Laiha hunched high up on her toes and hissed at the tree.

"GO FOR THE ROOTS!"

It had worked for the blind boil, hadn't it?

Hmm? This tree didn't seem to be at all fazed by Xi's attacks and on top of that is was still trying to hug him. Ugh! These JOY filled trees were just plain creepy!

"Come on Xi! You can do better than that!" He called. Though just as he was about to cheer him on some more, his pin shorted out, or something; forcing him back into his natural form.

"Oh?" He paused to look himself over. "This supposed to happen?" He asked curiously. No matter. It didn't make much of a difference to him of which form he was in. In fact, this might prove to be a blessing in disguise. He could move more quickly on all fours. Though what was he going to do with his Christmas wreath and bag containing his tent, pills, and security card?

Already their group was being attacked by what appeared to be JOYful trees. Well that was just wonderful. The marid spared the coniferous instigates a cold glare as she slipped around them on her way towards the front of the pack.

The insistent clang of a bell made hr pause though, looking aound herself until she noticed another student calling to her. Or at least she -thought- they were calling to her. They were in quite a large group, and there were others t either side of her. It certainly -looked- like the inugami was looking her way.

Just to be on the safe side, Yaya pointed to herself, brows raised in question. That question was asking clearly if he was talking to her.

It took Petro some time to properly wrap his mind around the fact that "All this JOY is making the trees attack us?" He exclaimed a little louder than necessary. He was just flabbergasted! And maybe a little awkward about the whole thing. Turning to the battling student's direction, the monster horse was torn in whom he would be cheering for. So instead, he decided to look at whoever it was Haku was calling to and saw it was the ghoul from the train. He gestured for her to join them, even went so far as to meet her halfway mostly to get away from the attacking trees but to also "Need a hand with that?"

Ah, apparently the other demon had been speaking to her. Though it was someone else that moved to meet her. She blinked swirling blues up at the tall boy with even taller hair, smoothing a hand along the black strip fo fabric that circled her brow. "I.. Well it's not really heavy." She didn't strictly need help, but she couldn't deny that having someone else carrying her pack wasn't a tempting offer. It would have been the height of rudeness though, she resisted the urge. "I think I can manage." She smiled up at him, though glanced down towards Tybalt(She remembered him vaguely from a class, as well as the train.). "If you could hold it a moment though?" She held the pack up to the tikbalang then knelt down by the ghost dog one the pack had been taken.

"I don't have a bag, but I could make one out of this," she held up the powder blue wrap that'd been wrapped around her shoulders. It ws thin, and really wasn't doing a whole lot of good to her. "Hold still a second." Trying it at the ends, the ghoul slipped it over Tybalts head and around his mid section so items he placed in it wouldn't be weighing solely on his neck. 'There, how's that?"

Sepheran hadn't expected the a new tree to appear so soon with them still battling another. He watched in horror as the cheerful tree turned to another student. "Watch out!" Sepheran cried out as soon as Liannan let him know of the newest target. "Aim for the roots!" He hissed not at all liking the turn of events.

Raziel's head was spinning with all the people suddenly talking, and him actually trying to listen. Hearing only the large black wolf's yelp to watch out, Raziel spun on his heels just in time to see a JOY crazy tree come barreling towards him, also asking what was going on.

Being knocked on the ground, Raziel yelled back, "How do you not know what's going on?!" While simultaneously making a dash to claw the tree near the roots like he had heard the others suggest.
