Does the dragon's venom come out of their teeth like snakes, or does it come out of their saliva glands? Or something like that.

Cassie gasped, 'Children!!! Really? Those poor kids, would it be painful when the dragon ate them?' She was almost in tears as she wrote some notes down.

'Yes Cassie, children. I suppose it depends on how painful death is, really...' she said, her voice fading. She then shook her head. 'I believe the knucker shoots the venom out of a gland in the lower of its mouth,' she said in response to Reanna's question.

Meiko said in a worried tone, imagining the horror of a Knucker eating children. "Oh my, that's just terrifying... She agreed at what Sparrow had said with a nod and said again. "Yup, I agree that not all of them are, Sparrow."

Cloud admired the rainbow Iarochben had created as he flew off, back to wherever he had come from. At the announcement of the next dragon they would be studying, Cloud titled the next page of her notebook "Knucker". Underneath she copied as many notes as she could fit, and sketched it from the picture. I always knew that they were unfriendly, but I haven't heard many accounts of them eating humans...how many children have really been eaten due to Knuckers? Cloud decided that she would probably not want to meet this species.

Aludra Yvette... Aludra hurrily wrote down as many notes as she could fit about the Knucker species. It sounded interesting enough, even when it came to the part where it ate children. Aludra loved children and wanted to start a family of her own and didnt think a Knucker was the right dragon to have around the house... but she still wanted to see one and was a bit let down when the Professor said for saftey reasons she couldnt bring one in. "Aw, I wanted to see one." she sighed. But maybe it was best. She didnt want any of the younger years being eaten. ...7th Year Slytherin

'No Sparrow, not all dragons are beautiful and kind, though thankfully most are. No Cloud, there are not a great number of children that have been eaten by knuckers, but for the fact that there is that threat I decided it best we leave them be,' said Kalle.

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year Antoinette chortled apathetically but quietly. That's why you don't mess with dragons. She thought, ignorantly, to herself. Instead of taking notes, she starting drawing Batman riding a unicorn.

Kalle turned in a split second, suddenly staring at Antoinette with a raised eyebrow. 'Perhaps we shall move on to the next dragon. Who would be interested in learning about the Mexican Amphithere, or as they are better known...' she paused, 'Phoenixes.' She looked at the students, gauging their reactions, before adding, 'They are not like the phoenixes you know, however, as they are Mexican amphitheres, not amphitheres such as Fawkes.'

Lena
Once again, Lena listened attentively to the next lesson and to everything they were learning about the next dragon; the knucker. As she did so, she continued to write down many notes about the dragon. When Professor Kalle mentioned they would not be seeing one, Lena got a bit upset, disappointed, sad, but when the teacher explained the reason behind the choice of not bringing a knucker at Hogwarts, she figured it was a very wise choice; no one should have to take the risk of getting eaten during a lesson at school, even if she would have been more then happy to take the risk for herself, meeting knew kinds of dragons.. Lena looked closely at the picture the professor showed the students. The knucker seemed a bit different then the average dragon, but nevertheless, it was as amazing and brilliant as the others dragons they had seen. It’s snake-like body, it’s minuscule wings.. A question then popped into her head and Lena spoke. Professor, can knuckers fly? They have such tiny wings.. Would they be able to carry their weight?

Aludra Yvette... Aludra nodded at Lena's question. How could those tiny little wings carry such a fat dragon? Unless the wings had magical properties, there was no way it would be able to sustain it weight in flight. Figuring the answer would come soon enough, she turned to a fresh page and wrote the name of the next animal they were going to talk about at the top of her paper. ...7th Year Slytherin

Cloud's brow furrowed as she wrote the name of the next dragon on the next page of her notebook. In all of her studying of magical creatures, she had never come across the Mexican Amphithere before. Suddenly excited to be learning about a species new to her, Cloud looked up eagerly.

'An excellent question Lena! But no, knuckers cannot fly. To be perfectly honest, I am unsure why the wings have not shrunk more and completely disappeared in all these years of not using them,' Kalle said, then turned to see Cloud's brow furrow and her eyes light up with excitement. 'Yes, it is a rather rare dragon, though I find it interesting nevertheless. This will be one of our few lessons left on dragons of the world, as I sense some students,' she said, flashing a glance toward Antoinette, 'Have seemingly lost all interest in dragons.'

'I am unsure. Perhaps knuckers were originally very much like most dragons in their physical anatomy, and simply did not fly and began to grow out of their wings,' Kalle said.
