thought about it "Run or walk? Stay next to Shadow or Run to stand next to Rouge?" she thought. She sighed once more and just decided to walk.

"I was conserving energy, but what the hell...." Shadow sped up, running. This turned into skating, of course. "Oh good, Shadow's speeding up. Good thing Kari will want to follow him." Rouge said thoughtfully, watching Shadow speed upwards toward her.

Kari watched Shadow run ahead of her. She sighed lightly and started to run after him but not too fast so that she could still have energy for when they are in the tunnel. She looked at Shadow and then away as she continued to follow him slower then she normally is.

In about a fraction of a second, Shadow was standing next to Rouge. Rouge looked over, jumping backwards in surprise. "STOP DOING THAT!" she yelled, "You keep giving me a heart attack!" "I can slow time. Of course I'm going to do it." Shadow replied, looking down at Kari as she ran up the volcano. "You could at least not practically appear in my face." Rouge mumbled.

Kari stopped running and walked up to Rouge and Shadow. She didnt like trying to give people heart attacks or what not. She looked at Shadow and Rouge and then to the tunnel. She wondered if the gem was really inside the volcano. She mentally shrugged and looked to Shadow then back to the tunnel.

"Let's get going." Shadow walked into the tunnel. "But what if we run into more demons?" asked Rouge aprehensively, following him. "Then we kick their asses."

Kari followed Shadow and Rouge into the tunnel. She cracked her knuckles and continued to walk. She wanted to fight something now. She disliked the worm but she would like to fight something else. She smiled and looked around the tunnel listening closely to any odd sounds besides the sound of the volcano.

Shadow stopped walking and glanced around. "Here they come." he said, cracking his knuckles. "How can you tell? I'm a bat and I don't hear anything." Rouge asked, looking around as well.

Kari nodded. She looked around trying to figure out where it will be coming from. She listened quietly looked around trying to figure out its location.

(I know the RP is moving slowly, but it'll get much more exciting when they find the Lotus Gem. Oh yes, much more exciting. twisted All ready have planned out what'll happen....RpnK knows only that it includes Rouge being a complete idiot and touching it when Shadow tells her not to xD)
Shadow rolled out of the way as a demon suddenly appeared. The best description was a huge lizard meets lava and fire. It roared, breathing fire. Rouge leaped to the side in order to avoid being toasted. "He breathes fire TOO?! What else is new?!"

Trent started to pace around nervously. I hope everyone's ok he thought as he bite his lip. if anything did happen to them he wouldn't ever see his friends again and he would be stranded near an active volcano unless he somehow learned how to fly a helicopter. He wiped the sweat off his brow and walked in the opposite direction of the volcano to look for a river. Eventually he did find one, and he smiled with glee as he stepped into the cold water. he walked downstream until he found a deeper part of the river to engulf his entire body in the water. He immedietly felt relaxed and his worries left him.
