Verde looked at her suspiciously, he was about to ask her where she would take him, but stopped himself before he said anything. He stood up and followed her.

"You going with me while I shop." she lied and walked downstairs. She walked out to her car and got in the dirver's seat. She waited for him to get in.

Sighing, he got in the car in the far back away from Scarlet. He didn't trust her.

Scarlet started driving. She wad silent the entire time. She sighed and pulled out a peice of paper out her pocket. She looked at it and then put it back in her pocket. "Take the collar off. We can't go in public with you wearing it." she said simply.

Verde held onto the collar tightly. He shook his head. He pointed to his wrist, then at her, refering to the bracelet.

Scarlet gripped the steering wheel tightly. "I brought it okay isn't that enough? Take the collar off. Why are you trying to mess with me?" she said. She drove a bit faster. She felt the tears well in her eyes.

Scarlet took a deep breath. She pulled the car over and calmed down. "Listen. Im taking you home. Whether you want to or not. Before you came I had no problem buying slaves I even thought it was a good thing. But Now I don't even know. So I'm taking everyone home..starting with you. So take the collar off." she said firmly.

Verde frowned, then signaled her to put the bracelet back on her wrist. He refused to leave slavery until he fulfilled his vow of killing her.

Scarlet threw the bracelet out the window into the woods. "No!" she yelled. She got out of the car and yanked him by his collar out of the car. "Leave!" she yelled slamming the door and got in her car. She turned on the car and started to drive away.

Scarlet drove fast. She felt tear well in her eyes with irratation.

"She left? What's she playing at?" said Verde angrily.
Two slave traders were passing by and saw him. They tackled him and one said, "So, thought you could escape, huh?" He saw the bracelet, taking it, he continued, "So, you stole the bracelet for your schock collar. You are a bold one..." The man turned the dial to eight.
Verde screamed from the immense pain, knocking him unconscious.
"Let's return him to his master." said the trader.
