I certainly like all the planning that is going into this phase of the mini-arc... but if you keep stalling, the base will only become more & more fortified with each passing day. Just a word of suggestion... XD

Don't worry: for now the fortifications are just minor. Not a big deal, but the IBD isn't going to just sit around twiddling his thumbs. XD Someone'll have to get Al moving... cement a plan... or just do something.
