"No, they're going to hate me." Tyler said. He knew her parents. "The quiet kid who had never shown an interest in Macey, suddenly shows up as her new husband? I know you always wanted a grand wedding...I'm sorry I took that from you." he said. He stood up, still naked. "I'm going to show." he said quietly, heading to the bathroom.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey was confused about his last statment. She knew he was getting up, so she averted her eyes from his direction. Sure, she'd probably seen him nude before, as in the night before, but it still made her blush. So she kept her gaze from him. His words might have been cut off though. She thought that he meant he was going to shower. Mace needed to do the same, but she could wait.
While he was in the bathroom, she rummaged through her bag and got herself an outfit to wear. It didn't take very long, so she was stuck sitting there, in thought. She really didn't want a big 'ole grand wedding. Why did guys always think that? No, that's what her mother wanted. Speaking of her mother. She knew her parents wouldn't hate him. Now, she wasn't sure if his would hate her or not, but she was pretty sure her's could cope. They'd already been through worse. .. Don't be a baby

Tyler stepped out of the shower a few minutes later. He walked over to her and dressed using some clothes from his bag. He sat down and smiled softly.
"I really do like you, you know." he said after a while.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey listened to what he said. How exactly did she feel about him. "We've known eachother for so long, we like what we know about each other...but really only as friends..." She trailed off. They'd been kinda friends. Not really close. Their first common bond had been her brother.
"But being together as a couple....that's different...We might not like it so much...." She stated. You got to know someone else on a different level if you were romantically involved with them. It was different than friendship, really. But, being friends first didn't hurt. .. Don't be a baby

"Fair enough." Tyler said to her frst point. He chuckled at her second. "I know that. That's why we're giving this a try, right?" he said. He leaned over and kissed her gently on the cheek. "It shouldn't be all that bad, right?" he asked. He didn't mind the thought at all.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey picked up a hand of his and held it. "It might not be...but let's not assume...We might end up jinxing it..." She trailed off, a blush on her cheeks after he had kissed her on one. She didn't want to let them get ahead of themselves more than they already were.
"If this ends badly...We need to promise to remain on good terms...in memory of Marvin..." She stated. Mace felt it was only right. Her brother was the round about reason why this all had happened. Maybe it was fate, but regardless. .. Don't be a baby

Tyler nodded. "Of course." he said. There was no way he wasn't ever going to not be friends with Macey. They had always been friends. That wasn't going to just stop one day.
He smiled softly. "What do you want to do now? I think we should watch the DVD...at least so I know if you're Macey Jameson or Macey Blaire-Jameson." he teased.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey made a face. "No, I don't think I could handle watching it now..." She said honestly. She gave him a quick kiss on the forehead before heading to grab her change of clothes. "I'm going to go take my shower...feel free to watch it in my absence..."
With that she turned around and headed into the bathroom, closing the door behind her. .. Don't be a baby

And Tyler did just that. He could tell they were both clearly drunk, but they looked happy. It was one of those cheap wedding chapel things. He smiled and turned it off, waiting for her to come out.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey took her time in the shower. If he was going to watch that video, she had no idea how long it was. So, she took the necessary time to avoid it before getting out and getting dressed. Once that had been accomplished, she headed back into the bedroom of the hotel room.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey wasn't sure how she liked the sound of that. The whole Jameson thing. It was hard to wrap her brain around. The simple fact that she wasn't a Miss anymore. She went and sat down on the bed.

"Want to stay here, or what?" Tyler asked. He didn't know what to do, really. He was still recovering from his hangover, at least it was getting better now. But he just kinda wanted to relax.

Scarlet Macey Blaire Macey rolled over on her side to face him. "Well, if things hadn't gone the way they had last night, I'd say I'd want to go explore. Now, I'm not so up for it..." She explained. Mace's headache had nearly disappeared. The medicine was working at least.
"You can go do whatever though..." She said as she looked up at him. Mace gave him a small smile as she examined his face. She hadn't really paid attention to his looks before. His dark hair complimented his skin tone quite nicely, his grey eyes as well. He wasn't wearing his glasses at the moment, but that was alright. .. Don't be a baby

Tyler smiled, noticing her looking at his face. She too was pretty, with her beautiful brown hair and matching brown eyes. She was simply gorgeous, at least to him, who preferred average, normal beauty to anything else.
"I'm going to see if there's a bookstore nearby. Want anything there in particular?" he asked.
